Tim Hortons

Juste du lait de vache. Ce serait une bonne idée de proposer du lait sans lactose et végétal (amande ou soja). Grande salle fermée à 20: 40 -alors que de nombreux avions sont retardés.

Service interminable, 30min pour une dizaine de clients. La deuxième étoile pour Jason au comptoir, très courtois!

Pretty typical for a Tim Hortons, great for coffee and other drinks, snacks and quick meals. For food in airports this is definitely one of the cheaper places for food and drink. There is sometimes a long line up, this time there wasn't. It is located through security on your way to gates 1 through 11.it is one of the more kid friendly options here. Take out is a good option to if you are short on time or want to eat at the gate.

Going forward, I'd rather starve to death or die of thirst than go to the Tim Hortons in Montreal Airport. They have maybe 3 out of all the
items listed on their obviously incorrect menu. What's the point of that? Terrible service, terrible tasting food and just a sorry excuse for a food/drink establishment. Someone please remove this Tim Hortons from the airport. It's embarassing.

Has none of the features of a regular Tim Hortons. No donuts, no ice caps, and no wraps nor sandwiches. The service was also below par with no smile nor pleasant expression. Please revamp the menu and the workers

No dairy alternatives and enormous slow lineups. Staff are doing their best but there aren’t enough of them!

Our first time in Tim Hortons Montreal Airport was very BAD! The store ambience was good. At 4am, there’s a lil bit of long cue. But sad to say, the girl who assist us is not accommodating. Im very disappointed of how the way she treated us. I can understand if she was exhausted of work or what, but please you must maintain good customer service, you do not know, what happens to every customer you’ve met, maybe, they have long layovers or sudden cancelled flight. So, to that girl staff who assisted us on 4am something on Dec. 28,2023. Im sorry if we did not understand you and a bit confuse of our orders, you can explain us calmly. No need to yell, we’re very exhausted at that time because of our long layover. So please maintain a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE at all times!

Poor seating layout. Items sold at this location do not seem to be of same quality as others (ie stale, served cold). Also does not participate in Tims Rewards and does not accept Tim Hortons gift cards.

This is the first time I am so upset for their bad service, my son caught a cold and we were waiting for boarding on the airport we went into and asked for some hot water but was informed we need to pay $1 for the hot water service. Excuse me? I had never heard that, it really unacceptable. And I went to another restaurant, they are kindly offering, it’s so odd for Tim’s.

This might be the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. I fly often for work and so I often stop here for a coffee and snack. I have never ONCE been satisfied. Today, I was surprised to find there was no line, so I stopped in a grabbed a coffee and a donut. Once I sat at my gate I took a sip of my coffee and it was GOD AWFUL. It was supposed to be a double double and it has no sugar at all, and tasted burnt. This place cannot complete even the simplest of tasks.

So slow. Cashier should stay on cash not run around pouring coffee and getting food. So inefficient. They should run a Kaizen event here. So much room for improvement. Omg.

Turn back, reader! It is too late for me but you may still save yourself from what was truly the worst Tim Horton experience of my whole life. If Mr. Horton saw what they had done to his beloved everything bagel with herb and garlic and cream cheese he would be spinning in his grave.

If I could give negative stars I would be alas, one is the minimum this platform allows.

I think they decided instead of toasting bagels they would just let them go stale and see if anyone would notice the difference.

Very slow, always run out of stuff and even if it says that they open at 3: 30, it's closed at that time.

Un Tim de base. Service inexistant et désagréable. Le croissant nature avait un goût de fromage. Pas d'option lait végétal.

I work at the airport and visit this tim hortons often. You can expect to wait 15 minutes if you want just a coffee. The staff is generally nice, but a few of them aren't qualified for service. I often have to wait for people who order sandwiches and what not, should there be a coffee line, things would go much smoother. The one time I wanted a bagel the employee named "Matthew" refused to serve me and claimed that they don't serve bagels after 8: 30, while I was there at 8: 29. Seems he was looking for any excuse not to work. The time they close often changes as well & if you ever ask to speak to the manager or inquire on a time where speaking to him would be possible, the employees act dumbfounded, the employee I spoke to "Matthew" claims he has never seen the manager and that the manager just shows up whenever he wants without consistency. Basically telling me it would be impossible to do so. It's the only timmies in the vicinity, and they know all the workers around are forced to go to them, had I had an option to go elsewhere, I would.
