We hadn’t been there for a long time. Fortunately for Toucheh, our first choice failed us with terrible service. We left and were happy we did. Toucheh will be on our short list for some time to come.

Très déçues. Ce n'est pas un restaurant italien.peut-être qu'il faut choisir juste les plats iraniens! Dispendieux et les assiettes de poulet scallopini avec pâtes à l'ail vraiment pas préparées à l'italienne.presque tous les plats sont offerts avec des pâtes à l'huile + (d'olives?) et poudre d'ail Sans goût, les escalopes sont tellement minces.pour un apportez votre vin. 2 repas scallopinis + 2 desserts 126$! Allez ailleurs. à Montreal les choix ne manquent pas! Par contre le service est bien.

The food was delicious! We are every single rice off our plates. We arrived with our 10 month old and the staff was very accommodating with where we were seated. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Where do I start.

We had a reservation, when we arrived the waitress didn't even know we were supposed to be there (she was lost).

We sat and waited for the menu for 20mins

We then waited another 20 minutes and had to call over the waitress to order who said "oh i didn't notice you still had the menu because it was black like the table".

A couple who arrived 45 minutes after us got their order at least 20 minutes before we did.

While waiting to be served we heard the people next to us ask for their bottle of wine to be opened. After 5 minites she came back to them with the bottle asking "this was yours right? " (Clearly lost)

When our soups finally arrived they were both cold.

My main plate was grilled veal and chicken, it was nothing special. The meat was all right, the rice was dry with no seasoning and it cost almost$ 40 a plate. It was very overpriced.

The other dish we ordered was the Scaloppini toucheh which was way too salty we could not finish it.

We noticed the waiters being very kind to other guest who seemed to be regulars. We cannot understand how people would go back multiple times.

We will definitly not be returning.

Extremely overpriced for very small portion of Bakhtiari. Didn’t like it, there are way better Iranian restaurants in Montreal. If you go there just order pasta.

Amount and quality of food was very low. I ordered Joojeh Kebab (Chicken Kebab) in comparison with Khorasan or Behesht resturant amount was half, quality was lower and price was double.
Manager's behavoir is nice and
Taste is ok but in summary never I will go to this resturant again.
My friends tried different dishes and they had same idea.

I went with some colleagues at work. Food is good, but service could be a bit faster.

But overall very nice.

Toucheh is one of my favourite eateries in Montreal. Lovely and cozy ambiance, cordial service, delicious food made to satisfy the soul. Appropriate for casual business lunches, meals shared among friends or romantic soirées. The Persian and Italian dishes are equally mouthwatering. My only regret is that I don’t live in this neighborhood so I don’t get to enjoy Toucheh as often as I would like.

We had a great experience there as a party of 25. The service, location and ambiance were perfect, and the persian and italian dishes were delicious. We were able to have the whole place to ourselves later in the evening due to the intimate size of the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Today i was here with my husband and i want to share my experience.the quality of food was awesome.the docoration of the resturant and the hospitaility of the owner i believe makes this resturant as a must try.at the end they offered us complementery desert because it was our first time there.i defenitely recommend here to all

Always a wonderful time here and the food is delicious. Can't say enough about the lamb shank! Honestly one of my favourite restaurants in the area.

Nice staff but I felt they are a bit overwhelmed. The food was OK. We went there for kebabs and the best grade I can give is average.

The best experience! The food and flavors are just amazing. The chencheh kebabs is my fav dish there but everything else so far is super delicious! The pastas are kid friendly and the kids enjoyed it very much! Special thanks to Chef Aziz!

Fusion Persian-Italian food. I had the live plate, which was yummy and well made. Staff were great, helpful, and polite. Prices are on the high end but that comes with quality.

I haven't had such a wonderful meal in years! My best friend took me here for my birthday and it was the best present! I'm Iranian and I was so excited to try the Iranian dishes and I was absolutely blown away. Every bite was rich and perfectly cooked. Each flavour was unique, but blended easily with the other flavours on the plate. The staff are so lovely! I can't wait to come back! Noosheh-joon!

Family atmosphere, delicious food made with passion and love. Great for lunch gatherings. Very friendly, personal service. Portions are generous and oh so yum! Cannot wait to go back! They even made us a homemade birthday cake for our celebration! Enjoy!

Dinner with friends. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. High ceiling and it was easy to have a conversation, so much better than many other restaurants. Good choice of dishes on the menu, so I had the difficult task of selecting one out of four favourites. That never happens! I had the lamb shank which was perfectly cooked. The créme Brulée was excellent too. We had a great evening here. Thoroughly recommended!

I ️ this place, everything was more than i expected, new experience in Iranian-Italian resturant where the food is tasty and different than normal iranian dish, more welcoming than i expected by owner to asked everything is good what we needed, most important u can bring your own, for me they have reasonable price but i asked of my friends they found a little bit pricy. But Thx to Arashand Happy Nowruz or Happy new Iranian year ️

The food is outstanding and I really enjoy the experience every time but the service doesn’t follow. Sometimes it is excelleand very punctual, other times it is absent. We were told politely that we had to be out in 2 hours, yet every service was punctuated with interminable delays and we forced some other waiter to take our desserts order 2/12 hrs into what we had hoped was a an occasion to be spoiled not having it spoiled. It’s too bad but come when business is slow if want good sevice.

