Tim Hortons

Je viens d’acheter une boîte de 10 timbits et la boîte été pleines de fourmies cachées dans les cracks de la boîte! J’ai essayer d’appeler le resto mais pas de réponse.

J’ai reçu une boîte de 10 timbits remplie de fourmis, qui se sont échappés dans ma voiture. Dernière fois dans ce Tim Hortons. L’hygiène laisse vraiment à désirer!

La nourriture était bonne mais disons que le service était tres lent et erroné. Il y a plusieurs employés dans cette succursale mais aucune supervision ni coordination.

I just took a star off because at 5: 30 in the morning I was made to wait over 10 minutes for a coffee and then they tried to charge me for it. If stuff like that happens at Starbucks they give you the coffee for free and I expected that to happen after a documented 10 minutes not just made up 10 minutes but with a clock. Absolutely horrid service

Orders are never right! People spend the money and never get what they asked for.in this time of everything is expensive.a multi million dollar company should not be stealing from its customers.even if it's only 2 dollars!

2 stars is generous. The coffee is hit and miss, and the food is horrendous. Staff have no idea where they are or what they're doing. Whoever is running this tim hortons should be ashamed honestly.

J'ai commandé un wrap au poulet. C'était chaud, le poulet bien croustillant et frais j'ai attendu un peu mais ça en valait la peine. Merci!

YARK! Le gars qui fait les sandwichs s’assure des bien frotter ses gants partout avant de plier ton wrap… Dégeulasse!

Sûrement le pire Tim secteur Hull, le service est très lent et les commandes souvent incomplète

J'ai décidé de leur redonner une chance. J'arrive là, demande une soupe poulet et nouilles "on a les Nouilles monsieur mais pas le poulet" bon fine mets moé les nouilles. Demande leur nouveau wrap steak chipotle qu'ils annoncent "désolé monsieur on n'en a pas" bon aight m'a te prendre un irresistible au boeuf. Demande un beigne, ya fallu que je nomme 4 sortes avant qu'il me réponde qu'ils en avaient. Finalement j'arrive à fenêtre, une employée vient me voir "ouin monsieur on a tout pour faire le irresistible sauf les oignons frits (un des 3 seuls ingrédients du sandwich) bon ALRIGHT esti meys moé juste du boeuf. Dernière fois j'allais chez Tim Hortons. Présentement ce serait le bon moment pour que Dunkin Donut revienne

Not the best customer service. Feels like its ran by 13 year olds half the time. I only go there because its close to home but the ammount of times iv been unconvenienc or its been closed to drive through only. Id call if you plan on dining inside as they are low staff like 90% of the time witch leads to locking the doors n forcing for drive through.

Atrocious service. The woman I was served by was very rude. After repeating my order several times, she still got it wrong and was frustrated with me when I complained. Seems to be par for the course with most Tim Hortons but this one was exceptionally bad.

I Will Nevers go Back we waited 45 min for Coffee in the drive thru it was ridiculous no staff to serve they should close if they have no staff to serve thé clients

Comme j’habite près, je vais régulièrement à ce Tim Hortons. Je n’ai jamais été du genre à laisser des avis et j’essaie toujours d’être compréhensive surtout vis à vis le manque de personnel. Mais sérieusement à chaque fois que j’y vais, je repart insulter par rapport au manque de courtoisie de la part des employés! J’ai moi même travailler dans un Tim Hortons et on est réellement loin du protocole que l’on nous enseigne lors de notre embauche… Alors qu’il n’y a personne on nous fait patienter sans avis pendant une dizaine de minutes pour finalement nous répondre au microphone du service au volant, en nous balançant un « oui » non chaland comme si on dérangeait l’employé… bien que je soit très polie l’employé reste de glace et j’ai tout simplement l’impression de m’adresser à un zombie… j’arrive finalement à la fenêtre pour payer ma commande ou je vois et j’entends les employés rire et déconner entre eux sans se préoccuper de personne, j’ai pourtant seulement commander un café… et on me fait encore patienter sans avis pendant de longues minutes…. Au bout de 5 minutes à les entendre rigoler et les apercevoir de temps à autre servir un des seuls clients à l’intérieur en se traînant les pieds, j’ai tout simplement décidé que c’était assez et je suis parti… Bref je trouve cela réellement insultant car à chaque fois, les employés sont malpolis et ce même si je suis quelqu’un qui dit TOUJOURS svp et merci car je sais ce que c’est de travailler dans le service à la clientèle! Bien que je préfère le café du TimHortons et qu’il soit également plus près de chez moi, dorénavant je crois que je vais tout simplement faire un détour pour aller chercher mon café au McDonald ou au moins les employés ne te traite pas comme un moins que rien!

While the bar for Timmies is pretty low, this somehow kissed the mark.

Ordered through the online app, drove 5 minutes to the shop, and waited almost 15 minutes for my 3 coffees and breakfast sandwich. In the time I waited, I saw people come in, order, get their food and drinks and leave.

Deux visite en deux jour. Wow très rare que Tim offre un service si rapide éfficace et COMMANDE EXACTE. Merci TLM très gentils. Dommage je retourne a mon lieu de travaille habituelle demain.

Judging from the outside of the restaurant i knew i was in for a rough ride. After waiting 20 mins for my food (ordered a breakfast sandwich) i was told they were out of breakfast sandwiches. After substituting for another sandwich it took another 20 mins for the proper sandwich to get there. All in all took 40 minutes, the tim hortons on ontario side are much better.

2 hour wait time, bag was open on one side when we got it. (dont think driver did anything to my food.) all the donuts were the wrong kind AND THEIR WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC COOKED INTO MY CHEESE CROISSANT! This place is ruining the name of tim horton's. It's places like these that lose the franchise as a whole customers for LIFE!

This Tim Hortons branch right here is the final nail in the coffin for me that I will never any more of money to any Tim Hortons ever. And yet I didn't even have to see their restaurant to know how dirty they are. We ordered online twice and it threw us to this branch twice. First order, they made us wait for an hour just for them to cancel our order. 10 minutes later, I ordered again just to use up my money that they would not refund to my credit card back. And it took them 2 hours to send completely wrong items. The most remarkable part is the 1 cheese croissant that is supposed to be 2 plain croissants— it had melted shard of plastic in the cheese and you tell me what part of health and safety does that conform to?

Every time I have ordered from the Tim Hortons App, it's always incompetency in display and it's really shameful.
