Tim Hortons

Staff is friendly, floor management needs improvement but this can be due to heavy rush at a particular time of the day. Rest all's good.

Yes it's a tim hortons and yes in downtown guy concordia but it doesn't mean it should be always dirty, not so much choice and WC not working.

I went in to this Tim’s to purchase a 25$ gift card for a Christmas gift. When I walked in there were 4 employees, one was serving someone and the other 3 were standing around. One of them opened the other cash beside for me and I went up and asked for a gift card. He said that he wasn’t sure if they could do that so he asked his coworker beside him if they could and he also looked at me and said he didn’t know. So I asked them if there was someone working that did know, the girl said she wasn’t sure and the only other person said he probably could. After a few moments he imputed on the computer the 25$ under gift card and asked me to pay, which I did and once the payment went through he said “oh sorry I forgot this printer isn’t printing”. I told him I needed the receipt incase there was a problem with the card (I have had many previous issues with gift cards in the past so I always make sure to give it with a receipt or gift receipt). He said he was sorry and that he hadn’t done this in a long time and said he would give me a refund but he had to ask the other girl to do so. They refunded me but since the printer at that cash wasn’t working I had to check on my bank card that my card was properly reimbursed. Then we switched over to the other cash, and just as I was about to pay again, I noticed that the gift card he was going to give me was already a used card that he was reloading (I knew because you could clearly see that the numbers had all been scratched off). I told him I didn’t want an already used card as it was a Christmas gift. Then he tried to find another gift card under the cash and found one with spring flowers. And I said I wanted a plain one as it was for Christmas (no the image isn’t a big deal however I do like to have a plain or holiday one if giving it as a gift, especially for the person it was going to!), so I told him it was ok and that I would wait to go to another store. I was disappointed in just the way this whole situation happened. It took about 10-15 minutes for it to all be figured out from the time I walked in. This isn’t the first time I have had bad service at this store… they are usually very slow to get orders out and I’ve often had mistakes made.

Pas assez de serveurs. Ligne attente trop longue. Puis pas d utilisation des toilettes, supposement brisées les deux

Même si il y a des commentaire négative tim horton est loin d’être mauvais ce fast food et vraiment bon leur wrap sont bon et leur dessert son des beignet incroyable je recommande vivement

Le service était bien, un peu lent malgré le peu d'achalandage. Le café était chaud. Le restaurant était propre. Et les toilettes hors d'usage. Je voulais consommé sur place, mais je suis parti.

Alors je fais cet avis là maintenant, parce que je viens de commander une Vanille Française taille grande, sur la plate-forme DoorDash et le Tim Hortons ci-dessus a accepté ma commande sachant qu’ils ne sont les plus proche de chez moi (il y en a 2 plus proche) bref.

A l’arrivée de ma commande, j’ai pu constater qu’ils avaient clairement négliger l’emballage de protection sur le cup* pour l’empêcher de se renverser lors de la livraison, ensuite j’ai pu voir que la petite partie qui est censée être scellé avant la consommation était déjà descellé avant ma consommation, par la suite en ouvrant le couvercle du cup* la vanille française avait été bue à plus de la moitié, dernière fois que je fais aveuglément confiance à des gens qui n’aiment pas leur travail. Sur ce prenez ce message avec considération parce que vous pourriez avoir des surprises et cela peut arriver à n’importe qui de non-vigilants.

So I'm making this review right now, because I just ordered a large size French Vanilla, on the DoorDash platform and the Tim Hortons above accepted my order knowing that they are not the closest to me (there are 2 closer) in short.

When my order arrived, I could see that they had clearly neglected the protective packaging on the cup* to prevent it from falling over during delivery, then I could see that the small part which is supposed to be sealed before consumption was already unsealed before my consumption, afterwards by opening the lid of the cup * the French vanilla had been drunk more than half, this my last time, I blindly trust people who do not don't like their job. On this, take this message with consideration because you could have surprises and it can happen to anyone who is not vigilant.

Very good experience. But you have to wait for your order especially in Morning. Food available is very tasty and Hygienic. Additionally, staff is very cooperative. They also respect the customer. Dine in, Take out both available.

I go to Tim's all the time and like it. And this review is solely on this location not the franchise in general. When in Montreal we went here 2 times and then gave up. Both times we waited excessively long after placing mobile orders. The line or lack of as people were just randomly standing everywhere and no one really knew where to go to get food or to order. It was chaos literally haha. They were busy yes cause it's a Tim's. But holy smokes they were unorganized. Sensed it was always like this. But my coffee was great haha.

I've got some donuts, timbits and coffee from this place on several occasions, and it's always about the same quality. The baked goods taste average and are more fresh in the morning compared to the afternoon/evening. Classic Timmie's, really!

They never make dark roast coffee ahead of time.had to have the regular coffee or wait 5-10 minutes for it to be ready.be pro-active, it's one of your main products, prepare it in advance.a team of 5-6 cannot provide coffee when requested, it must be ready in advance.

Was my goto breakfast place before college starts. A cup of smores ice cap and a donut is prefect way to start your day. If less into sugar, the latte is good too.

On a aimé leur chocolat chaud, leur jus de pomme, et leurs beignets.
Néanmoins, le lieu n’est ni propre ni entretenu, il y a eu une erreur dans notre commande, et le personnel ne parle pas un mot de français.

Dernière fois que je met un pied dans ce vaste fois. Personne ne parle français. De ce fait, personne ne m'a explique ma commande et il y a eut erreur. Je commande un trio.pu l'on me donne seulement 1 muffin et 1 sandwich. Un trio c'est bien 3 éléments. J'ai du aller qu comptoir 3 fois réclamer mes éléments manquants, pas de napkin, Bref.désastres et pas de repsonsable sur place.

Very dirty, orders always wrong, homeless people are always there making the place smell horrible. Never coming back.

Restaurant extremely dirty. Tables all over the place. I had to ask an employee for something to clean my table, and did it myself. Employees are inefficient and couldn't care less about lineups. Internet not functioning (modem is broken apparently and hasn't been fixed yet). Employees unable to speak French with customers despite this being required by law in Quebec.

Much better then the one on st Catherine but understaffed. The blonde woman in the morning always makes my day. She needs a promotion. To many homeless people however

I’m honestly convinced this Tim Hortons is in another dimension. I’ve literally had homeless people inside the restaurant beg me and other people inside the restaurant for money (me eating my 4$ sandwich and not eating at some gourmet restaurant, does it look like I got money?) This Tims is also very dirty on the regular, trash all over the floors, definitely no clean tables, and no open bathroom. For a nationwide fast food that pretty much represents the country of Canada it’s quite embarrassing to walk downtown montreal and want good old Canadian Tim’s and receive your food/coffee in that environment.

This has to be the most disgusting establishment in Canada. Worse than some in Vancouver or Near Rideau in ottawa. I only go because i work across from it.it's basically a homeless shelter (were 3 of them there taking their clothes off) that also sells tim horton products. It is probably a health hazard selling 'food' (see quotations and being so dirty.floors are like some when and took a bucket of puddle water and spilled it all over inside. The glass where cookies and muffins are look like they have not been cleaned since 2019. Owners from Brazil should come and do some "undercover boss" episode.this is for less than 1 star. I juts supported charity with the smile cookie.a good thing I was hungry.

Very poor customer service, no greetings nothing. Just ordered Bagel, they took like 15 minutes for it, even this was not busiest hour. Need to improve the customer service
