Disgusting, it’s filled with wasp flying in the air. There’s wasp walking on the food and they don’t bat an eye. Sanitation 0/10.

Worst customer service in the world. Never go there.went second time the girl who takes order seem to be so annoying and rude.look like someone trying to force her to work.

Ligne 5 personnes qui attendent pendant que les commis regardent et se cachent derrière le comptoir. Un petit bonjour ou " ça ne sera pas long" serait apprécié, au minimum. Deux clients ont eu le temps de quitter constatant la même chose.

The employee who is taking order on drive thru was so rude, she was showing us that we dont know anything her tone and way of talk was not friendly and welcoming. I want to mention it that this thing happend in the morning on weekdays.

Interesting thing happened, when croissant was tasted, it started burning, I let the staff know, they were trying to get it out. They got it out eventually.

Order herbenaro chicken bowl, rice was served half cooked after waiting for 10 min at the counter.even no one's was in the waiting line.

Sure they made it look nice with renovations, but the service is atrocious.
Was charged for things they later told us they didn’t have, getting the refunds was a hassle and the manager (June 11,2: 00pm)
I will never be returning here ever again.

Best ice coffee and food out of all the other tims 5 stars

Edit: never had issues with the ice coffees before, this was my go to until today. Ice coffee tasted like pure cream and i couldn't stomach it. Went back, lady manpreet said that that's how it comes and that i should ask for less cream next time. I dont know if yall changed your machines but they never used to be this creamy.

The service and hospitality was amazing. Our car was stolen while on vacation and we had to call the police. We waited for the police at this location with two young kids. The manager noticed and was so kind and hospitable. I was very grateful

Grabbed a coffee and donuts just now…was amazed by the positivity and service of the staff…appreciate their hard work

Je commande souvent à l’avance au téléphone à la gérante Mirna (grosse commande pour le travail) et au moment que j’arrive, le tout est prêt et les employés sont toujours souriants. 5/5 pour ce service rapide & excellent.

Shout out to the lady in here that super rude. I have my son with me one winter storm morning, we are in the drive tru. My son wants tim bits, i want to choose sprinkle and chocolate, and getting a 4 chocopate chip muffin and fruit explosion. And she said if I want to choose i need to go inside and raise her voice. Because there is car behind me. Take note it is only one car and its not busy day. I will not go back here anymore.

J'ai bien aimé! On a bu un café c'était bien sympa! Embiance Salon ou Cuisine. Le service est rapide et courtois. On a aussi accès au Wifi, si on a besoin de rendre des travaux pour l'école. Ils ferment un peu tôt, mais on peut comprendre.

Great service, always quick and easy with my orders. The girl in the drive-through Tuesday and Wednesday evenings is always so kind. I got their every evening 7 days a week.
