My favorite Tim's!
Drive through and in-person service is good, the staff is always very polite, efficient, professional, clean resto.
Most of the time they have all their products available.
I never received a wrong order, and despite my 8 Splenda, they do put the 8 in the coffee (most other places only put 1-2 because it takes too long).

Gas station wheelchair accessible, they considered my comments when they used to display windshield washer in a way that was making the use of the ramp impossible and it never happened since.
Aisles are small but maneuverable with power wheelchair.
I appreciate that they accept to serve power mobility aids at the drive through (often easier for me).

I always have an awesome experience with the staff and it is a pleasure to stop by! Thank youuuuuuu!

I went to pickup my Too good to go first time at this store and I was not happy what I got. Tim Hortons should have a standard of number of items in the box delivered to customer with their TGTG app, and what I got from this store is 3 items (one donut, one muffin and 4 timbits) is this a value of $15.00? Second, the employees are not even aware of what she should includes in the surprise bag! Never go back to this store.

What the hell is this place 0 service all times wrong order, this place must shut down it’s taking space for another quality cafe shop

There is no consistency in servings or price when ordering things like extras. They often make errors on orders, even simple ones. During non-rush hours, their coffee tastes burnt. If you can, go to the other Tims that is a corner away. Edit: it got worse. Three weekends in a row I waited more than 30 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. Service is so slow it is painful. It was not rush hour.

Je suis choqué de l’impolitesse à la caisse (19h20) j’entre, je dis bonjour pas de réponse, il me répond froidement “on a pas ce que tu demandes” je commence a commander et il me coupe sans rien dire et va prendre la commande d’un autre client au drive. Je lui ai dit c’est sérieux la? Il me répond “attend”. Donc Je suis parti sans commander au final.

Very dirty, you have to clean your own table before you sit down, last time I come 1 years ago never come back because it’s dirty, I thought they will change…. Never

This is the 3rd time my family and I ordered from here. The food quality is so terrible and the employees are unfriendly. The cashier gave us hashbrowns which were hard like rock, not eatable.

This is the 3rd time we waste our time and money going here, would not be a returning customer.

I would recommend for a manager/supervisor to be around at all times to make sure the employees are working properly otherwise please kindly hire new staff members to make sure they're loyal to you and your customers.

Awfull the guy working there ignored us and never served us and we waiting 9 minutes before leaving. He never took our order or anything.

Every time I drive there, the employees take forever to get get your orders and to deliver even where there is no car in the driveway. I wait 15 minutes today
