Aller chercher à déjeuner à 8h45 et se faire dire qu'il est trop tôt pour les déjeuners.j'ai acheté mon déjeuner au A&W d'à côté.

Le service est terrible, les caissières sont indifférents, l'attitude n'est pas bon.

The employees are RUDE. They’re talking Punjabi to their coworkers while there’s customers standing at the cash waiting to pay.

Worse customer service! I ordered potato wedges they fill it half way! Asked for 2 sauces only gave 1 and then i waited 5 minutes for the second one! Theres like 10 employees and they cant even handle and mess everyones orders!

All the staff is very nice specially Raman I usually go there for coffee before i go to work. They have fast service as compared to earlier.

Ordered 2 wraps and a coffee. After waiting about 7 minutes the girl tells me that for the wraps it would take another 15 to 20 minutes because the panini press is off and they need to let it warm up. So I would have wated 30 minutes. Why was I not told when I ordered? Got a refund and went elsewhere for what was probably better food anyways. Total waste of time

Waited 20 mins to get “incompleted” 3 veggie cilantro wraps with burnt rice in them.next time better order only coffee there.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Tim Hortons located in the mall, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing visit. From start to finish, my encounter with this establishment left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience.

First and foremost, the customer service at this Tim Hortons is nothing short of abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested, and their lack of attentiveness was evident. Despite there being a constant line, it felt as if they were moving in slow motion. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to place my order, which is unacceptable, especially during peak hours.

But even worse than the service was the quality of the food. Without fail, the food at this Tim Hortons was consistently disgusting. I've never encountered such consistently poorly prepared items. Whether it was the donuts, sandwiches, or even the supposedly simple breakfast items, everything was a disappointment. The lack of freshness and the unappetizing appearance made it difficult to enjoy anything I ordered.

Additionally, the coffee, supposedly one of Tim Hortons' main attractions, was always half done. It seemed as though the employees couldn't be bothered to make a decent cup of coffee. It was consistently weak and lacking in flavor. I could have made a better cup at home using instant coffee.

However, the pinnacle of my disappointment came during my most recent visit when I decided to order a soup. What arrived was far from appetizing. The soup looked and tasted like vomit-like jelly, with visible scraps and an unappealing texture. It was an absolute disgrace and left me feeling sickened and unsatisfied.

Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the Tim Hortons in the mall. The combination of terrible customer service, consistently subpar food quality, poorly made coffee, and the downright revolting soup I received makes this location a place I will never visit again. I urge others to steer clear of this establishment and find a different option if they want a pleasant dining experience.

Employer ne parle pas français, service extrêmement long. Rien de positif à dire malheureusement.

En ce 12 avril 2023, je n'ai jamais mangé aussi mal dans un Tim Hortons que celui-ci. Soupe claire et sans goût de Brocoli qu'ils osent appeler crème (une vraie farce) et le café infect qui ressemble à de l'eau de vaisselle. Ils sont trop cheap pour mettre les bons ingrédients!

Mon capouchino glacé avec un goût vraiment pas bo je leurs est demandé de le changé car il était gazeu il ont tous rie et non rien compris il en a pas un qui parle français il non pas voulu en refaire un autre il l'on remplacer par capochino chaud toute in merveilleux service

Commande en ligne jamais préparée. En plus personne ne parlait français au moment je suis passé.

Ils ne comprennent pas le français. Même le mot beigne ils ne comprennent pas. Affreux comme service.

J ai pris un cappuccino. Et je me trouve entrain de boire de leau avec du lait. Il nya aucun gout. Je regrette vraiment de passer chez vous!

Le service était bien, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi on ne nous donne jamais de Napkins sans avoir à le demander. L’employé était également seul et il y avait plusieurs personnes donc il était difficile pour lui d’offrir un service rapide. J’étais désolé de voir ça.

This has to be the worst tims i have been to after the one in verdun.
Service was horrible, they got my order wrong and when i asked them to rectify the mistake, they gave me attitude. I also want to mention that hygiene was at its lowest. No gloves, no hair net. One had a big welt that looked blistered and not covered.

Service et experience ultra mauvais.
Jai commandé une soupe poulet et nouille, il n y avait aucun poulet dedans et on dirait que ca arrive souvent car au dernier Tims aussi c est arrivé mais ceux ci ont mis rajouter du poulet roti qu ils mettent dans des sandwich quand je leur ai dit. Mais a ce Tim Hortons du mall angrignon je me suis fait rire dans la face par 4 de leurs employés pendant qu ils parlaient dans leur langue, ils n ont jamais voulu m accommoder et ils m ont donné plein d attitude.d ailleurs la soupe est toujours sur le comptoir

Horrible place never go there if you’re in a rush I’m not kidding 50% of the time it’s wrong and other 50% you’re waiting 15 mins for fast food

En plus je lui parle en français donne les trois fois ma commande toujours erreur ce matin je lui demande très grand café foncé noir
Elle me donne café 4sucres bien voyons les trois fois des erreurs erreurs donc malheureusement vous venez de me perde très déçu
