Tim Hortons

‏If you have a car, it's not a good choice at all; there are so many Tim Hortons around here. Its parking fines you randomly and without reason.

Terrible service and the bread is burnt… I don't recommend this place Tim Hortons is very good, but I don't recommend this specific place

Aucun service en français possible. Toilette insalubre et souvent hors d'usage. Donner un minimum de respect à vos clients. Pour les autres aller au Second Cup.

Worst Tim's I've ever been. Atmosphere is sketchy. Staff are snobby. After buying my coffee, I went to the washroom but was closed for cleaning (so the sign says). I stood there and waited for 20 mins while the staff just looked. When I asked how much longer they said its closed. How can you sell coffee and not provide washroom courtesy? I don't believe both male and female washrooms are out of order. They are happy to take the money of the high volume of customers but they would not give washroom service. Unacceptable! It should be a violation for an establishment to serve food and not provide washrooms.

The coffee is very bad. I ordered iced caramel latte and it doesn't taste like caramel latte and it isn't the first time.

Since when the sandwiches include a super spicy sauce that makes your meal uneatable? Idk if they messed up my order or they just assume everyone likes spicy stuff because I never got asked if I wanted it spicy or not. I had to throw away my sandwich because it was imposible to eat.

I consider that it is a place where you can go to buy snacks although the quality is not good and the atmosphere is a bit stuffy, it is a small space to accommodate many people, as for the service it is good

Donner des cours de français à vos employés. Même pas capable de savoir le minimum étant bonjour et merci. Encore moins savoir le menu qui est pourtant écrit en français.

The worst experience, they give hash brown which very hard when i ask them they were rude. Poor service

This is 4 years after my first review here, and the service is still very horrible. The store is completely filthy. It is currently 5: 55, and I have been in line for almost 25 mins. There are only 3 people at one cash. It makes absolutely no sense!

Horrible experience, waited for 30 mins for a chocolate chill, the worker messed up my order and gave me a small one instead of a large one and I have to ask for another large one.

On Uber eats you dont have a space to add a note to add buffalo sauce (the only reason I'm ordering here) and When I call the phone number it doesn't work.
On top of that they tell the driver that they won't make a new one that I should put it on the order and theres no option to put a note and their phone numbers don't work

Kindly train your employees to be nice as they’re a bit rude, they don’t deserve to be in the industry that you’re in.:)

One of the dirtiest TH that ive visited. And most of all employes are unfriendly.
But i can say 2 star for the hot chocolate

Far too many customers. Far too few servers. Long, long line, people giving up waiting and leaving the location.

A lot of bad experience, especially with their lack of customer service. We've had to return slme products and have them remake the ice cap but it tasted so bad and in the end we just asked for a refund. They are rude and hard to communicate with.

The worst London Fog i got at Tim Hortons. It tasted like water? It's my go-to-drink at Timmies and I was so disappointed when I got to work with it. I should've tasted it sooner. It also lacked the vanilla syrup, it was not as sweet, or maybe it was the fact that there was too much water? Some employees need an update on their training, they should taste their drinks so they know how to make it properly.

Took a ice cappuccino and it was good but the place is awful. Not clean and definitely not tidy

The coffee machine never works, it is not possible to order latte, espresso or cappuccino. Dirty. The terminal often does not work

Staff are slow at making orders coffee is brunt or watered down so bad that you don't even want to drink it best off just walking or diving to the one on Victoria or the little on by the hospital on cote st Catherine

Dining or just visiting this Tims joint have always left a very bad taste in my mouth, as there seems to be something missing every time: no sanitizing gel at the entrance, no iced capp, no clean tables, no respect towards the guests at closing time, no available bathrooms, no prepared staff to swiftly manage a few clients' orders. There has to be an urgent reorganization in this establishment.

Ask for light ice in my Ice Coffee (Large) order and they gave me full amount of ice with it and I ask if they can give me light ice, they just poured out the ice on the sink and gave my cup half empty.

This is the most disgusting Tims I have ever been to.
Always filthy in restaurant and the bathrooms are disgusting!

Microwaved coffee.
I watched them nuke my coffee, when she gave it to me I asked "is it is coffee? " She replied "no it's just a bit cold and we don't want to make a new pot. "
Absolutely abysmal.
Went again 10 Jan 2022 at lunch time, coffee was old and not drinkable. When I went back after work and explained the situation I asked them to replace it they would not do it. Terrible service, terrible coffee.

This is probably one of the worst tims ever been in Montreal.every time I order half french vanilla half coffee they give me pour coffee

They don't know how to cook simple food and don't speak French twice i been there, next time I'll tell them how!

