Tim Hortons

Each time I ate at Tim's I got sick
No more Tim Hortons for me. Today at Tim's in tachereau. The other day in Rolland Therrie
They should stick to sell only coffee

This is not the first time i get into it with one of the cashier (not wearing a name tag). She looked spanish, in her 30’s (not the little lady wit the glasses but the other one). First time i let the situation pass but me and my friend had went for lunch and she was rolling her eyes at us impatient, turned around to talk negative about me and my friend. (which is not a professional thing to do infront of customers.at least wait till we leave, we went off on her!) … second time today! She refused to take my order at 12: 30 (lunch time, because madame was countin her cash, what tim hortons decides to close there cash during lunch?) she told me i can go through the drive, i have no car so i asked her … your telling me to go through the drive walkin? And she agreed, well yea because im counting my cash …. VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL! So i bought my self a sandwich instead at couche tard …. And i heard her ONCE AGAIN talk about me to her colleague… please someone make her learn what customer service is.because i do customer service as well and theres no place for that workin in the public, I’ve also worked at Tim Hortons being younger and i know how it works … telling a customer to walk in the drive is a BIG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Moi je trouve que le propriétaire ne s’occupe pas bien de ce restaurant car il est très mal gérée depuis que l’équipe est en congé pour trois semaine il laisse que une personne gère le magasin un jeudi matin l’employé doit faire les cafe faire les sandwiches et autres puis servir les client ce qui est inacceptable surtout due à l’achalandage de ce magasin il devrait être minimum 3 durant les heures de pointes et surtout un jeudi si le propriétaire n’a pas d’autres employés il devrait être présent afin de servir les clients comme un vrai tim Horton et non laisser un seul employés géré tout seul ce qui fait en sorte un congestion dans le magasin et au pompe à gaz vue que ces affilier avec une station service
Donc pour avoir un café 15 min d’attente ces pas professionnel

Drôle de Tim, la madame a mit une feuille sur la caisse indiquant que c’est fermé et elle servait quand même un client, je la regardai en attendant mon tour dans la file pour mettre de l’essence, et là elle commence a se justifier sans que je lui demande quoi que ce soit, en disant c’est trop petit on ne peut pas travailler ici et je prépare juste les petits cafés et les petites commandes!? La question qui se pose est ce que ce Tim est ouvert ou pas, sinon est ce qu’on sert juste les clients qu’on connait et qui paye cash? J’aimerai bien avoir une réponse svp merci
