I’ve been going to Tim Hortons all the time and the staff doesn’t listen to what you order, they’re just talking with each other and making you repeat what you want. I order two French vanillas and they gave me something else, I went back to get it changed and it was still bad but I had no time to meet the manager. I went today and same thing happened. They start talking bad about you thinking you don’t understand their language but I actually understood everything. They also tried many times to charge me extra for things I didn’t even get but luckily I realized that I was paying more than what I ordered. In short tims was the best place to go before but now it’s one of the worst because of the staff because they don’t even make the food good. I ordered a bagel and they gave me a cold bagel no butter or cream cheese even if I ordered.

Before leaving Lasalle we noticed this small Tim Horton at a gas station. Was not sure to go there but we took a chance. We did not regret it! Ordered a few items. Arrived a few seconds at the window and was greeted by a charming lady with a beautiful smile! That started great! Once we paid the order was ready to dispatch to the car. Great and fast service on a Saturday morning! Keep up the good job guys and never underestimate a place because it’s not what you are used to!

Staff was too rude. They were shouting while taking my order. They donot know how to talk with customer

Actually it was a big order, really unsatisfied because coffee cups were half in quantity.

Just be careful because its a tim hortons with a gaz station so rush hours is hectic!

Its a good place to gather. I go with friends and family to have a quiet get out of the house and chat kind of place. Its somewhere relatively cheap to have a coffee or tea and sit.

My go to place. I always order everything bagel with butter and hashbrown. Always fresh just as there tag line.

We stopped at Tim Horton's in the Angrignon Mall on Wednesday, Oct 19 around 4pm. The girl serving at the cash had zero personality, never a greeting or semblance of a smile. I ordered a small regular coffee with cream on the side, a small dark roast coffee with cream on the side, 2 roussette donuts, a plain homestyle donut and a powdered chocolate donut. After a wait of about 7-8 minutes, I was given the 2 small coffees, no cream or napkins. I asked for the cream and 2 Splenda. I was given another bag, up to 5 bags now, with 4 creams and some napkins, no Splenda. My sister returned to ask again for Splenda, which we finally got. I noticed on the receipt we were charged for an Americano coffee, instead of a regular one. One roussette had crumbled edges and both were somewhat dry. There seemed to be at least 4 staff on duty, so that wasn't an issue. Unfortunately, the section of the receipt with the survey number was poorly printed. It was location # 102522 order #256049102.
