Horrible communication, signed contract in June 2022. Was told it would be done before the July holiday or right afterward. I had to call THEM in September to get a set date of when the job would be done. Took over a month to complete the job. When the roof was finally done, the flashing was done 2 weeks later (i had to call to find out what was going on). Neighbor threatened to sue me because they removed a piece of their flashing and left it exposed (covered by a tarp) to the elements and birds/mice for 2 weeks. When the flashing was finally completed, it snowed THE NEXT DAY. Between getting the roof completed and appeasing my litigious neighbor, it was a stressful nightmare. Never again.
