Sérieux ça commence à faire dur. Service uniquement en anglais dans Ahuntsic, come on Tabbb…. Faites un minimum d’effort. C’est pathétique

Came to order a cafe latte with lactose free milk through the drive-through. The employee had difficulty understanding my order and asked me to drive to the window, drove there, and asked for Café latte with lactose free milk. The employee looked at me and said she had never heard of that. She said that in a scarstic way.
Even when asking her to ask her colleagues who was working behind, she told again that they don't have whatever I was asking for.
I was really nice and kind as I think she was still in training while she was really rude.
Don't recommend ordering from this location

La renommée de Tim Hortons entachée par une équipe avec laquelle il est très dur de communiquer.

Oubliez le service au volant si vous ne voulez pas vous arracher les cheveux, c’est honteux.

Commandez à l’intérieur et vérifiez votre commande car ils ont très probablement fait des erreurs ou des oublis.

Went to grab orange and ginger sparkling quencher. I spent 20 mins to get it (drive thru) and the taste was horrible. Avoid!

I’ve been here 4 times and each time they get my order wrong. Today I ordered 2 cups of ice lemonade, instead of giving 2 they gave me one and charged me for two. The 2nd time I went here I ordered 3 cups of cappuccino, instead of giving me three cups they gave me 4.3rd time I came I ordered 3 cups of ice lemonade, instead of giving three they gave me ONE, I had to ask if they were still making them and they said no which I had to re order. The inside has no seats so you can stay and eat there. I don’t recommend this place.

Un Petit tim hortons avec service au volant. Je recommande car il est bien situé (station-service). La carte du menu est réduit a l'essentiel ce qui améliore la rapidité du service

Ca fait quelque temps que je vais à ce Tim Horton le matin et c’est frustrant …

Service en français est médiocre et en anglais à peine comprenable

La bouffe est OK mais souvent froide les, beignes du genre crème Boston souvent on pass de foutu crème Boston dedans

Il faut vraiment changer l’équipe, surtout la gérante du matin, aucun respect vers les clients, il charge pour un verre d’eau, nourriture froide, service très long,
La gérante ne prend pas les commentaires des clients positivement, elle ignore complètement leurs besoins et elle crie après les clients.
Faut vraiment éviter cette place

Best Coffee for the price. I always love my Tims coffee, Donuts, Sandwiches, Breakfast Bagels and English muffins, etc.

Went to grab a quick coffee along with a sausage n eggers cheese early Wednesday morning. However the wait time was really long for what I expect from a fast food restaurants. Food taste was subpar but the prices were reasonable. In current day society money talks and Tim Hortons fits my budget as a working class young man. I believe an armed security guard would be helpful as sometimes there are strange people lurking the premises. I was quite bothered when two young men across the store gave me stink eye.

The app provides targeted coupons that can save money on menu items. Interestingly, my wife's coupons differ from mine. Consistency continues to be a problem with Tim's. Tim's has the best bacon of any restaurant chain, but sadly got only one slice of bacon in the farmer's wrap. You would be lucky to get two. The english muffins are excellent. The southern style biscuits are good, but not as flaky as they should be. Counter is located inside the Couche Tard. Drive thru available too. Very small selection of donuts though.

Je comprends mieux les avis. Je paye plus cher pour avoir un wrap du travailleur. Et ils n’ont pas de patates, ils me laissent partir sans m’avertir. Je l’ai payé moi. Tu ne peux pas juste faire ça. Une chance que j’ai lut les avis et vérifier ma commande avant de partir. Et je demande avec bcp de sauces, presque rien. Great.

Service tres lent confusion entre employer.recu le lunch de quelqun dautre plusieur fois.et la recu juste le wrap et payer pour 2 hasbrown et recu aucun.

Je comprends que le soir les produits sont peut-être moins disponibles ou frais mais là c’était juste immangeable. On aurais dit que les beignes étaient dans la vitrine depuis 2 semaines et il y n’y avait plus aucun article disponible

Good crispy chicken wraps, service and menu items. The Coffee is still the best in Canada.

Les prix sont le double qu'ailleurs, sans parler de l'étroitesse de l'endroit. Le service et la rapidité sont sans équivoque, malgré l'achalandage et parfois la complexité des commandes.
