Tim Hortons

I'm sad to say that the service is not up to par. From throwing donuts into a bag where they are sticking together and putting possibly putting maybe not so clean hands on coffee cup covers. Yuk! Sadly, this place is going down hill. And often no napkins included.

Don’t waste your valuable money at that location it’s horrible. Rip you off with less quantity fillings and toppings on their donuts.it’s an extremely busy location being located directly on a construction site they have no business being so cheap.save your money and choose another location if you want REAL Tim Horton’s quality food instead of a major disappointment. What a joke!

Stale donuts dropped face down in paper bag so that most of the glaze stuck to the bag instead of the donut. One employee on break was asleep on an armchair near the fireplace. I’m sure no customers wanted to sit there.

The staff are not very nice and a little rude. Maybe it was because it was too late but there was no more chicken: (

A few things made me never go back here:
1. The Indian staff are extremely rude! I ordered a loaded BBQ bowl and they served me a wrap! I asked them if I could have what I ordered. And they started saying no you ordered wrap. I explained to the lady that I even showed it to you on my phone on the application and asked for a bowl! She said I can dump your sandwich in a bowl and give it to you! But you have to pay 2$ more! I don’t know if they have any customer service training or any decency for that matter but I felt so disrespected.

2. I asked for a glass of water, she literally took a mug out of the sink and poured water in it. The water tasted so bad so I took it back and she took the water and walked away… no sorry I will change that … nothing …. She just walked away

Wonderful food and service every time!

One recurring element needs review by the management; the staff frequently and loudly complain about the work or each other. This detracts from the ambience.

We were waiting for 5 minutes no service only to have other people serviced before us how RUDE!

The best Tim Hortons in Montreal for me. All staffs are super friendly and the manager is great as well. Food is fresh, drink is delicious. Great to have this place near our work. Thank you everyone for your hard work!

This is by far the fastest drive-thru Tim Hortons that I've been to and the order was right as well!

The place is filthy. Employees sitting in the nicest seats instead leaving for customers and EVERY SINGLE table is dirty. No place to sit.

I went into the store instead of the drive thru because I had quite a bit to order.
The server could not be more impatient with me at the counter, rolling her eyes signing and in general was not happy to hear that I was not done yet. Definitely a really weird experience. I was also the only person at the counter so it's not like I was holding a long line behind me and she was not part of the drive thru team.

Solid TH experience, timbits are great as always. Drive through was convenient and staff was nice.

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered a timatins on a plain gout bagel. Was asked bacon or sausage so she knew what I wanted, but got just a bagel. Also ordered a farmers wrap. Wasn't in the bag. The place was very quiet so you would think it wouldn't be hard to get the order right. Tried calling but no answer. Didn't give me a receipt either so not sure what to do next. Guess I am out the cost of a breakfast sandwich and a wrap. Will the $10 break me? No, but it's the principle and the fact that now I have no breakfast. Also, not the first time at this location. Caution to all, hold up the line in the drivethru and check your bag before you leave.

We went to the Tim Hortons at 3140 Jean Yves St, Kirkland, Quebec H9J 2R6 twice during the April 2023 Ice Storm. There were over 1 million people in Quebec without power and most of the West Island had no power. Even though there were massive lineups at the drive through and in the store, the staff was excellent and attentive. Kudos for doing such a great job during a time when people needed the assistance.

I ordered my food at the drive thru
By the time I got to the window they did not have the ice cap ready, I asked for a spoon right away but the lady forgot, no big deal at all but then this crazy employee stuck her head out the window and literally screamed at me for not asking for the spoon when I placed the order and that I’ve backed up her drive thru line? ! But they never prepared the order and this was my fault? One ice cap was so complicated? Who on earth yells at a customer? Rudest service ever!

Most of the staff is very nice but the screeching « AND WHAT ELSE » and rude « ADVANCE » cattle driver that mans the headset most mornings is such a turn off that I’d rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else

They messed up my order, so I took the time to get back off the highway and come back to have it rectified just to have the employees patronize me and basically make me feel guilty for just asking for what I paid for. Management needs to have his employees trained for proper customer service.

Avec le temps, ce Tim Hortons a perdu des plumes. Incapable d'être servi en français! Mettez donc une employé bilingue à la commande à l'auto! Incapable de dire 3,10$ en français. Rien du tout. Ça fait dur en tab.
