Tim Hortons

Would you believe if I told you that this picture is supposed to be of a Tim Hortons HOT CHOCOLATE? ! More like dirty water! I am beyond disgusted that they would even dare to serve this to their customers.

I’ve been to this Tim hortons for the 3rd time and everytime I go and I struggle with the ordering they laugh at me and they literally don’t understand a word of a English and I don’t speak much of French and I have a disability and I don’t understand certain things in French but like at the same time if somebody is struggling to speak a language there is no need to make fun of a person who doesn’t know how to speak French it’s not the first time this has happened to me it’s the 3rd time. Besides they’re really rude like they’re being disrespectful to a person who struggles ordering in French and laughs at you for not knowing how to speak French that just shows poor customer service.

Je suis venu à 21h pour un trio blt, Quartier de patates et moka. On me laisse savoir que les patates ne sont plus mangeables alors je me les fais rembourser, j'attends mon blt, il arrive, je le trouve bien mince donc je l'ouvre pour trouver 2 bacons coupés pour faire 4, bacon pas assez cuit en plus. Assez cheap. Au moins le moka était correct.

Just got home from Tim Horton ordered two broccoli soups one chicken soup a b l t and three chocolate donuts the bread was hard like a rock the soups were cold and the taste was disgusting like if the soups were not fresh and the donuts were also hard like if they were not fresh for $ 32.00 at least have fresh food biggest mistake should of gone somewhere else in the past never had an issue with the food now I will never go back again never ever called the store and the employee was completely lost and confused about the problem after she tells me to go back tomorrow my to speak to the boss I asked what the bosses name is she tells my MR only I said how isn’t that you don’t know your bosses name is a man or woman the person says I don’t know I say if you call him sir then it’s a man she answered no it’s Emily man talking to incompetent people especially for a store like Tim’s wanted a reimbursement said no talk to boss or management what a joke

Les prises électriques dans la salle à manger ont été enlever, je trouve ça cheap, j'étais venu m'acheter quelque chose pour pouvoir travailler sur laptop en même temps et j'avais besoin qu'il soit brancher

My biggest issue with this location is that they are always out/low of doughnuts and Tim Bits. It’s a doughnut shop! Don’t you want to make money?
Also the staff looks like they don’t want to be there What happened to good customer service?
To be fair, you’re not the only Tim’s that has these issue. The ones in my area are all like this.
Good luck…if you continue the way you’re going, you won’t be around for long.

Went to the Mc place for supper ha! Thought I was in the eye of a Tornado. Couldn't get either coffee or desert SOO even though I have reduced mobility Told myself I would walk to Tim Horton's 2 blocks away.
Pure haven, No crazy noise no customer yelling because their order were wrong.
It was calm, smelle of freshly made good food. Plus the employees were smiling. All the equipment was working the place was spotless. No yelling ah sheer blissful place. Boy was I happy suddenly.y world was right again. You know like you've been finally back in Canada after a nightmarish vacation south of the border.
I had myself a nice freshly baked explosion of fruit muffin and yes a cruller donut. And an excellent freshly made Mocha coffee that was yesss piping hot just as I had specified to the smiling, calm employee.

Who even took the time while he had a second to ask me if all was to my liking.
I can assure you that from now on I will never ever stray from Tim in order to enjoy a treat before facing the grocery store, round supper time. No sirree strayed once believing I was going to enjoy the outing. No more it's Tim or nothing at least in Rivière des Prairies.

Ever since COVID, my local Tim's has gone to hell. They never have donuts, they are closed at odd times, staffing issues, whenever I order anything, they don't have it or don't have some of the old ingredients like whip cream for coffee, mayonnaise for a sandwich. I don't know how they are still open. Not to mention, I don't remember the last time I was able to sit nside, seems the doors are always locked and you can only order through the drive through.

Good and not expensive food. The choice is not large, but you can choose for every taste. At peak times of course.queue. And so you can always choose something to your liking.

THEY ARE SO RUDE I went there and the manager started screaming at me because he was telling me to step back but I was in front and didn’t wanna loose my spot and if I did I would be stepping on the people behind me so I told him it would be better to tell the people at the end of the line to step back for me to do so than he started screaming at me so I left. (he’s crazy pls get a new manger quickly because I was talking calmly and he went crazy on me normally it’s the other way around (that shouldn’t happen but still)

Itvopens at 6.a. M it's now 6: 38 a.m and the workers are inside but won't open doors thank you new generation for your stupidity

Who ever hire people in this location need to be fired! Clueless, nasty and rude employees from hello to bye. I don’t give a F what province are you in, Tim Horton is Canadian and service should be in both languages. Also Manager woman was disgusting in appearance and service. Shame on you Tim Horton for allowing this go learn how to service clients from Dunkin Donuts!

Fut un temps où le staff du matin était très rapide, efficace et sympathique. Ce n'ai plus le cas.erreur par dessus erreur pour des commandes simples et le personnel qui se fou des clients. Très déçu! Cela va prendre un moment avant que j'essaie de retourner dans ce Tim hortons

Very bad service at night. I waste my time going through the drive thru for a latte and the machine is always broken or « being cleaned », it’s been a month straight now I wasn’t able to order a latte due to this. And the employees lack customer service skills.

Service is really long, they dont give you what you order and they are missing eggs in the morning.

Mauvais accueil au volant et beaucoup d'attente. La gaz est cher mes chers amis. On vient pour un café et on paye le prix de 2 café en gaz.

The lady spoke to us in English and told us she didn't speak English and took their time getting the food ready and forgot our bagel.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a truly awful experience. Everything from the food to the service was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

To start, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took over 15 minutes for me to receive my order, even though there were only a few people in line ahead of me. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service and were chatting with each other instead of attending to customers.

When I finally received my order, the food was cold and tasted stale. The coffee was bitter and had clearly been sitting for a long time. The sandwich was dry and unappetizing, and the donut was hard and stale. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for a while and was not made fresh.

The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also a concern. The tables and floors were dirty and there was garbage on the floor. The bathrooms were also in a state of disrepair, with broken fixtures and a bad odor.

Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was extremely disappointing. The slow service, stale food, and dirty environment made for an unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning myself. There are much better options out there for coffee and fast food, and Tim Hortons simply does not measure up.
