Tim Hortons

Dirty bathrooms. Cold customer service. I guess its the trend now days with the shortage in manpower. Please stop recycling your baked goods from the day before. I worked for Tims and I know these practices are very common in most Tims.

Change the staff if you want to be running Tim horton for a year more. (its for the owner of Tim horton) find some educated professionals.

Si je pouvais mettre 0, je le ferais premièrement le service n’est pas très accueillant il ne parle pas français, et se parle entre eux et rient. Deuxièmement la cuisson de la viande n’est pas assez élevée, donc poulets froids, patates blanche. On demande un givré au chocolat on reçois un cappucino noir? Sérieusement on le sait que vous êtes en manque d’employer mais sérieux je connais des magasin qui on moin d’employer que vous et qui donne un meilleur service et cuisine meilleure de plus, apprenez dont comment nettoyer un plancher, et vos recettes!

Awful disgusting horrible place full of garbage flies and pee odor, f.ing durty walls doors handles, how dare ppl eat out there?
Les toilettes les plus dégoûtantes sales macabres que j'ai jamais vu, bcp de mouches d'ordures, très très forte odeur d'urine combinée à celle des poubelles, mures portes sales, j'ai failli vomir

Malpropreté évidente partout! Nourriture pas très fraîche. Service unilingue anglophone. À éviter!

Well. Not my first time there but surely my last one.
I was eating my combo and after a couple of potatoes, I tested something really disgusting. I instantly want to throw up. I looked into the bowl of potatoes and found more than one hair.
It's been more than 3 hours and I still taste that bad taste, Even after 3 Hall candies and 1 coffee.

For head office, this is place has one of the worst services. Older French lady with white hair is always rude. I asked for a bottle of iced tea and a cup of ice on the side and she made it seem like it was such a hassle and inconvenience for her. Awful

Employees are lost and very sloww, They are like 20 behind the counters but only 1 serving the Cash.

You order 1 thing and get something else.

This is the worst tim hortons I've ever been to slow nothing fresh everything is old and they can never get your order right no matter what it is. I ordered a cream cheese bagel with butter and I got a bagel with butter Went back and had them put on the cream cheese and got a rock hard bagel im going back after work today and getting back my money. And will never go back to this place again.

Service en anglais uniquement!
Peronne pour parler en français, un scandale tout simplement.
Et que c est long, 15 minutes pour servir 3 clients.

Slowest drive thru in Montreal… Dirtiest Tim Hortons in Montreal… The parking looks like a war zone full of giant potholes.

I am not going back there, a waste of time and dangerous.

Tim Hortons should remove the franchise from the hands of the owner of this store, it damages the image of the brand.

Une étoile c’est même beaucoup 0 c’est mieux je viens d’y sortir sans rien acheter tellement la caissière était imp*li et irrespectueuse. Je dis bonjour et lui demande c’est la quelle la caisse elle me regarde et s’en va puis reviens je lui redis bonjour et lui dis qu’elle ne m’as pas répondu qu’elle ne me voyait pas où quoi et là elle me dis « dis moi juste ta commande » je suis parti je ne vais pas me faire manquer de respect pour un café. Au passage le magasin était très sale des serviettes jetés au sol des cups et j’en passe.

Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. Rough service, very dirty place, ants on the food counter.it doesn't get much worse than this.

Very rude service this evening. I do not appreciate being told “on est a Montreal icite madam” when I ordered a steeped tea.
It’s one thing to not quite understand what I’ve asked for, but to belittle me for speaking a very common language in Montreal (a multilingual city, by the way) is terrible customer service.

Need better microphones at drive thru.
Sandwich is not a salad.

Asked for crispy chicken sandwich today and received a BLT.
I suggest a #'d menu to avoid this when your employees don't understand either official language.
