Drive thru was not good. The server didn't understand my clear English, said they didn't offer timatin sandwiches, didn't give me a hash room even though I got a trio. Sandwhcih was cold on one side. Do better

Men’s washroom missing the door, no toilet paper in any washrooms, poor service, horrible hours.

Plusieurs erreurs dans nos commandes à chaque visite, le personnel parle peu ou pas du tout français et rechigne à corriger ses erreurs. Je ne recommande pas.

La façon dont chaque employé nous réponde avec le sourire et nous avons toujours droit à un " Merci et Bonne Journée avec le sourire! "

Employé malhonnete, la fille au service à l'auto il y a 15 min, à essayée (je suis sure) de me crossé de 1$ ma commande etait 12.55, jai donné 15$ et à redonnée 1,45, puis ma donné ma nourriture, en me disant bonne journée, je la regarde et lui demande simplement combien etait ma commande avec la meme poignée de change dans les mains, elle questionne meme pas et me donne mon 1$ avec la facture, elle a pas donnée le bon montant et à essayée d'effacer les traces en me donnant pas de facture, bous paraissez mal, calice moi ça dehors, voler vos propre client, moi jvous dis si elle fait ca au client de facon reguliere, checker vos camera, d'apres ça dois pas juste etre les client qu'elle vole

Endroit très sale.salle de bain sans papier. Distributeur a savon brisé mur tout sale. Dégueulasse. Et personne ne comprends le français ici!

Food covered with flies and when we mentioned this, the answer was, "it should be ok". Coffee cups had 1/3 "air" in them. Bathrooms door was broken. Pretty "horrible" service.

J’ai commander au service à l’auto un bagel au fromage à la crème, un café et 2 beigne. J’ai du être servi par 3 employés différent car aucun ne comprenait le français et répéter ma commande environ 4 fois. Après avoir payé, je reçois tout sauf mon bagel. L’employé reviens à la caise en disant que sa fera 4$ et je lui informe qu’il manque mon bagel à quoi l’employé répond « Oh that was you ». J’attend et un autre employé arrive à la fenêtre pour me donner une boisson. Sa collègue rit et lui dit non. Je reçois mon bagel qui est brulé. Un bon 15 minutes d’attente poir le pire service à un Tim ever.

Worst service ever. Saturday morning @ 10: 00 and I had to wait in line in drive through for over 22 minutes.

Also…
Anytime I arrive after 12: 30 they are out of donuts. Why stay open till 8: 00 and not make any fresh donuts.

Mange bien et abordable.seul chose il avait pas ce que je voulais et la personne a la caisse était pas de bonne humeur.

Waited 15 minutes for a coffee and a donut and had to repeat my order almost five times before that “Martin” guy caught my order right…

Waited at the intercom for 5 minutes with no luck being able to place an order. It was clearly open but couldn’t get service.

Always great coffee at a great price, it would be 5 stars if the place felt clean and the service was with a smile.

A manager or team leader who used to work in Pincourt has been transferred to this location. In short "Amazing personality and customer service". A positive greeting and cheerful and efficient processing of the order. After months of going to other Tim's and getting mediocre service, this person is a welcomed change! I hope Tim's realizes how valuable this person is and ensure he is rewarded handsomely. I forgot to ask his name, whoever you are, keep up the extraordinary work!

I wish i could give zero star! Save yourself some time please dont go to this stupid place they are always closed no matter what time of the day you go there. Drive thru only! They rarely have whatever you would ask for! Closed on a sunny day! Always short on staff! Waiting for hours! Worst time schedule! Thanks for closing on broad day light.

Message to the owner on the Sunday morning 11/12/2022 around 9.10 i order two croissants with butter and jam inside and grilled with one hash brown and a tea when i got my order i went to parking lot to eat when i checked there was no jam inside the croissant and they were not grilled and the hash brown was missing i went back to them and explained them again what to do they said we cant do that i told them to refund my money they left from the window all the doors were locked and it was so cold I couldn’t stand outside for that longi left with no breakfast no refund
