Hire more hands if you need to, waited 15mins for a muffin in morning rush hour, I didn’t get it in the end because it takes forever.

3 years ago this place was prime! Great service, great food and super fast service. Nowadays, it's just horrible! Everytime you enter this place you wait for hours and half of the stuff on the menu aren't there. 1pm and literally one person is working. The management needs to change.

Super rude girls at the counter… i got my order and than asked if i could use the washroom and they refused me saying its closed and started laughing and talking to each other

The location is incredibly slow yet the staff is hanging around on their phones.

Waited 10+ minute for a farmers wrap even though there was nobody in the store. And when I received it, the wrap looked miserable. The staff didn’t care

I love Tim bottoms, but this place was just nasty. The smell inside, floors where dirty and sticky. You cold really tell this place hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages… they should close down the place for a while to clean it properly. The staff looked like the absolutely hate there jobs…
The ice coffee I ordered was almost thrown at me.
Would never return to this place.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Dirty windows you can’t see in and out.
They should loose licence. Go to Second Cup across the street.

Most of the times understaff, especially in the morning hours.sometimes wrong order, asked for milk in coffee but got cream instead+ coffee not fresh. It sucks to start your day with stale coffee, not at all clean! Need to train the staff, saw them struggling most of the time! Overall need to improve alot as its a very busy location in downtown.

L'équipe est complètement désorganisée. Ils sont 6 derrière le comptoir et pourtant les commandes s'accumulent. Ambiance très étrange. L'équipe du Tim est habituellement bien rodée et structurée.

I don’t know why but this specific branch of tims is always bad. Always smells bad, and for some reason they never get my coffee order right, plus its always more expensive. Which make’s absolutely no sense! I paid 4.6 for a medium oat milk iced coffee here, and paid 3.8 for a large of the same order at the branch on guy boulevard de maissoneuve. This has happened twice before and i assumed i was imagining the price difference the first two times but I literally just checked my bank payments. I presume the management at this specific branch is horrible and the staff are not trained so they dont know how to list orders accurately, and are not taught to clean the place.

By far the worst location I think I’ve ever been to. No matter what time of the day it’s extremely dirty. There’s 5 ppl behind the counter but yet still a lineup. No one seems to know what they’re doing there and without a doubt mess up my order every single time. Today I gave them one last chance!

The workers do their best but are massively understaffed. When you come in the morning there's usually only 2-3 people dealing with a morning rush

I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a sandwich which when I went back to ask the lady about she didn’t believe me! I asked my sandwich on a bagel which they had but when I went back to ask where it was she told me she couldn’t do it because she gave it to some else (who came after me) The chicken noodles soup had chucks of uncut chicken and was cold. They didn’t have the big bowls but still made me pay for the big bowl. I asked for an ice coffee, they gave me a hot coffee…. The costumer service was really bad, looked like they didn’t care and didn’t even believe me. The place wasn’t that clean, and the bathroom smelled horrible and dirty and the floor was sticky I had to clean my boots after coming out of it….
I don’t normally do reviews but this need to change… sorry

Costumer service is very bad, they don’t even care about costumer, the Indian employee, their face look like a zombie want kill us and the ice coffee is not good at all, they don’t follow the recipient

Everything is fine.
I wish the windows, which I have not come across as clean yet, would be cleaned.

Pas capable d’avoir le même goût du chocolat chaud que dans les autres Tim Hortons.

Ordered tea, they have me coffee, they looked like they didn't believe me when I went back and told them. They gave me a new tea but used the coffee cup for it, I asked her "did you use the same cup? " and she said no, but I watched her. Disgraceful.

Just dont come here, so dirty, not even speaking French, racist, slow just the worst tim hortons ever. Bathroom not working because they are lazy to clean

Never order food on Uber from here terrible! Food was not cooked and drink was poured all over my meal! Terrible
