They should fix the one broken toilet but it seems to be the only thing broken and all the time.

Les review sont fausse sont fils les modifie, pire tim du canada, le grille pain est briser depuis 2019, les toast sont toujour bruler, le cafe goute leau, pis ca dlair toujour forcant pour le commie, tellement que sa rend le client malaise.proprietaire trop cheap pour engager quelqun pour faire le menage, dautre employee pour servir, tu roule a 50% de ton chiffre daffaire du a tes manque tu perd tes clients

Ah Timmy’s! I enjoy visiting any location. This one was roomy and a little busy but I was in and out quickly. The coffee as always didn’t disappoint.

I would like to thank the service of the gentle man who service me at Tim Hortons Mont Royal his name is Jake he is very eloquent and respectful he is attentive and caring with everybody he deserve a compensation for customer excellence he represent the goodness and reminds people that kindness is still present he is a very good staff I really appreciate his service every time I come

Today I went in for my usual large coffee 12 grain bagel extra toasted. Get to work have my first piece tasty second piece I try to tear apart but cannot because there is a string baked into it. Almost made the piece I ate before reappear.

Classic Tim's. Mobile orders are a bit weird, you have to bother busy staff at the mobile pickup line, there is no one responsible for handing orders out.

The worst service, the staff is in a bad mood, they gave me something very different from what I asked for, poorly done.horrible experience

Slow workers! Don’t understand the order! I bought donuts too and it smelled like someone who made them didn’t wash their hands! It stank really bad very unhappy ruined my evening!

Je vais souvent dîner entre amis à ce tim et l'accueil est très plaisante! Flaurien fait un excellent travail et prend bien soins d'écouter les demandes. Il a une très bonne mémoire! Sans méchanceté, les autres sont pas très sympa et ne savent pas sourirent.ils ne donnent pas toujours ce qu'on demande alors Flaurien doit tout corriger.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Woman's washroom had blood smears on the doors. Look like they haven't been cleaned in months with grime. Eww. How is this place open?

I am coffee lover.so best coffee after long time.the management and staff are amazing and professional. The varieties of muphins and donuts.

The staff here is great. They are pleasant and friendly and let me practice my French! The coffee is quite good at an excellent price.

The restaurant is always understaffed, but sometimes even the staff can be rude.

It's usually surrounded by homeless people, just as a heads up.

There must be an issue with how cold the ice cap machine is because my ice capuccino was already completey melted and not icy at all when I received it. Friendly staff though.

On a pris 2 sandwichs, on a pas du tout eu ce qu’on avait commandé et après les deux on a été malades… Tim Hortons doit vraiment revoir ses standards ça fait pitié.

J’ai reçu 2x bagel BLT, j’étais comme ok pas si pire, mais les 2 avaient pas de bacon…un avec saucisse et l’autre avec œuf, fromage, tomate et salades pis pas de bacon…pis j’ai jamais reçu ma galette de pommes de terre…heureusement que uber eats ont remboursé la moitié de ma commande…

Even though the coffee is decent, I wanted to comment on the workers here. Super friendly that they made my day! The lady at the cash even put a heart on my cup. So cute

Most cashiers are rude except for that one guy who’s extra nice. The place is dirty, full of homeless people that beg outside and inside smelling like alcohol and cigarettes. Food is as good as you’d expect for a tik hortons
