The customer service at this location is SEVERLY lacking. From the cashier who looks 12 to anyone else. They need to be trained to know how to talk to people.and not point amd grunt!
And to add to this review: I am lactose intolerant. I ordered my ice latte w almond milk. I saw it entered on the cash screen but after spending several hours in the bathroom this afternoon IN SEVERE PAIN I know that whoever made my drink DID NOT use almond milk. Again, TRAINING! Hopefully next time they don't follow the order properly it's not a FATAL mistake. Shame on them!

If I could give 0 stars I would THIS Tim Hortons has THE WORST customer service known to mankind the cashier doesn’t even register the order properly on top of that she gives you an arrogant attitude it’s just bad the way they treat people

Had lunch there with my mom last Friday. Lime chicken wrap and BBQ bowl were delicious and put together with care. Staff was very kind and efficient.

The service was so bad. The stuff name idi and a Indian girl were so rude. She said is closed and took the order from the guy who was behind us. And when we ask why you didn’t take our order. She refused our service even before we ordered thinking we’re gonna order from the diner menu. The whole confrontation was not dealt with professionalism, and the staff were super rude. Even after 6pm they served the others but I don’t understand why they refused to serve us.

I asked em for 1 cream n 2 milk n 3 sugar inside
They literally give my whole stuff
What you want me to work behalf you guys

I was standing in line for 5 min waiting for my turn to order they closed the store and at tim hortons they need to finish the line and close the store its very disappointing this is there rules

Let me preface by saying I’d leave a 0.5 star review if I could. This has to be by far the worst tim hortons in the area. They’ve always been slow, lacked coordination and performed terribly. But today was the last straw. I work in the mall for context and have had multiple experiences similar to the following one. Starting work at 9, I went in the morning at 8: 45 today and ordered two iced coffees and two food items. After taking my order the worker comes to me to let me know that they need 4 more minutes to cook the eggs. I let them know that’s fine and continue waiting. 5 minutes pass then 7 and I ask where the eggs are and the worker tells me not to worry and that they’re making them. I wait patiently and after 10 minutes of waiting they hand me the first food item I ordered. I say thank you expecting the rest of the order, but nothing. So then I ask for the rest and the three workers look at themselves puzzled and say they forgot about the other items. They then speed to finish the order. And hand me my full order 15 minutes later. Consequently I was now late for work. But maybe it’s my fault for believing that 3 Tim hortons workers could make 2 coffees and 2 food items in less than 10 minutes. P. S.we were only 2 in line.

Worst attitude ever. Gave me the wrong order then argued with me that I ordered this. Seriously? Then I received a watery ice cap that was worthless.

Waited an hour in line during power outage only to be told no sandwich or soup available.
They preferred to serve drive thru instead.even with the power outage this place requires a lot of patience. Then you have people conducting business in there. I e real estate etc
If these people do not have a home or office beware.

The two girls were very rude, they served us reluctantly, they gave us what they wanted and it took a long time.

You're getting old stufgs from yesterday's leftover.
Look at the croissants.
And tell me they are fresh.
They dont throw and bake fresh everyday. I called the office. They tried to give me points or a free muffin for the inconvenience.
But truly. Forget the service godd or bad at least what you're ordering should be fresh right? Good luck.
I get coffee only.
