You'll place an order, wait 10 mins in line only for them to tell you they don't have what you ordered (Tim bits in this case)
Garbage service and the line for a drive thru cause use some sort of lane instead of having people come in from every direction.

Très mauvais service j'ai commandé un sandwich au boeuf et on m'a servis un sandwich avec de bœuf et de chips à l'intérieur. Je suis allée pour changer ma commande ils ont juste enlever le chips du dessus en laissant certains morceaux coller à la viande. Pas très professionnel les personnels sur place.

I order one medium coffee double double and she give me only black coffee very very poor service

I have taken the drive through and the experience wasn’t that good. I have ordered two ice caps for me and my colleague and at the same time I could take advantage of the 20% off promotion but the person at the window gave me just one so I had to order a second one while I was at the window and I have lost the promotion. Not very happy with the staff…

10 x 10 shoe box location trying to offer the same service like a full size restaurant. It's not possible. And it shows in the poor quality of drinks and food. Employees are rushed to complete orders in such a tight constraining environment. High stress and employees are rude and unwelcoming. Managers concentrate on profit over service. Keep this location on your last resort list.

Abi is the guy for me he is nice never made a mistake always smiling and so polite! Keep up the good work!

Ordered an ice coffee. Took 10 minutes to get a cup of drink that tasted like anything but coffee.

We passed by and order a Sesame bagels Extra, extra toasted with butter,
cream cheese and strawberry jam + a Bagel Tim Matin BLT sausage, egg extra bacon, extra mayo + 1 XL Coffee 3 Milk and 2 Sugar + 1 Medium Size Menth Tea. I repeat the order to make sure it was ok she cut me off 2 when i ask for the burned bage. Got there and try to repeat my order and she just cut me off and tell me it was 19$ i said no problem. I got my order and check it both bagel were wrong and my coffee had 2 cream in it. I used to work at Tim a few years ago and it was never like this.they need to be more train because when i confront it to them Nicely she was implying that what i order i just looked at them (they were 3 looking at me.) I knew there was no point for me to talk to them and hold up a line. I just left and leave this review hope it reach to ppl to either take a extra 5-10 mins to go to a other tims and maybe the manager to train them more.

They're such in an hurry that they don't fill up the drinks. Second time this happens

Vieux beignes secs. Tim Horton "Toujours frais"? Allez donc faire une tite inspection de franchise la ça ferait pas de tord qu'ils appliquent la qualité exigé. C'est des beignes d'hier que j'ai eu (ou mal cuits), j'en ai commandé une boîte malheureusement.: (
