Tim Hortons

Déçue, nous passons commande. Au final, on ne nous sert pas ce que nous avons commandé.
Les affiches sont en français au-dessus d eux, on leur dit, on leur montre et rien à faire.
Ça fait 3eme Tim Horton.
Je pense qu'on va favoriser la concurrence. On commence à en avoir

Encore une fois les personnes qui servent sont en dessous de tous même en lui fessant voir l'application il n'ont pas su ou voulu nous donner notre commande correctement. Vraiment Tim a baissé très fortement dans mon estime. Heureusement il y a d'autres enseignes qui font les mêmes produits

For a restaurant coffee & donuts near an Airport they give very bad service! It was closed! No coffee, No Donuts for the road!

Asked for the Tim BLT on everything bagel. Took a look inside before eating because I didn’t notice the bacon initially. To my surprise there looked like one strip broken into 3 pieces. I asked the lady who I believe is the manager. She said it’s correct. When I mentioned other places give more than that and I thought this was unacceptable, she simply said we did nothing wrong. It says 3 pieces! I asked for my money back and she refused while raising her voice and saying she’ll call the cops on me.

From what I can see that’s not the first time she has made such a threat.

Avoid this location at all costs.

Not the greatest Tim Horton, it seem to be rather small and slightly understaffed compares to other location.
Not always clean, but can't expect too much and doesn't have many items when I asked.
Ordered limonade once, was given something else when I was the only customer there. Take quite some skills to get that done.but overall, it's okay.

It was one of the rare experience with TIM Hortons that I ever had. The men's washroom was not clean at all. The cooking fan was broken and all the store was in smoke and nobody cared about the smoke in the store. The employees were not responsible. I took some photos of smoke in the store.

Service is veryyyyyyy slow cuz only 2 people working to serve the rush and most of the food was already out. They really need to put more employees on weekends

Been living in Dorval a long time and never had such bad service, my wife went in the store this morning and had to repeat order several times. We get home and our order was completely wrong, we took it back to store and and employee to fix order. She wanted to change more. My wife said why should I pay more when they messed up on order and had to come back. The employee refused so another customer asked the employee to just give it to her because of customer service. The employee threatened to call cops so my wife asked for her money back because of the whole way the employee handled the situation. She got her money back and the employee told her not to come back ever again. My wife worked at this store 16 years ago and we been going there a very long time. We will never give business to this store again.

Made an order of close to $30 this morning, asked for a box to place the order in as the paper bags were too small and ripping, the manager refused and said I would have to pay for the Tim Hortons box. I asked for any box (reusable), she said it’s against company policy. I wished her a wonderful day and left. It’s sad what ‘customer service’ has come to. Not a single care and the manager knew I didn’t have a car and that I was a pedestrian.
