Karts could use some maintenance my seat wouldn't stay locked in place kept throwing me back and forth the whole race and the karts have crazy wheel hop that throw you around, overall was fun

We had so much fun and loved racing at Top Karting. Such an easy experience with wonderful and helpful staff. Racing in high speed go karts was exhilarating to say the least.

The last time I was there, I paid for the qualifications, placed second, yet they started me at the very last position by mistake. Didn’t offer any refund on the qualification I had paid for but never got. No biggie, I’m good enough and can pass the slower drivers.

Tonight, they gave me a defective kart. It would take several seconds to get going, was so slow I could almost keep the foot to the floor to maintain yellow flag pace, and I could maintain the throttle flat out through the last hairpin, into the finish. Any other kart would’ve spun. I attempted to spin several times, without success. This was my third time there, and to get a kart so slow that it can’t even spin is certainly defective. I spent the entire race blue flagged because my kart was too slow to maintain the race pace. When we got to our final 10 minutes, I asked to get any other kart, so I could at least compete with my friends a little bit. I was told my kart was perfectly functional and I couldn’t exchange it at all. When the race ended, I tried to tell them to not give my defective kart to anyone else, and was completely and rudely ignored. The full package costs nearly 100$, and I got absolutely no value for my money.

On the other hand, the cashier was great, and helped us with our sign-up after we all made mistakes with it.

Forced to leave a 2 star after my experience tonight. Paid 80$ to spend 30 minutes driving around under "yellow" flag. (On top of that, people DO NOT LISTEN TO THE RULES, and there's no enforcement either. Get ready to be passed/hit by other drivers under even a red flag) To pay 80$ and not be able to do a SINGLE lap under green flags is unacceptable. Get a big enough group you don't have to worry about other drivers and can keep them accountable yourself. The reason I give even 2 stars and not less is due to one of the staff being understanding and attempting to give a future discount, however management wouldn't even allow that. Place has potential and won't go anywhere, but be well aware you could be dropping a large amount of money, for an underwhelming experience.

This is a serious go karting place. It's like formula 1 racing. It was even fun to watch. It's an indoor track so weather won't be a factor. I was impressed with their safety protocols.

The experience was beyond my expectations. So much fun. I went with 2 other friends we all had fun, at the I thought the Kart was too fast but I quickly realized that's exactly what makes it so much fun.
The only downside was I found that it was a little bit too expensive. But that won't stop me from going another, not soon but another for sure.

In the 5 minute qualifying, they kept the yellow flag out the entire time. In the 20 minute race, the yellow flag was out 80% to 90% of the time. There was very little actual racing.

I made a reservation for 6 people at 8: 30 pm through the website. When I called them back to add people, they told me that they did not see my order and offered me to make a new one at 19: 00. They said there was no room later. I had to change my plans to be on time. When I arrived at the place, we were not allowed to check in, because we arrived 15 minutes before and not in half an hour, but they can sign up for the next check in an hour. Do they suddenly have a place? ! Although no one canceled. Why couldn't they offer me at 8 pm as I asked? The ride itself was good.

Fun place to get together with friends.
A little disappointed that the track had been reduced so much, hopefully it goes back to the way it was before. Expensive but we’ll worth the fun.

Ive been wanting to go here for so long but it’s SO expensive. $60 + tax for 20 minutes, $50 + tax for 10 minutes. Just…. WHY? I’ll literally never be able to come here.

I went with my brother as stress relief and it was awesome. We arrived on time and had time for a free game of pool. We did 15mins of karting and it was great. It’s definitely a work out and the karts are real fast. Chill staff

We made a reservation and when we arrived they told us it was full, the karts don't go fast at all, a place not recommended at all

This place is an adrenaline junkie's wet dream. The karts are fast, the track is tight, everything is awesome!

Came in today with a group of 5 and it was a blast. Our group was teamed up with about 7 others and everyone had a great time. Staff here is always great. Friendly at all times. Welcoming to first timers. They also really show they care about safety. If you're looking for a fast paced activity this is where to go.

Lousey service! Can't make a reservation online, noome answers the phone, noone returns the message you leave on the phone, and when you drive all the way there they tell you it's too busy to let you on the track.

I spent some of the best times with my boys tonight and we had a blast. The staff are so chill
And helpful. They made it Uber fun and exciting by joining in and egging us on boys be boys. What Ana amazing time to spend with your friends and enjoy a healthy competition and good times. I would absolutely recommend as a team
Building activity and bonding between family and friends. Great bachelor party or a birthday party. Thumbs up

Race was great and the staff very friendly. Lads before us were super rough and very drunk. Surprised they let them on the track. Would reconsider going in the future based on this as we are not looking to get ran off the track by drunks. Stronger measures should be put in place.

Had a really bad experience due to the employee named Justin. We arrived before our registration and he was really arrogant and rude to us and would not let us ride since we did not arrive exactly 30 minutes before. We had been here over a dozen times and never had this happen. Guy seemed to be on a power trip as the other employees wanted to let us go but he blocked them.

Came in with a party for grand prix. Accommodating and friendly staff. We had a great time.

This place is SO MUCH FUN!
Why only 4 stars? Bad business practice.
In the Christmas clean up, one of the 3 gift certificates for our booking got lost. So we showed up with the other one, (bought sequentially), and they said they would not honour the lost one. Did they have a record of it? Yes, of course they did. It's just a game they play.
So that's free money for them, $66.
Will I go back? Ya, probably, eventually. So it's no skin off their nose. That's how they roll here.
(I don't feel like giving them 3 stars, that would not be my accurate rating)
