J’y vais tout les jours et la c’est la dernière fois malgré l’altitude de la fille à la fenêtre le matin. Bref ce matin j’y vais je demande un feuilleté chauffé il me le donne il était dur comme de la pierre je repasse j’ai même pas le temps de parler elle le prend elle le reprend et me le ramène chauffer alors que je voulais le change bref je finis pas demander un remboursement on me rend 2,85$ alors que ça coûte 2,99 +tax je le fais remarquer elle me dit non je t’ai charger moin ce qui n a aucune logique je demande le reçu et comme par magie on me rend ma monnaie exact quand je demande le reçu … VOLEUR ils on clairement essayer de me voler

Ne parle a peine anglais, difficulté à nous comprendre. Dommage, nous sommes au Québec et ça ne respecte pas la loi ici.

Long waits in the drive through. The ice capp machine is broken on a regular basis. The week day shift is the most efficient!

J’y ai récemment oublié mon cellulaire et je l’ai récupéré! Ils ont été extraordinaires! L’honnêteté au-dessus de tout! Merci mille fois à toute l’équipe!

I tried to order on the drive-way, first a girl talked to me. I said « two bagels » but she doesn’t understand, just after, a rude boy came through and told me I’m not « understandable », then hanged up. Nothing.
As I saw, the other clients had the same issues.

A very bad Costumer services.
Another things, I was waiting for a long time. Our time isn’t important for them?

AVOID THIS DUMP.
STAFF CANT SPEAK FRENCH OR ENGLISH.

THEY ARE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND THE NOISE FROM THEIR MOUTHS.

THEY BURN EVERYTHING AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO ORDER.

WORTHLESS STAFF. MAJOR NEED FOR NEW MANAGMENT AND HIRING PRACTICE.

Encore une fois au Tim Horton.incapable de se faire servir en français. Cette fois-ci par une jeune fille. Complètement inacceptable. Je "comprends" quand c'est une personne plus âgée, je me dis peut-être un nouvel arrivant. Mais une jeune? Non. Ça ne passe pas.

My wife went to pick up our breakfast via drive thru. The hash browns were burnt and stale (should’ve been discarded). These big franchise stores are pushing little businesses that do a better job out. Tim Horton don’t bother replying to make up for it. Instead treat your customers with some respect or get out so others can do so. Enough! We are paying more and more for less and less.

Service seulement en anglais, les boissons débordaient et nous n'avons pas reçu les bons cafés.

I am at this particular location 5 days a week. I have ordered coffee or donuts or muffins or sandwiches. The last few times I have been, the muffins feel old and stale.

La gérante de 72 ans, n'est pas très gentille avec les clients. Elle a beaucoup de préféré et elle les reçoit avec des mots d'amour en anglais. Pour les autres clients, ils ne sont pas biens accueillis. Elle parle très fort, elle a l'air toujours fâchée, ce n'est pas une femme de public du tout. Les clients francophones ne sont pas les bienvenus car c'est un restaurant ANGLAIS. Elle devrait prendre sa retraite car elle n'a plus la patience nécessaire à travailler dans le public. C'est vraiment très désagréable une gérante comme ça sans sourire. Merci de prendre ceci en considération.

I went to this tim hortons and I swear I have never tasted such a disgusting coffee. I ordered an ice coffee, it had no ice. It was just black cold coffee, it was so horrible. I do not recommend this place, for a good coffee and nice service go to the tim hortons in brunswick.

Je ne fais jamais de plainte contre un resto mais la le service que j'ai eu wow la jeune fille parlait pas un mots français et misère à recevoir la bonne commande. Très déçu c'était la première fois qui j'ai allais depuis les rénovations, et je crois que je ne vais pas y retourner de sitôt.

I have been avoiding this Tim Hortons for years as everytime I went there there was an issue: burnt bagel, dirty coffee, missing or wrong items in my order and the staff was always rude. I ended up going back recently and I noticed that some of the staff had been replaced but one of the rudest is still there. She badmouth customers in front of them, acts and talk with a lot of aggressivity (like throwing your order at you) and all that while unapologeticaly messing up people's orders. Another one went as far as lying about my order in front of me and pretended I had ordered something different for no apparent reason (thankfully the receipt was there). Avoid this Tim Hortons at all cost and either go to another franchise or one of Tim's competitor.

No decaf. I don’t understand a coffee chain that regularly has no decaf coffee to serve. Was told the espresso machine was broken.

Service was good.

Lady at drive thru is extremely rude. Give her 2.50 for a coffee that's 2.40. She then scoffed when I asked for my 10c change then acted as if nothing when confronted about what she said under her breath. Do better lady

When we go through with the car, they can't hear clients properly, which causes frustration. No very friendly either. On the 31st of December, I decided to go inside and order it was 2: 25pm. It says closing at 3pm and they didn't let me in. Yet the drive threw was operational. Got back in the car and got Mt order done. When I got to the window I asked for the manager. A lady came and said "I'm the Manger what do you want" I told her why is your door locked when it says 3pm and it's not even 2: 45pm yet. She said we need to clean. I said I will complain with the Tim Horton head office and she responded "we don't care". Very nice service and attitude. I decided not to go there and go the Tim's on St Jean's which is 4 blocks away.
