C’est vraiment le pire Tim!
J’ai jamais ma commande tout est tout croche! La gérante t’envoie promener quand on lui dit que c’est pas correct.
Vraiment un service de.

La personne qui m’a accueilli était unilingue anglophone. Nous vivons au Québec! Inacceptable d’être unilingue anglais en accueillant des clients francophones. On paye plus cher qu’ailleurs au pays en impôt provincial, le minimum est l’attente qu’on sera servis en français. L’endroit est aussi mal entretenue et l’attente au comptoir est très longue. Les clients au service aux volants sont prioriser au dépends des gens qui attendent pour se faire servir à l’intérieur. Pourquoi le bureau chef de Tim Hortons e fait rien pour maintenir la qualité sur leur marque de commerce.

-Pire service jamais reçu
-ils n’ont rien en stock pour le souper, pas de beagle sesame, pas de beagle nature, pas de croton, pas d’œuf, pas de patate en cartier, plus de sauce ranch….
-les employers ne sont pas capable de dire ni allô a l’arriver à la fenêtre, ni bye après avoir remis la commande, ni même de bonne journée!
-tomates dans mon wrap que j’ai demander sans tomate, oublié de m’être la sauce à l’intérieur et pour finir la moitié du wrap si ce n’est pas plus était vide!
-Je ne comprend pas pourquoi les propriétaires ne font rien car après tout les plaintes que nous pouvons lire et tout les avis négatif sur l’endroit, je serais vraiment gêné!

Bathroom was not clean. Had to tell staff to clean a seat full of pee. That being said, the staff member was very polite and appreciative of the tip

À minuit ce faire répondre par un beau message d'accueil puis après plus aucun signe de vie! À croire que cela était seulement un message enregistré. Jamais pu avoir la chance de commander!

Very slow and new staff have a clue. Need a pluss experience on drive threw. But coffee is great as usual

The bathrooms are horrible. No one is cleaning them! Missing items in my order for drive through. Take the other exit towards the city, there is a McDonald and IGA. Bathrooms are cleaner

Service terrible à la caisse, communication un gros manque. Très difficile à se comprendre. La pauvre employée qui prépare les repas chauds était la seule qui travail et le reste la regarde. Après 10 minute d’attente La soupe froide.

People working there barely acknowledge your presence. Had to stop to use to rest room, it was so dirty and disgusting I thought about not going at all. Got a coffee anyway not sure why. The flors and counter tops were just as bad. Never going there again.

Absolutely worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. They consistently get your order wrong. If you don't speak French they will barely even talk to you, and when you walk inside it takes atleast 10 minutes to just get a coffee, plus they forget about items constantly and you have to try to convince them you are still waiting for something.

This has to be the worst tim Hortons I've ever been to.ever.they will screw up your basic straight off the menu orders 8 out of 10 times.then you will be belittled in front of the entire store when you try to get what you actually ordered. Mgmt of this place is a joke and I will never be back. Would give zero stars if it were possible

A whole week, going there to get my morning coffee, just to be told they don't have Splenda! I'm diabetic, I'm not asking for spenda for fun or because I'm on a diet, sugar is poison for me!
Like a whole week without it is just unacceptable, especially that they are less than à minutes awaynfrom à grocery store, à manager could have gone and pick up a box or 2 while they wait for their delivery.
Nope they prefer to just let you get a coffee without what you ask for in it. I'm just so frustrated on their poor service.

The staff currently are terrible.they have no manners and have no customer service skills.when I ordered, no welcome and no total to what i orderdd All they said was "ya". At the window they put bag in window without even facing window or saying here you go.

30 min pour se faire dire que sa ouvrait à 6h pour finalement jamais se faire servir et arrêter de se faire repondre et même raccroché en appelant après 15 min de klaxonage et de cognage

Équipe chaleureuse ils semblent tous de bonnes humeur a travaillé ensemble et sont efficaces!

No staff, orders are always wrong or something missing. Make sure to bring a book while you wait for your order.

Rushed to order. No cars in front or behind us. Person was very rude. Even used swear words in french. Got our order wrong.

The worst tim hortons in canada.have been going here for a year now and they have not made my order right once.rude staff.

8: 45am un samedi matin, la personne au service à l'auto était tellement pressé (il n'y avait que 3 autos incluant la nôtre) qu'on a dû l'interrompre pour lui dire qu'on voulait un café, et demander d'avoir la patate aussi pour les trios timatins.
Une fois la commande reçue (et sur la route, évidemment) on avait une seule patate et aucun oeuf, aucune tomate, aucune sauce dans nos Timatins BLT.

