Located in the downtown of Montreal. Very highrise with lots of rooms.

The management system of this building deserves praise, and the management staff downstairs are great!

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal!

Attention cependant, l'isolation phonique sur la rue n'est pas bonne et vous entendrez les klaxons, les déneigeuses qui travaillent etc. Je n'ai par contre jamais entendu mes voisins.
Étant accolé au centre Bell, attention également aux soirs de match, la circulation devient très compliqué

For anyone considering to buy or rent a unit in tours des canadiens think again! The building management is horrible. Security with their own set of rules. Lost packages, stolen food, non functional elevators. No one takes responsibility it’s always I’m sorry I’m not able to help with this have you tried contacting management? Emails never answered. God forbid you forget your access card! That’s a whole other level of complications. One night I came home after Midnight with my wife and the security thought she was an escort and asked her to sign in! Absolutely insulting and disgraceful. Someone parks in your parking spot? The only thing security will do is put a note on the car for them to move. I waited days parked on the street waiting for the person to leave.

This building is horrible. Do yourself a favour and invest anywhere else where you won’t have as many building issues. You’ll be grateful.
