I had a very rude experience today at the store. I arrived at the store at 4: 45 PM TODAY Oct. 1/23. I chose my things and went to try them and the rude little girls said that I couldn't try them on because it was 3 minutes to 5: 00. Isn't that rediculous when you are open till 5: 00? Whats the point of being open till 5: 00? Also no notice. I worked retail all my 20's and if anyone was in the store you waited till the customers were finished. I don't get it. Did I interrupt their little laughing conference? The staff were very unprofessional and I will never go there again. To the manager, Don't you train your staff properly? And why don't you tell people on entry no trying clothes on close to closing time. Rude staff. Many people want to work to work, not to chat and wait for the paycheck. VERY OFFENDED.
