Tour des Voyageurs

Great location. Excellent hotel at an excellent price. The whole building II thing was confusing. No where did they say you need to check in at the main building. Also there was no Wi-Fi. And the cleaners never came into our room.

The room looks roomy and comfy, however there's no room service (cleaning or fixing the bed) during my 3 nights staying. I realized the room wasn't cleaned on the first night, so I called the reception for the reason, they said it was on the 2nd night, but then why didn't they tell us from the beginning when we checked in? The 2nd night, still no one cleaned our room, so I called the reception again, they said, it depends on the availability of the room service staff.ok, but it didn't mention anywhere on the booking rule or policy, nor from the check in time? Of course they didn't say that from the first night I called. Basically we paid $2XX per night and no room service and they made up the excuses for whatever they like.
The sound proof of the wall is very low, basically below the standard. I could hear the next room talking *clearly at night and snoring from the next room, as well as the shower and water dripping throughout the walls. So I suggest ear plugs are a must for this hotel. I only used ear plugs when I visited the capsule in Japan, just didn't expect ear plugs required from the $2XX per night hotel, well, except the ear plugs from Japan are free and here in this hotel is unexpectedly required to be brought by yourself.
Not to mention I saw a hair at my bed from the first arrived. Very disappointed.

L’emplacement à la rentrée du village piétonnier est idéal. La petite chambre coquette était tout à fait charmante. Elle était dotée d’une petite kitchenette, d’une table avec 4 chaises, d’un foyer électrique, d’un sofa, d’un divan et d’un lit escamotable. Le petit balcon extérieur a été la cerise sur le sundae. On pouvait y prendre notre drink tranquille tout en observant le paysage de Tremblant. Le rapport qualité-prix en vaut fortement la peine.

Amazing service, and super location, Starbucks is just in the same building, clean rooms, nice customer service, indoor paid parking, we took a suite and it is big and we have a balcony which we can see the Cabriolet, and the tourists. I recommend.

Un Merci spécial à Brenda, de la Tour des Voyageurs, qui a su écouter nos besoins pour que notre séjour soit mémorable, pour notre 22eme année de participation au Festival de Blues. Merci aussi à Chantal pour sa superbe collaboration.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Villégiature du Mont Tremblant. Chambre spacieuse, bien climatisée. Il n'y avait pas de balcon mais deux portes vitrées que nous pouvions ouvrir afin d'entendre l'animation qui y régnait dans les rues. Excellents restaurants à deux pas de l'hôtel. Un hôtel où nous allons y retourner pour le ski

Nous sommes vraiment déçu de notre séjour à la Tour des Voyageurs pour les raisons suivantes:
-le spa était brisé et nous devions se rendre dans l’autre Tour qui dispose d’un seul spa.
-l’assesseur de l’autre Tour était brisé. Nous avions deux étages à monter pour se rendre au spa
-la piscine de l’hôtel n’était pas fonctionnel. Elle aurait du ouvrir pendant notre séjour
-l’eau chaude à été coupée durant notre séjour. J’ai du me laver à l’eau tiède mardi matin.
-Nous avions réservé un studio avec lit queen. Cependant, le lit n’était pas de dimension standard et était sensiblement les dimensions d’un lit double. Ma conjointe et moi même avons mal dormi tout le long du séjour.
-la réception était incapable de régler nos problèmes incluent le lit trop petit.

Nous regrettons d’avoir essayé la Tour des voyageurs et cela marque la fin de notre traditionnelle sortie au village de Mont Tremblant.

Prix un peu excessif durant le week-end ironman avec service minimal. La piscine était fermée car pas de sauveteur (malgré un hôtel rempli à 100%), une solution de rechange à l'aquaclub a été offerte au moins. La chambre était de très petite taille et pas très au goût du jour mais très propre à notre arrivée (tour 1), le lit peu confortable. L'offre alimentaire de l'hôtel se limite à une vieille machine distributrice de breuvages seulement. Bref peu pour justifier le prix hormis l'emplacement dans le village.

This is the most comfortable place in all the resort. Very good location. Few steps to the cabriolet that bring you to the base of the mountain.

