Souvent je ne sais pas ce que je veux, je suis de nature assez « classique »…et elle trouve les idées et solutions. J’aime beaucoup le côté spa chez Aveda, cozy et clean, le service à la clientèle est impeccable. De plus, un salon éco-responsable!

Disastrous Experience at Tonic Spa - Avoid at All Costs! My manicure turned into a disaster, leaving my nails damaged. The Shellac did not last 48 hours and they wouldn’t even fix it despite me having a wedding to go to. The technicians lacked skill and charged me extra for their mistakes for previous errors on their part. Over the experience was unprofessional and very disrespectful - steer clear! I never had such a poor level experience for a spa.

Came in for a simple blow dry, but left with a revitalised haircut and gorgeous curly blow dry. Wayne spotted exactly what was missing to get my curls formed perfectly without a lot of day to day maintenance. Thank you!

Ce salon est incroyable le staff a l’accueille m’impressionne déjà à peine rentré, je me sentais comme chez moi grâce à la belle Daniella qui est là pour nous accueillir avec son grand sourire! Pour ma coiffure, j’ai eu le droit à un excellent service de Souad qui a pris le temps de m’écouter et de me coiffer comme je le voulais. J’ ai eu un rendue incroyable! Really lovely salon. Came in March and had a great haircut/styling experience with Ivan.
Now in June had another great experience styling with Wayne.
I very much enjoy the shampooing rest zone, the quality of the products and the stylists are very skilled and give great recommendations for each person.

First I have to say that if I could give ten stars I would, I love the place so much, lets start by saying that after I visited 3 or 4 hair salon most of them told me that I would need to do 3 or more sessions and it will be hundreds of dollars witch was very disappointing. In my consultation with Leoni she recomened I speak with a color specialist because my hair has three diferent colors, one of them was black and you how hard is to dye black hair, plus some highlights and stubborn grey hairs, with all that in mind I meet Nadine, she is super nice and she was 100% honest of what we needed to do with my hair; the amazing thing is that she accept the challenged and even did it in one session and I didn't have to break my piggybank. I don't know how the staff knew but I don't like when people blow dry my hair and they let me do it by myself witch I love. Everybody is so nice from the guy that wash my hair (I feel bad that I don't remember his name) to the receptionist (super efficient they are always try to give you the time and the day that you want), needless to say I'm 100% a Nadine and Tonic Salon Super fan.
