Tim Hortons

The service was pretty bad. 10 guys behind the counter and no one to deal with the register. The food is ok and especially the wraps when there is a promotion on the app. The atmosphere is ok-good but not amazing.

Not only is it very slow, but they also don't get your order right then they try to argue. Learn what a caramel toffee cold brew has in it. Ffs

Patate au goût de papier comme s’ils étaient là depuis ce matin et chauffées 5 fois dans une journée ET nourriture froide ETTTT breuvage censé être RAFRAÎCHI tim, étaient chauds.
Indigestion alimentaire en cours…

des personnes qui non pas Leurs langue dans la porche,
qui parle trop
Ça malheureusement,
il a n'a trop sur la Terre, je pas besoin d'entrer en detaille, les civilisé me comprendrez

je remercie à tous qui sont sur place et qui nous serve, même si le service n'est par à l'auteur pas Grave merci de vous réveillé, le matin, car vous pouvez bien n'est pas rentré au travail, et rencontré des spécimens xxx pour gâche votre journée, merci, merci.

20 minutes sans bouger dans la file d'attente commande a l'auto et il n'y a presque personne

From all the restaurant i've been too in all my life, i've never seen some unqualified employe like those in this tim hortons. It took 10 min to take my order, when the order is done i have to remind the employe to take the 6 donut then she put it in a bag. After realizing 6 donut wont fit in small bag she trew them in a 12 box with the toping of the donut facing the cardboard and it has stick on the cardboard. She also not include the ice cap i have orderred in the combo i have taken so now i have paid 19$ for a 15$ order. Then finaly when i talk to the manager about me paying more, she has notice that i had a 12 donut box and she wanted me to pay more until i show the other put 6 donut in a 12 donut box, but when i pointed out that she has make me paid more she look at me like its sad and do absolutly nothing about it. At that point i said to myself: Ah.whatever keep the 4$ im so tired to have to deal with your stupidity and i have left.

Service très long je suis parti, juste 4 personnes, 3 au volant et une à la caisse.
Le temps de fare la commande est long et les autres clients attendent.
Aucune étoile.

So i orded cheez croissant tosted with butter

When i went there ask maybe i got misplaced with someone's order i was told that i ordered this ites so ask to change it and wow
I got the same thing again

People doesn’t know any language in here and teach pronunciation in return. Please teach the staff them their menu’s list. They don’t know english!

Had a simple order took 20 minutes to get and it had 2 errors and 2 items missing. Go back in, wait another 10 minutes to get, and still one missing. So needless to say I will not be going back.

Worst service I ever had in a Tim Horton's, ask 3 times for extra ice and repeat 2 times my order, arrive at the window i let know the lady that its not extra ice, she told me for her it is extra ice and she will do nothing about it, she start an argument at the window telling me i will have to pay extra for the ice that i want, but i already pay and order extra ice, i end up paying extra for my ice.anyway worst service. I always regret going to this Tim Hortons. If I could give 0 that be better

Service médiocre, le propriétaire était entrain de faire le va et vient avec 2 employés.
Personne à la caisse une ligne de fou, 10 min d’attente et personne n’est venu nous servir

Je passe habituellement de bonne heure le matin, à l'intérieur. La fille qui me sert ne me parle pratiquement pas, elle n'a vraiment pas l'air d'apprécier son travail, ce qui me fait éviter le resto certains matins.

Best Tim Hortons, good service and very nice employees. Even though they have a huge line up they remain super sweet and attentive.

Mauvais service à la clientèle temps d'attente service au volant plus-que-parfait 30 min en plus commande non conforme après il rajoute une nouvelle commande et la donne à une autre cx piétons et toujours en attente pas de gérant présent service pas sérieux et pas organisé groupe de jeunes Sans expérience

Personnel bête, regardent les clients de haut.
Coté bouffe, il manque souvent des items, et ils montent beaucoup trop les prix dernierement pour ce que ca vaut.

Closes at 10pm but staff put everyone outside at 9h20pm because they wanted to "clean" and finish their shift before 10pm. This is not how a business open hours works.

I got badly sick off of one donut. Tasted like it came out of a freezer, so they prepare their stuff in advance it seems! Totally goes against policies. Close this Tim Horton's. Employees are terrible, service is slow, food is getting people sick. What else do you want or need to be able to intervene? To be able to SHUT IT DOWN! PS; I had nothing else that could of gotten me sick all day.

I ALMOST DIED CHOKING ON A PLASTIC IN MY WRAP TRAVAILLEUR THE OTHER MORNING. I CALLED TO TELL THE MANAGER AND THEY ONLY SAID COME AND WE WILL SAY SORRY, I WILL NEVER GO BACK EATING TO THIS TIM HORTONS AND IF I COULD, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO PLASTICS IN WRAPS OR THEN CHILDREN CAN CHOKE.