Sejours de golf à Mont Tremblant 3 jours le 15 juin à 17 juin Ah! On été bien lit confortable la chambre propre ou notre chambre était situé 367 tranquille l'hotel près de tout au village Mont Tremblant

Superbe hôtel, chambre était bien, seulement le matelas que j’ai trouvé mou. Je suis habitué à un matelas ferme

Une superbe expérience. Hôtel très proche des pistes et au pied du village touristique. Personnels très agréable et efficace. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Une excellente place pour passer un bon moment à Mt Tremblant

The hotel is located next to cabriolet Lift, which brings you straight to the skiing area. Check-in was fast enough. Rooms are well maintained, but have a couple of issues:
1. Foldable bed. As to me, I really didn't understand why the only bed in the room should be foldable? That construction creates a couple of inconveniences: 1. Sharp edges, 2. No headboard. Pillows fall down while you sleep. 3 no bedside tables.
2. The electric switch is far away from the bed. So you can not turn off the lights when you are in bed.
3. Elevator buttons. While stepping first to the elevator, you do not know where to go, as half of the buttons have abbreviations instead of numbers. P for parking was ok, but other letters were difficult to understand where to go.
4. No smart TV.

These are the only issues that easily can be fixed. In general, the hotel is good enough and worth staying there.

Excellent location and very friendly helpful staff. If Doris is working the front desk, you will be very lucky to have a friendly and personalized experience.

Extra bonus to have a fireplace and kitchen it in the room. Definitely recommend bringing groceries as the area doesn’t have much to offer for healthy food options.

Very good choice of accommodation, considering the location in the heart of town. My comment is for the Tour des Voyageur 2. The hot tub, although available to guests, is accessed through the gym which is not operational and looks more like a junk room. There is no towel service and you can't get towels in the lobby because there is no physical connection from this building to the front desk. Only through the garage in the basement or through the outside of the building. I would stay here again.

Super emplacement, on peut skier jusqu’à l’entrée de de la tour II, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses

This is an ideal hotel to stay at when going skiing at Tremblant. There is a gondola right outside the hotel that takes you to the base of the mountains. There are lockers for skies and snowboards and the service is excellent.

Hôtel en très mauvais état, le prix est excessif pour la qualité de leur produit:
Mauvais service, chambres très bruyantes et! Mal insonorisées! Nous entendions tout le monde marcher dans le couloir.
La chambre est mal équipée et n'a pas de foyer.
La douche était en piteux état.
La vue donnait sur la cour arrière de laquelle tout le monde peut voir à l'intérieur de la chambre facilement.
La terasse n'était pas accessible puisque pas déneigée.

Nous avons essayé de joindre le gérant à plusieurs reprises, mais n'était pas sur les lieux de la fin de semaine (fin de semaine très achanlandée) et n'a jamais répondu à son téléphone.

Même l'employée à la réception nous a confirmé que c'est un hôtel à problème et était totalement en accord avec nous, mais qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire puisque le gérant n'était pas là. Sachant cela, on comprend mieux pourquoi il ne répond pas à son téléphone, ni à ses messages.

2.5 out of 5 stars. This is my third time at Tremblant and my second time staying in Tour Des Voygeurs 2 hotel (staying in the exact same room as my first visit). My first visit was during the week after Christmas in 2019. This stay was during the same time frame in 2022. A few things that have changed since 2019:
1.) First tracks are no longer offered to guests who stay in this hotel
2.) Free ice skating is no longer offered to guests who stay in this hotel
3.) Free parking in the outdoor lots is no longer offered to guests who stay in this hotel (paid underground parking is provided for about $15 USD per night)

Aside from these changes, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, which is driving my rating. For $400 USD per night, the room does not need to be state of the art but it needs to be clean.
Cons first:
1.) Cobweb on the ceiling
2.) Dust on the bed side table
3.) Toothpaste splatters on the walls in the bathroom
4.) Mold on the shower tiles
5.) Stains on the curtains & on the mattress covers
6.) Hot tub was not functional. We were not told we could use the hot tub at the Tour Des Voyageur 1 hotel upon check in.
7.) One outlet between the two beds (which all of the lamps were plugged into) and none on the sides.
8.) We placed the "please clean the room" card on our door 3 out of the 4 nights of our 4 night stay and our room was not cleaned once.

Pros:
1.) Great location. You are steps from the Cabriolet, which brings you to the heart of the village and the base of the mountain
2.) Easy access to all of the village stores & restaurants
3.) Ski lockers within the hotel
4.) Hotel staff provided us with extra towels and toilet paper when asked

Overall, Tremblant is a great resort for skiing and for exploring the mountain village. However, the nightly price should be reflected in the cleanliness of the hotel room.

More on the expensive side for not being in the room much because of skiing or roaming around the village.
