Pour être bref, je suis déçu! J'ai été servis pas une dame qui ne parle pas français et très peu l'anglais (ok pénurie de mains-d'œuvre.), mais me faire rouler les yeux et me faire attendre plusieurs minutes avant d'être servis parce que tu parles avec ta collègue est inacceptable! Pas juste des cours de français qu'il faudrait lui donner, mais des cours sur le service à la CLIENTÈLE oui, oui! C'est rare de nos jours les «bonne journée»!

Location has its doors locked at 7: 40 even though they have all the lights on and the staff are inside. According to online they are suppose to be open till 9.

SI JE POUVAIS METTRE AUCUNE ÉTOILE JE LE FERAIS! Pire tim hortons au Canada! Que des jeunes incompétents! Il va vous manquer au moins 2 chose dans votre commande assurément. JE LE DÉCONSEILLE!

Bunch of kids running the place, placed a drive through order, spoke to 3 different people to place my order.took forever for my order, when I pulled up to the window they were playing BALL.joking around and doing the bare minimum. I hope the owner sees this.and my order was missing stuff!

Jeudi 3 août 2023 20h00. Pas possible d'avoir un wrap chaud car plaque de cuisson éteinte. Pourtant ouvert jusqu'à 21h.
Sandwich dinde froide et bacon comme plan B. Une fois à la maison, surprise pas de dinde! Une tranche de Bacon et de la laitue.

La grande quantité de revues négatives ne me surprend pas.

I often stop-by for a coffee, staffing has become an issue for all small businesses in this domain.
But when you order a simple coffee and for whatever reason even if marked correctly often it's wrong, they repeat back to you and still get it wrong, and finally if you don't stir a coffee sugar doesn't magically mix itself leaving thinking they forgot it until you got to the bottom and get sirop.
Such a shame.

This is typically an above average Tim Horton's location but for the past several weeks, the food has been affecting my digestion negatively (same type of thing that happens when people visit 3rd world countries). I suspect that there are new staff members that are not following hygiene or cleanliness protocols. I am afraid that I will not be able to continue buying food at this location because of this issue.

First time back at this Tim's since March 2020. I only gave 2 stars because the coffee and service were good. However, the place is falling apart. The family bathroom was out of order, the banquettes fabric completely falling apart and the floors were filthy. If you looked at the corners there was about a 2" contour with dark brown crud. Our group of 4 noticed all this right away. If that's what is obvious was is happening in the food prep area. Obviously the manager couldn't care less. No pride. Won't be going back.

Nous sommes passés par plusieurs Tim Hortons lors de notre Road Trip, entre le canada et les Etats-Unis. Tous étaient implantés le long des routes empruntées, avec un grand parking à proximité.
Accueil toujours sympa avec un très bon café glacé. Si vous avez le malheur de mettre un Tim-bits en bouche, vous allez rapidement être addict. C'est une délicieuse gourmandise déclinée avec différents goûts.

Hahaha the old obese cashier is horrible man, so funny. Imagine if i talked to you the way you talked to my wife, you would've quit. Which i hope you do lol

This location seriously needs some help. I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life. I actually had to drive away without paying last time i have given up on this location. There is no way I’m giving this place any of my money until they figure out how to run a business properly. The owners simply don’t care. They don’t train their employees properly they are just worthless. Don’t be fooled by the very few positive reviews you see they are obviously friends of the owners or employees.

The only reason it gets a 1is because the girl behind the counter was great! The place is a mess, looks like it's never been cleaned! This seems to be the trend when it comes to Timmy's. I kick my self after going there everytime, I never learn!

Though the line at the drive-thru was long, it went very fast. My Tim-matin with sausage and bacon, with hash brown and cappuccino arrived quickly and hot. Well done Tim’s St. Lazare!

Worst service and experience ever, never going back to this Tim again.
Second time this month they made a mistake on my order, not only they gave me the wrong item they burnt it The manager had no empathy or customer experience, just asked me what did I want and walked away.

Don't buy the new $3 breakfast sandwich, they give you a piece of bread and a sausage no sauce no nothing. That's how sad Tim's become.

The two owners are super condescending and they give the worst customer experience. Nothing ever works and they always get your things mixed up. The worst.

Service trop long tu peux vider ton carburant en attendant où tu perds ta journée facilement café froide et en plus ils suivent pas tes commandes

So disappointed, I wanted a broccoli soup it was disgusting so I was like whatever I'll move onto my blueberry muffin it wasn't blueberry I started drinking my coffee wasn't good either don't waste your money buy a travel mug and make your own
