The staff amazingly handled the busy night with our big group for a work party.

Since we had a big group, they did a simplified menu for us with great options in there

Elegant place to go for dates. The staffs are just amazing, very respectful professional. Dish are tasty. Wonderful location

La qualité de la nourriture et du menu est excellente. Au bar, l’accueil de la barmaid Nathalie est chaleureuse et cordiale. Un service exceptionnel.

The place is yummy, the ambiance is awesome and the servers are nice! The only thing is that they closed at 10 the night we were having dinner and while the food took time to finish we were rushed to leave.

Je remercie ma conjointe d’avoir organiser mon anniversaire à ce restaurant. Aucun commentaire négatif à dire sur ce resto surtout avec le service exceptionnel de notre serveur Sébastien. C’est un endroit à essayer vous n’allez pas le regretter.

Meh! Nothing to write home about. Everything lacked seasoning. Bread and wine were good. Mashed were heavy, meat with gravy topped with cheese were heavy too. No acidic balance. Paying for the decor and service I guess.

I went with the Alaskan King Crab Legs and garlic mashed potato it was delicious. They were already opened which was super easy to eat. We tried the fried octopus and that was a total miss. There was no traces of burning on the octopus which meant it wasn’t grilled. It was more like heated and tasted almost like tuna. Service is impeccable. On the very expensive side.

Mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant, en premier lieu, le serveur me fait la remarque de le faire répéter alors qu’il est payé pour. La commande arrive, ce n’est pas la bonne commande, mais c’est pas grave je laisse passer et j’accepte pour pas faire de problèmes. En mangeant, je decouvre un petit cheveux dans ma purée… Le manque d’hygiène ça craint dans ce resto

Place is really nice, I absolutely fell in love with the bathroom lol, only think that made me want to take a picture.

I was here last Saturday for a small wedding celebration of about 50 people. We were all seated on the upper level of the restaurant. I wanna start off by saying that the whole meal was absolutely delicious from the appetizers to the main course. The pasta sauce was really good and I am usually very picky with sauce. My main course was a ribeye that was cooked to perfection and very tender. I was very impressed with the service, everyone received their dishes at the same time and the staff were all so friendly and professional, they continuously were coming to the table to ask if we needed water or wanted to drink. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I will for sure be going back.

I love the food specially: "les huîtres. " but i didn't enjoy the fact that police officers surround a quiet place where people gather for eating. As i know for myself of course. Anyways i didn't enjoy it in full.

La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Le service est agréable et professionnel. L'étoile qui manque est parce qu'à. Mon avis, la musique de fond est trop forte pour relaxer. Peut-être suis-je simplement trop vieux pour la clientèle cible?

If you don't look at the prices, you'll have an amazing experience. Everything on the menu is delicious and the service is amazing. Really worth every penny

2e soirée décevante. Je suis venue avant la pandémie en 2019 et nous avions été complètement oublié durant la soirée. Comme la nourriture était très bonne, j'ai décidé de réessayer et d'inviter mon amie pour son anniversaire.

Cest avec regret que je dois dire que l'expérience n'a pas été mieux que la première fois. La cuisine a bien fait son travail. Toutefois, l'expérience client a été décevante a plusieurs niveaux:

- A mon arrivée, je fournis les détails de la réservation. L'hôtesse ne semble pas trouver ma réservation que j'ai pourtant bien confirmé en ligne. Finalement, elle prétend avoir trouvé et elle m'accompagne vers un groupe. Je lui ai pourtant bien dit que c'est une réservation pour 2 mais l'hôtesse semble avoir assumé que je faisais partie d'un groupe. Je ne m'étendrai pas sur cette erreur maladroite mais il est important de ne pas présumer du type de client selon leur apparence.

- L'hôtesse m'indique que le vestiaire est obligatoire pour des raisons de sécurité. Je suis la procédure sans problème. Toutefois, arrivée à ma table, je constate que tous les clients au bar ont leur manteau accroché au dossier de la chaise. Pourtant c'est l'endroit le plus passant et le moins sécuritaire. Un autre faux pas.

La soirée se déroule de manière raisonnable. Par contre, j'ai bien mentionné que je venais pour un anniversaire. Arrivé au dessert, on nous apporte nos plats sans aucune mention. Juste à côté de nous, une table avec des ballons montrant les chiffres "26" recoivent leur dessert avec une bougie et un chant. Aussi, une personne qui semblait être un gérant, a apporté des shooters à la table à titre de touche personnelle. Un autre faux pas.

Conclusion: pour une expérience culinaire considérée "fine cuisine", j'ai été décue 2 fois et je ne reviendrai pas. Aussi, il est important de traiter les clients de manière équivalente. Il y avait clairement un traitement différent selon qui connaissait le staff et pour le prix payé ca ne devrait pas être le cas.

Went to have a family dinner at Towne380- and my entire family absolutely loved it! The server was a gentlemen and took care of us all evening long.would definitely recommend this resto to all (salmon tartare is a must-have).

Last minute plans Tuesday plans ended up at Towne380. The cocktails were fantastic and the wagyu burgers were out of this world. Great vibe

Arguably the best restaurant I have been to. The service is phenomenal, and the staff are wonderful. The seafood is mouth watering, and the dry aged steaks are next level good.

A very very overated restaurant. We are talking fine dining here. Service is good but food isn't fine dining food that is worth that price. I am myself a waiter in one of the best fine dining restaurants in Montreal and I can tell that this is one of the biggest rip offs. I didn't complain at all but I thought that this might help other people. 125$ steak was cold, very very very chewy and wanted to vomit afterwards unfortunately. We asked for a medium cook, there was parts that were rare (uneatble, specially because it is cold). I don't recommend it. You better go somewhere at a real fine dining restaurant. I don't recommend at all!

The food was perfectly prepared. The waiter did a great job and was so genuine.took good care of us.

We held our Wedding celebration at Towne 380. Everything was incredible! Good food is very important to us since we both have culinary experience. We were very happy that they could customize the menu and cater to both our vegetarian and non vegetarian guests. Thank you!

Honestly one of the best restaurants in laval. The decor is spectacular, the food was just exquisite and the service is by far the best I’ve ever seen in a long time. This place is great for lunch or a nice evening with friends or family and great if you have an event like Christmas parties, B days or any other type of event! Great jobs to the owners and staff at Town 380! Keep up the fantastic work!

I’ve been going to Towne 380 on St-Martin for years.

I've had family parties there, birthday parties for my kids and even large events like baptisms and engagement parties. I’ve had business meetings at Towne 380, as well as just plain old drinks with friends on a random Thursday night. It is one of the most versatile restaurants around, accommodating pretty much anything you ask for.

Fantastic service, fantastic variety from the appetizers to the deserts. Incredible ambiance, beautifull terrasse, all at a very fair price!

I’ve recommended this restaurant countless times and I’ve always had fantastic feedback from those whom have tried it out!

Been coming here since it opened years ago. Quality and consistency are what keep me coming back with family and friends. I appreciate greatly that they make little custom plates for my young kids which makes family dining a breeze. This week they had plate of cucumbers and olives (kids’ favorite) in hand when they first came to table.the fact that they remembered that detail and acted on it is impressive. 5 stars well earned!

I was looking for a great venue for my son’s baptism and let me tell you, I received a lot of praise from my friends and family for our choice of restaurant! The staff was amazing, they helped us plan and choose all the rights items, everything was on point! Everyone one of my 100 guests left very satisfied and a full stomach
