Tim Hortons

Friendly, respectful, kind, and professional staff! Liked the French Vanilla, Coffee, and Wrap sandwich! However, it would be good if the environment/atmosphere were larger.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I had a horrible experience today around 3pm where I was waiting but no employee turned up to take my order. After waiting for sometime I asked a girl if there was anyone to take my order. She called her colleagues but no one showed up. She was kind enough to leave what she was doing to serve me. The guy in the store just roamed around and did nothing. I feel pity for the girls working at the store. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

La caissière comprend rien alors je dois lui parlé en englais. Malgré ça elle fait tout le contraire de ce que je lui demande. Pas de steak Dans mon steak and egg et mayo au lieux de sauce épicé. En plus leurs patates goûtent le vieux congélateur. Le restaurant est un refuge à itinérants durant l'hiver

The worst TH on this planet.the place is totally dirty (the floor, the tables, even the doughnuts place). The staff is not wearing gloves all the time. The lady who poured the coffee for me was holding the trash bag with her hands without cleaning them.

Unpredictable closing time.

Official website states the store closes at 10pm but was closed upon arrival at 9: 40p

No prior communication of this change from the company.

Huge joke of a place. Waited 30 minutes to get my order. They don’t have any donuts available, there was a total of like 5 donuts in the window. How can you be open if you don’t have your main item? The cashier was very rude when I asked him for the Boston crème donut I ordered 30 minutes ago. He told me there was none left, keep in mind there were 2 left when I placed my order, and they gave them to people behind me.

Will never be returning back here. Big waste of time.

Je n’aime pas donner de mauvaises notes… mais ça fait plusieurs fois j’y vais et à chaque fois il y a une erreur dans ma commande. C’est une commande toute simple…

Slow service which makes you wait for long queue times and usual order mixing issues. I have to come back time to time to get my order sorted and convince them that it was really my order

Nous etions aujourdhui a Tom Hortons a 16h30 et avons ete servis par une femme incompetente de tres haut niveau, un chai latte avec du caffe? Like for real? Le chai latte le plus infecte jamais bu de mon existence a fini droit a la poubelle (je voulais meme pas le donner a mon chien) la prochaine fois laissez moi faire je viendrai derriere le comptoir faire mon propre chai latte…

Si un responsable voit ca apprenez a vos employe a faire les boissons qu’on leur demande, nous ne viendront plus chez vous comme quotidiennement avant.

Made a mobile order. Arrived to the store and items were not available (normally the app should prevent you from ordering items that are not available but i imagine the store doesn't update this). Requested a refund and the representative told me I had to do it online (unusual but gave them benefit of the doubt). Left the store and contacted online support. Online support said refunds are processed in-store (consistent with the policy online). Went back to store and requested refund again. Argued for 10 mins with the manager who made every excuse possible to try to convince me that they weren't able to process refunds for mobile orders. After waiting for 20 mins and wasting about 1 hour going back and forth, they decided to finally refund me.

Getting a refund for food i didnt receive should be fairly simple, but it seems like they try to get away with not refunding customers to keep the money. Concerning business practices.

First of all, there’s a bunch of garbage laying around the space. Secondly, the staff only serves deliver orders first so you’ll be stuck there waiting 20 minutes just cause some guy ordered on Uber. Lastly, they will never get your order right. Never go to this timmies, I’m surprised they’re not out of business yet. In addition, the staff is so slow and has no ability to multitask, so while you’re waiting an exorbitant amount of time for a simple bagel BLT, they walk around super slowly clearly not caring about their image or customers. Never come to this timmies, you will regret spending a dime on them. Absolute garbage

Normally really friendly workers and good service. However today I ordered a sandwich and they put a single slice of ham on it…

They never have dark roast coffee in this one and don't even ask of we want to wait on top of it. Its really long to have your food

Things that could have been accomplished in the time it took this wombat of a man to make a breakfast burrito.

- Peace in the middle East would be done.
- My grandmother could've run a marathon, and then another.
- finding the cure to cancer, done.
- A Galapagos turtle could've built, yes *built* a raft and sailed through the route of Magellan in record time.

I could go on.

Never a disappointment for me at any Tim’s location. There was a bit of a lineup but then again all locations are like this. My order was made quickly and I was on my way.

Malgré son emplacement dans Griffintown en pleine heures de pointe du matin, il n'y avait qu'une caisse d'ouverte.

Ordered 7 items and not one was correct. The receipt showed everything I ordered too. How can you mess up such a simple task

Attendez-vous à vous y faire servir en Anglais seulement même si j'estime que Café, Timbit, beigne pas si compliqué à comprendre. Je ne fréquente plus tellement l'endroit trop insultant, je les ai vu s'obstiner à ne pas comprendre le français et des commandes simples.

Service en Anglais presque tout le temps.

Pas professionnel du tout les employés prennent beaucoup de temps à service et il y avait une ligne d'attente et un des employés était en train de parler au téléphone

One of the staff is rude and will just say “I don’t know” and when you ask the other staff instead he tries to yell over her saying “she doesn’t know” when she tried to answer me.