Pas capable de faire du Café, le foncer goute l'eau et ausitot que tu met une creme dedans ton Café est aussi blanc que du lait. Sa fais 3 fois que jesseye leur foncer et sans faute sa goute toujours leau. Impossible que cest le standard pour tim hortons

Very disappointed. I ordered a latte that tasted like the machine is never cleaned and a 4 cheese bagel (which they didn’t have anyway) so i got a sesame with cream cheese and this is how they made my bagel.
There’s 1 corner with cream cheese on it…

Always so slow. It has great potential due to its location but will often drive right by. Actually better to go inside and avoid drive-thru as it's quicker and you can watch the slowwwwwwness unfold before your eyes. When certain people are working I feel like I'm taking root.really! And I get it as the job can really bite. Think I have an old Tim's outfit somewhere from my glory days. Nothing at all like some spots in Ottawa that reward speediness and you can sense the tension in the air.

Service à l'auto le pire au Québec. Jamais jamais jamais la bonne commande. En français ou en anglais. Répète pas répète ils comprennent jamais. Passer tout droit ça va mieux.m

Not sure why but they mesa up about 30% of orders. Its pretty wild lol. Cappucinos are 70% full with 30% of the cup empty.very weird

I reached there before 8pm and the doors where closed. There was only drive thru. Which was not good as I was on my motorcycle. Anyway I bought something and the plain donut tastes like dish soap. Which was really disappointing.

Je passer toujour vert 5h30, il na pas de déjeuner il mangue, toujours des employeurs, je sais ses pas drôle mes faudrait remédier à sa.

Great restaurant! Confirm your order while in store if you are not a French speaking person. Most of their employees have language barriers. Only few speak English sometimes.

The ONLY Time Hortons to stop at along my route and always the BEST service! They like to keep everyone happy and the line ups moving!

I don't feel like I can say much about the service. We got what we ordered in a timely and proper manner.

The cleanliness of this establishment is horrible.

The service counters were coffee stained and sticky. The tops of the glass displays (cookies, muffins, doughnuts; etc.) Were visibly dust covered. I question what it might have been like behind the counter. One employee was wearing his mask below his nose.

The washrooms were the worst. I was in this Tim Horton's twice today about 3 hours apart. BOTH washrooms were filthy. Diarrhea splash, urine, dust covered toilets. I chose to use the less soiled toilet the first time I went in. The second time I went in I used the same washroom and the mess was identical the second time I went in. The mirror was so dirty it was hard to see clearly. The soap dispenser made me wonder if I should bother washing my hands at all (of course I did).

To sum up, the state this establishment is in is a disgrace to Tim Horton's.

I always get good service at this location. They often run out of donuts which is a bit annoying but otherwise the food and coffee is what you would expect.

Pas service, manque de débrouillardise. Il devrait mettre un gérant d'expérience tres tot le matin afin d'aider les employés avec le service a la clientèle. Faire attendre le monde au service a l'auto de plus de 15 @ 20 minutes est régulier et surtout sans donner de raison.

J y suis allée une seule fois et c etais trop cher mes ces pas la que je vais ces a côté a l encan de Hull et a chaque fois vous faite erreur

With as many staff as was in the location, there is no excuse for the wait. Only to receive my order completely incorrect. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location.

Too many orders that did not go out in order.some waited 5min to get their orders. Looked like the manager was on the cash and continued to direct his staff rather than putting some one else on the cash and helping out. Totally disorganized.

Watered down coffee, overcharged, ordered two turkey club sandwiches but got two ham and cheese paninis, breakfast sandwiches were flavorless. Not sure we would ever stop at a Tim Hortons in Canada again based on today's experience.

Pire Tim Horton sur votre chemin! Le service est nul et inexistant. Arrêtez pour aller aux salles de bain, mais pas plus, sinon vous gacherez une partie de votre journée!

Every time I go here, I get good service. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend this place.

Slowest customer service ever.
Easter Monday 2: 45 PM, went inside store for a coffee, waited 10 minutes to be served with only one customer in front of me. Of the 4 employees behind the counter, 3 were working for drive through (no drive through customer was there) and only one girl worked the counter for store customers. While I had time to wait, I did wonder about the "that's not my job, I'm working the drive through" attitude. By the time I had my coffee, there were 7 customers waiting in line, and the 3 employees were still working drive through!

Service ultra lent et les toilettes sont vraiment sales, j'espère que ça ne reflète pas la cuisine

Manque de patates à déjeune, les employés se crient à tue-tete pendant le service. Très désagréable.

Probably the only Tim Hortons I’ve been to that was sold out of Timbits and soup and with literally 4 donuts left on display.

Soyez pas pressé, c'est extrêmement long même si il n'y avait personne devant nous continuez plus tôt au prochain Tim en route vous sauverez du temps

A tous les fois qu'on arrete pour un café. Il est froid. Aujourd'hui j'ai été temoin d'un employé qui se mouchait le nez.ensuite a mis le kleenex dans chaque narine.n'a jamais lacer ses mains.pas fort.pas fort.

Less than ideal experience today. Menu tv's weren't working, couldn't order online and select this location, order didn't match what I ordered.

Wakefield Tim Hortons well Don. T go there after midnight I expect to get soup or food.you won t get it except coffee or a donut and even then you might be out of luck.
