AVOID AVOID AVOID! I HAD TO CALL THE MONTREAL PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITY AFTER THIS LOCATION SOLD ME CURDLED MILK. TIM HORTONS DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND THE FRANCHISE OWNER DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NOT EVEN AN OFFER FOR A REFUND OR A CALLBACK. FORTUNATELY THE FOOD INSPECTOR WAS ON THE JOB. STAY AWAY!

I'm aware that were in covid times, so I wont complain too much about the incredibly slow service. The poor lady was all by herself in the only Tim's open downtown, we waited probably 20 minutes with only 3 customers before us. The donuts were fine but the raspberry tidbits were stale af. Good thing I only got 2.

I leave central station at 8: 40 every morning, and if I catch the light at the corner of Boul Rene-Levesque and Boul Robert-Bourassa, I'm in at this location at 8: 45 a.m. And at my desk by 8: 55 am. Thank you staff for getting me my morning coffee!

Everyone said when you visit Canada you have to try their coffee and donuts, and I can say very comfortably that they are all right. The coffee was great and so were the donuts, I really wish we had more in America. I will definitely be going back to Canada for a visit and I'll make sure to go to Tim Hortons again.

Very slow in severing customers. Just to get a cup of coffee you have wait for 15 min being 1 person in the queue.

Service du matin vraiment nul, c'est désolant car il ny a aucune propreté et qu'on attend 20 minutes pour être servi alors que la 2ieme employé ne vient pas aider. Ne pas allez la bas

I just left Tim Horton's. I wish my experience was better, as the person who waited on me was not so pleasant. Maybe, she was having a bad day. I am hoping my next visit will be better.

Slowest service. Often they only have one person working. Long lines. People leaving instead of waiting.

No fault to actual serving but the manager tripped bad by not scheduling more people for today. We were in line for over an hour and half the time there was nobody taking orders! Not a great start to the pride parade at all

Ils servent a une vitesse lumière les clients, ce Tim Horton a un line-up de 10 personnes de 5hAM jusqu'à 9h30 mais les clients sont servi très rapidement! Super chorégraphie de la part des employés et pas d'erreur dans la commande! Je leur lève mon chapeau!

Located in nice location in downtown Montreal, not very crowded, internet is available, near to Metro McGill and BonAventure

Extremely rude people for no reason, you be polite to them and they answer with silence or rudeness.the service gets even worse around 10, and don’t bother to actually make good products

It's slow. They always seem disorganized. Crowded in the morning and during lunch time. The afternoon, you just pray not to be the 5th person in line.so slow.

Ridiculous slow service, line up past the back of the store, 3 employees at the cash and one guy sweeping. Staff are like zombies lol

Great stop for a quick bite. Menu is good. A must try if you not a fan of the other burger fast food joints

The service was slow and it was not that busy. The doughnut where not prepared properly. The glazing melted off. There seems to be less filling also.

Really disorganized, bad communication behind the cash, took 3 employees to fix an order that got messed up by the cashier.

Pretty fresh food. Tables can be dirty sometimes and the people working thete can be a bit abrupt, but I understand tired, been there myself. All in all not a bad Timmie's.

10 minutes d'attente et personne derrière le comptoir a 9h le soir. J'ai dit allo a voix haute en espérant que quelqu'un sort de l'arriere. Mais rien. Je suis juste parti et je n'y retournerai plus jamais. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai une mauvaise expérience dans ce Tim.

Je vais aller a celui proche de place des arts ou le service est incroyable. Meme si c'est un détour sur mon chemin pour me rendre au travail. Je vais quand même sauver du temps malgré tout.

Le matin, le service est toujours extrêmement long. Leurs produits sont constamment en rupture de stock, quand ils ne le sont pas, c'est parce qu'un machine est brisée

Fast service this time and courteous as well. No more Anita around to shout and bad mood. No more girls chatting behind the counter rather than serving customer. Good improvement. However tables need to be cleaned.

Bon endroit pour service rapide et beaucoup de version breakfast ou lunch rapide et de café différent

Pire service que j'ai eu à un Tim Hortons. L'employée parlait mal français, elle continuait à me répondre en anglais. Elle a fait 3 erreurs dans ma commande. J'avais commandé un chocolat chaud blanc, elle m'a servi un chocolat chaud régulier. Dans mon Wrap elle me demande si je veux du fromage, je réponds non et j'en avais quand même. Et pour la facturation elle ne m'a pas compté une de mes commande comme un trio mais tout séparément. Au moment de récupérer ma commande, pas d'ustensile donné (j'avais commandé une soupe aussi) et l'employée oublie de me donner mes boissons. Je dois attendre qu'elle finisse avec le prochain client pour qu'elle me donne les boissons (qu'elle a senti pour savoir laquelle était le chocolat chaud ou la vanille française.)

Je n', si pas aimé mon croissant la mayonnaise coulante au tout sali mon manteau et le jambon n, était pas bon je fus très déçue cette endroit est malpropre et décevant

The morning shift is horrible they got my order wrong and didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t argue with them. Anita is a nightmare and very disrespectful didn’t even listen to me just keep arguing. But on the other hand the evening shift or not that bad they work hard they smile and they get your order right.

I had great experience with evening shift. Excellent staff and friendly, my order was taken right. They deserve good tips. I met the owner and he was rude and not caring for his staff. This complain is to let the owner to respect his staff. Because this report will be sent of your CEO. And the morning shift an employee named Anita gave very bad service. She game me a cold French vanilla, very disappointed and very disrespectful to me and my friends. She should be fired.

Service exécrable. Très et trop lent, mauvaise organisation du travail. Aussi, pas tous, mais beaucoup sont arrogant. J'ai déjà fait une plainte à la maison mère, mais bon.