I really dislike the service of this tim horton, they are no providing the good service even ghe staff has no sense how to engage with the customer even they are rude as well.

More over, Not enough supply like
1. Grill machine was down
2. Creamy Garlic cream cheese was not there.
3. I order French vanilla, He prepared in front of me, but the test of it was worst ever, I had.

Hard working employees but exceptionally poor management. The 10 minutes to get to the next Tim Horton's on Côte-des-neiges are definitely worth it.

I once bought a chipotle cheddar chicken wrap that was supposed to contain cheddar in it already. Not only did they charge me extra for cheese, they didn't even put it in the wrap!

The Ice Cap tasted really off like it most tasted like there was booze in it and the chicken wrap wasn't that great. I also didn't get the time to complete my order before the cashier ran off and told me to pay.

Quand le personnel ne répond même pas en français mais en espagnol.et 0 sourire. L'endroit est tellement sale! Pendant la pandémie, la fille prenait tous les beignes des clients avec ses mains.

Worst time hortons ever. I couldn't use the washroom. They never clean it. If you don't want be disappointed. RIP it

I had an oatmeal cookie earlier this evening. Was pretty tasty. I enjoyed it. But the atmosphere in this place always sucks because it seems like the customers are all living there. Nobody wants to go home. Go Figure. I try to avoid this branch like the plague. I like the branch on Décarie/Namur.

3 stars because of the new design.but the customer service is always as BAD. The people who do the food (soups and sandwich.) are very rude and savage.they changed the design of the store but not how to serve the customers.they don't care about customers

One of the Filipinas that works there in the morning, mostly in cash, always greet everyone with a smile. I forgot her name but she is a little filipina girl mostly on cash in the morning. Shes fast and she makes my order less complicated. Thank you!

I ordered a 20 pack timbits the other day and to my surprise it wasn't even close to 15. The morning staff is incredibly rude and have the most annoyingest attitudes. HORRIBLE customer service.

I ordered a sausage farmers wrap and got a whole patty and egg at the bottom of a super long and empty wrap covered in mayo. The best part is I confirmed with the worker that it was a farmers wrap as she handed it to me. Thanks for having me throw 6 dollars into the trash guys.

L’employé qui était présent lors de mon passage n’a même pas pu me servir en français. Au delà de ne pas pouvoir le parler, il n’était pas en mesure de comprendre.

It's a nice place to study or talk with people. I come here all the way from Town Mont-Royal. I noticed they have a wide variety of pastries and kosher food. Which is nice for the people from the neighbourhood, but for me, we're in 2019, I wish they should also offer healthy food options. Like low-card foods for example. Or fresh food.

The morning staffs literally ALWAYS mess up my order. One time I'm missing a saussage in my morning sandwich and this time i got a sesame bagel (im allergic to sesame seeds) instead of a plain one. Their coffee cups are also horrible due to the fact that coffee leaks out by little drops which gradually gets messy. Never having my breakfast there again and i advise others not to. They get the star for good service but everything else is utter garbage.

I think the place is understaffed and the employees are stressed out as a result. The owner should put more people on in the mornings so the employees are not worked so hard and orders are made with the quality and speed customers expect

Can't order what I want because, most of the products were missing and had to wait 10 minutes just for a sandwich. Fun, thought it was a fast food restaurant.

I went to the tim hortons in van horne mall it was way too crowded always have to wait in line there is not enough people working there i hate waiting so long for an ice capp i had a medium salted caramel ice capp way too expensive for it its almost 500 ii am not happy about thr prices there

Ordered a bagel b.e. L.t trio and the guy started by making an English muffin with cream cheese, when I corrected him he then made just a bagel with egg. Basicly I had to tell him how to make a simple bagel with bacon egg lettuce and tomato. He then stuffed the sandwich in the bag handed it to me and when I got home I noticed he also didn't put my hashbrown in the bag. Hense the trio. Very unimpressed and the place is filthy.

Dirty over crowded with to many people using all the table with out consuming noting not even a cafe

Has really long line. Very crowded. Staffs are nice however, they give you a wrong item even though they verified your items in the cash. Charged you 60 cents for a cream.

I went there to buy a decaf, after I emphasized to the staff that my order is a decaf, she still gave an original coffee. I couldn't fall asleep at that night. I made a complaint but no any response so far.

Aucune indication qu'ils n'accepte pas les billets de 50$. La gérante se fait passer pour une simple employer pour éviter les problème. Certains employers ne parle pas le français. Aller dans un autre Tim Hortons.

They should have more staff in the early morning or have an express line for coffee only. The waiting time is long!
