I make regular apointments in Tarot reading with the wonderful Amparo. She has a true instinct and she had guideme through a lot. She is kind and always respectful of your boundaries. If you do not want to know about a specific subject she will not say. She always make sure your questions are answered, if she can of course, and she makes sure you understand the information and message she saw for you. I recommend her 100%>

I discovered Toro Holistic Health about 3 years ago, I am honestly so grateful this place exists. The staff is lovely, helpful and very sweet. The place is super cosy and makes you forget you're in the chaos of the old port as soon as you enter it. Tatiana is a gem, she really hears out my needs and does everything in her power and with her knowledge to enlighten, help, energize and contribute to my healing journey. If you've never tried reiki, or a holistic approach to getting better, I recommend going to Tatiana!

I booked this experience out of sheer curiosity about acupuncture. I don’t think I walked in with any expectations at all. Let me tell you that I walked out completely shocked. I was amazed at the magnitude of impact tiny needles can have on your body. I was fully relaxed and felt like I was light/ walking on clouds. 10/10

Kelsey is a gem to work with. I was first referred to Kelsey for a health problem that wasn't resolving with any other approaches (including antibiotics). Kelsey has so many different modalities to draw on, such as TCM, acupuncture, and astrology for health. But what I find unique about Kelsey is how she draws these modalities together to create a new understanding of a health problem. She sees the whole picture, and that gives her a new level of insight into a health problem and how to heal it. Kelsey's treatments and suggestions completely turned my health problem around and my health has been steadily improving since. She is always kind and respectful of where I am in my life and in my healing process, too. Her goal is simply to find the best way forward for me as an individual. And she does. It doesn't get any better than that.

I did a Reiki session with Tatiana and it was absolutely incredible! She is very patient and creates a warm environment for you to open up and work through energy that you are looking to let go of. I highly recommend her as a healer.

Toro Holistic Health Center is a jewel, a hidden gem in the heart of Old Montreal. I found out about it through a 'word of mouth' referral and have used some of their services. The staff is incredibly talented and pays attention to details, and takes pain in customizing the program from a wide menu of offerings to suit the needs of each individual client. The space is really beautiful with aesthetics, decor and ambience par excellence - it actually looks like a Yoga retreat space and truly reflects the vibes of a "Holistic Health Center". If you are seeking integrated health options to address a health issue or just feel better, give them a shout.
