***DO NOT GO HERE*** I really regret leaving my dog with these people. My dog was traumatized from this place. He has been to groomers before, and I have never seen him act the way he did after going here. I can still see the effects of what they did to him and it has been months.

J'ai été au toilettage aujourd'hui pour la première fois avec mon chiot Lisa. Ça s'est super bien passé alors que j'appréhendais cette sortie! Très beau travail.

I have a maltese breed dog and this was THE WORST grooming experience. The track of scissor is all over her body. Although I emphasize to not cut the hair of her face too much, what I receive was litterally the opposite of what I explained. This is the uglies version of my dog. So much disappointed

Very professional! My typical groom-aggrasive cat was so calm with the lady. She also checks the heat of the blade, so my cat is not hurt. It was quickly and nicely done. Affordable rate. Recommand.

Notre chien (un fox terrier) est réputé pour donner un mauvais quart d’heure au pauvre humain qui doit le toiletter. Nous étions donc assez inquiètes pour la gentille dame, mais elle a fait un travail extraordinaire! La coupe était parfaite, il n’avait pas l’air d’un gros rat. Nous serons des clientes habituelles de cet endroit.

First time and last time going there.

Not only it took longer 2 hours instead of 1 hour for a small breed dog, the customer service I found very rude.

The haircut was okay, I felt everything was done halfway there. There are better places for the same price.

The service is good, my dog get super nervous when i comes to nails clipping. I recommend they are professional. I got lucky the day I went they had cancellations and they took my dog in.

I've been going to this place for 3 years to do grooming for my 2 cats and poodle. I love this place. Their team is very professional, kind and patient with animals and the prices are great!

Je suis venu la première fois au salon pour faire un toilettage complet pour mon chien. Une des employées m’a expliquée la procédure et j’ai senti l’atmosphère chaleureuse et le professionnalisme qui régnait dans l’établissement. Les employées ont lavé mon chien, coupé ses griffes et lui ont fait une tellement belle coupe que ça me fait encore un choc de voir les photos d’avant et après. Tout ça pour un meilleur prix que dans les autres salons que j’ai visité. Je recommande fortement le Toilettage Bellechasse à tous les propriétaires de chats et chiens.

They don't know how should do the hair cut, I was able to do the job really better than them even without any hairdressing experience in my life.so if you want to lose your money bring your pet there.look at my puppy back head, she told me sorry She move her head so what is the different if I do it for my self at home or your pet grooming store?

I don’t know what they are doing inside.because of Covid day didn’t give me permission to stay there
dirty place was not to leave my dog here.
Worse place ever and will never return. Showed them a picture of how I wanted my dog to be groomed and when I got him back he looked nothing like the picture.