Je fréquente ce restaurant depuis plusieurs années et lorsque c'était Medhi qui en était le propriétaire c'était un 5 étoiles. Medhi est revenu à ses fourneaux et cela va sauver ce restaurant qui a perdu 4 étoiles à cause du nouveau propriétaire qui ne veut pas parler le français et qui semble irrité lorsqu'on insiste en français.

The cuisine is Italian & Persian. It is a BYOB. The menu is varied, I had a Persian dish and loved it, lamb, veal, chicken. Nice atmosphere, nice music. Excellent service. Price is correct. Enjoyed my meal. The deserts are a defenite yes as well. Realy worth going. Want to go back and try some other dish.

A nice and cozy restaurant with super nice and welcoming people trying to make your experience satisfying. They offered free dessert to us in complementary of our first visit there and I have to say their tiramisu was perfect

Really excellent food and staff! Wish we could have enjoyed it inside as the decor very cozy yet chic, but for takeout it was still amazing. Perfectly cooked and delicious, and as it was our first time we were told that dessert was on the house - a lovely touch! Truly a gem of a restaurant and one that we will happily bring any guests to!

De la réservation à la nourriture en passant par le personnel, le chef, le manager.tout tout tout était absolument parfait! Tonight is March 28. Just had a fantastic takeout from Toucheh, a veal chop and lamb shank prepared by Mehdi. Toucheh is working hard to prepare super takeout meals for us during these difficult times. Let's support them.

Very delicious and warm/cozy restaurant. My boyfriend and I went there for valentines day and we were very happy with our dinner. It came with a warm soup, and they gave us roses at the end!

Pleasant and unassuming, Toucheh offers good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Decor is somewhat shabby chic, warm and welcoming. Being a BYOB is an added bonus. My guest and I enjoyed a leisurely lunch, and were both more than satisfied. We both had the lentil soup and lamb shanks. The two dishes were flavorful and the lamb tender and succulent. Neither were Italian influenced, but rather North African, reminiscent of meals I've had in Morocco. Paid street parking was readily available on Somerville Ave.during a midweek afternoon. It's a great option in Westmount, especially before or after shopping around the Sherbrooke/Victoria area.

Super warm staff, excellent food, great variety on the menu, and a cozy environment to eat in.

The waitress was so welcoming and friendly, as well as the chef seems to truly love what he does.

Loved, loved this place! The moment we walked in, we felt charmed away by the decor and homey ambiance. Music was nice. Servers were kind. The food was incredible. Plus, it's BYOB!

We ordered the Grilled Salmon (w/ Saffron rice), Lamb Shank (w/ Saffron rice), and Lamb Chops (w/ Garlic Spaghetti). They were cooked properly. Everything was tasty, not over-seasoned. The Persian/Italian fusion is an interesting, delicious way to offer which this restaurant did not disappoint to showcase! Thank you, guys. We'll be back! I already told friends about you!:)

Really good food to be had here.the lamb chops were done perfectly. The menu is Persian and Italian and not too expensive. The service was fast and the staff very friendly. Give this place a try. No disappointments here.

We were there with 12 people, there was also a party of 24 that had just got there. Every single thing was amazing! I was amazed watching the chef sauteing every meal to perfection. For those unfamiliar with this industry, dealing with a total of 42 covers and all of your meals are saute with one person running that station, truly awe inspiring - and then to do it without a single refire? Incredible.
When it came time for dessert, unfortunately, the other table ordered the last of the chocolate cake which my nieces were eyeing up the whole night. They literally made a fresh grenache and baked a cake for them. I've been in the restaurant business for 25 years. It does my heart good when I experience above the board service paired with exceptional food. If you're deciding whether or not to give this place a try, don't think twice. Just do it. It's BYOB so don't forget the wine!

We have enjoyed this restaurant several times a year. I called last Wednesday evening to book a table for Saturday at 7 pm, for a special anniversary. They called back and I returned their call and my reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival needless no reservation nor table available. We left our name and number for some one to call us back and needless to say no one has called. Extremely disappointed, thought management was classier than this.

The management did call me back in the last two days and after investigating offered us a compensation to amend fir the error. This does show how classy they are and human error happens.

Lovely restaurant run by equally fantastic people. My family and I were in Montreal on vacation from Sarnia and wandered into Toucheh by chance and were wonderfully surprised. The pasta was the best I ever had and the staff were so friendly.

Went there with my friend to have a persian cuisine, booked a table there and glad that picked this place, the manager was a respectful man who contacted me to double check the stuff and even called afterward to check if everything was ok, he also greeted us when we got there, staff were professional as well, when they brought us the food my friend, who was trying persian food for the first time, had a question about the food and the chef him self came and answered her, which created a delightful experience for her.
Dine was fine, the bright part was that the serving was not very modern and not very traditional either, they have italian food as well, so it made it comfortable for non-persian people to enjoy the meal as well, and as my friend was not persian it was an ideal choice for us. Place was cosy, well designed, and perfect for small and medium sized gatherings.
Enjoyed our night there and hopefully they keep up their good quality.

The quality of food is nice, however that was the first time I had Joje Kabab with fried onion, not a bad choice but better to ask before bringing the meal as some don't like fried onion for traditional Kabab.
What really made me surprised was the 30% extra price of the dinner compared to the lunch for the exact same food. That does not make sense to me for identical foods to charge differently depending on the day time. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and the politeness of the waiters.

I recently had the honor of celebrating my 40th birthday at Toucheh. The ower, Arash, was more than accommodating to set things up early in the day. The staff were absolutely amazing and the food was delicious! What a great find! Definitely recommend and will go back!
