Tim Hortons

Order a large black coffee and they never fill it to the top. I tested it out by transferring the coffee to a medium cup and it's full. So mine as well order a medium and save the 20 cents.but then will they give me the equivalent of a small? When you complain they will fix it. If you forget to tell them and drive away 9/10 it's short.

Souvent servi à la caisse par des gens parlant et comprenant seulement l'anglais! Des caissière ou caissiers qui parle pas le français et ne le comprennent pas. Cela amène des erreurs dans les commandes. Si le français est ma langue maternelle et nous sommes au Québec, j'ai le droit d'être servi en français. La loi 101, je sais pas si c'est connu!? Les personnes aux caisses devraient parler français et anglais, bref comprendre les 2 langues! Nous sommes au Québec! Même si Chomedey est un quartier multiethnique de Laval, le français existe, il n'y a juste l'anglais!

For last month, I’m showing up at this outlet at least twice a day, everyone is so welcoming except one, nothing personal but she don’t seems normal! I ordered latte like every time, on purpose she served something else… If management take cognisance of my review, check how welcoming she is in general.

Worst customer service ever.went there today at 4: 50pm the girl in the dine-in (the sandwich maker) was extremely rude she won't even let me finish my order. I don't know what's wrong with her but tim hortons needs to do better

I went yesterday around 3 PM and bought a croissant and soon after eating i had the worst stomach pain and watery diarrhea. I definitely have an infection in my gastrointestinal tract because of the croissant. That is the only thing i ate and is the only cause of my food borne microbe.
I would never set foot in that place ever or even any Tim Horton s especially after the scandal of Tim Horton in Toronto that had rats creeping on the walls. Tim Horton is no longer what it used to be and should be closed in all its branches.

They always randomly decide to close very early! They once had to close at 5pm without explanation. They just put a sign on the door to say that they are closed. But the employes were very nice.

Today I dealt with the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve seen it all when it comes to fast food chains but nothing compares to what happened today. I was with a few friends and we were trying to order 20 Chocolate Timbits at the drive through and we were very excited to eat as we were very hungry from work. We wanted to snack on our favourite treat, timbits.

As we said our order, the woman at the drive thru started yelling at my friends and I saying she wasn’t going to serve us and that they had other clients to deal with. We approached the window and she furthermore raised her voice at us and we were stunned. We were very distraught and drove off and she continued to yell at us. Honestly wish I got her name as I would’ve made a complaint to the manager.

Thinking about it now I should’ve went inside to order my timbits. I go there every morning for my coffee but now I will bring my services to a different Tim Hortons. You just lost a life long customer.

They don’t look at their screen when you place mobile orders. My order wasn’t ready and no apologies either!
