Nous avons fait révisé notre véhicule chez Toyota Gabriel. Nous leur avions fait remarqué un bruit avec vibrations du côté avant gauche du véhicule. Ils nous ont dit de changer le bearing pour 500$. Nous l'avons fait faire par leur soin. Nous avons récupéré le vehicule et les bruit/vibrations sont encore présents. Nous les avons appelé et nous sommes fait dire que maintenant il faut remplacer les freins. Heureusement qu'ils ne sont pas chirurgiens. Nous sommes tres decus, car nous payons un premium pour que ce soit des experts Toyota qui s occupent de notre vehicule et ils s'y connaissent moins que le garagiste du coin. Cela fait des semaines que nous avons demandé un devis pour les freins et toujours pas de nouvelles. J'aime mon vehicule mais le service de cette succursale est nul.

Once you pay for the car, that is the end.they keep delaying things that supposed to be provided afterwards.made us visit the dealership 4 times for nothing so far and the dealer has always some lame excuses, no apology or whatsoever. Also we ended up paying extra on the vehicle tax which supposed to be taken care by them. CHECK AND GET EVERYTHING BEFOREHAND!

J'ai fait un reprise de location en novembre et ça venait avec une garantie prolongée (PEA). Lors du transfert, chez Toyota St-Eustache, la directrice des finances m'appelait Pancourt et non Rancourt. Je lui ai dit plusieurs fois et elle continuait (ça aura un lien dans mon histoire). Quand je suis allé faire mon changement d'huile et mon inspection (qui est supposément couvert par la garantie), Gabriel Toyota m'a avisé que la PEA n'avait pas été changé à mon nom et que je devais communiquer avec St-Eustache Toyota, ce que j'ai fait. La directrice des finances qui avait fait le transfert en novembre n'était pas disponible, alors j'ai parlé avec quelqu'un d'autre qui m'a dit que c'était ma responsabilité de faire le transfert de la garantie et que le concessionnaire ne pouvait pas savoir les services que j'avais dans mon dossier. Seul Toyota Canada pouvait le savoir. En plus, il a trouvé des informations au nom de Pancourt. Il n'a pas tellement essayé de m'aider à part de vouloir m'envoyer un document de transfert (qui n'était plus utile vu qu'il fallait le faire maximum un mois après le début de la location), mais pire, il m'a dit: "Nous on vend juste des voitures". J'ai appelé Toyota Canada et, en cherchant le numéro de série, la voiture était toujours au nom de l'ancienne locataire. Ils m'ont aussi dit qu'il était trop tard pour faire les changements. J'ai alors rappelé Toyota Gabriel (au centre-ville) pour leur expliquer mon histoire et ils ont tout de suite essayé de régler la situation. Pendant ce temps sur l'autre ligne, la directrice des finances de St-Eustache me rappelle (parce que j'avais laissé un message) et elle ne trouve pas mon dossier. Elle ne trouve pas mon nom: la voiture est toujours au nom de l'ancienne locataire. Elle dit qu'elle va me rappeler, mais ne me rappelle pas. En début d'après-midi, Toyota Gabriel m'appelle pour me dire qu'ils ont fait mon changement d'huile, mon inspection et qu'ils ont réussi à mettre la PEA à mon nom. Comment ça se fait qu'un concessionnaire avec lequel je n'ai jamais fait affaire (Toyota Gabriel) dans le passé a pu résoudre tout cela en aussi peu de temps quand l'autre concessionnaire (St-Eustache) est encore en train de chercher mon dossier à l'heure où je vous parle et, de toute façon, ils n'avaient aucune intention de m'aider (de réparer leur erreur). Je lève mon chapeau à Toyota Gabriel! Merci

I've been dealing with Toyota Gabriel Centre-Ville for many years. The head of lease renewals, Genevieve Perreault, is a trusted advisor and wonderful salesperson. She's well informed, gets to know and understand the customer's needs, and only makes suggestions with their best interests at heart. I recently leased a 2021 Highlander XLE from this location and I could not be happier with my decision or the service. I recommend the dealership, and Genevieve, highly!

Nous avons été contents de l'accueil et des explications concernant le véhicule que nous avons acheté. Maria Gabriel a pu trouver dans un laps de temps le véhicule (Toyota Highlander) qui répondait à nos aspirations.

Leur service de financement a cherché à nous pousser un contrat à l'opposé de nos besoins.
Ils ont refusé de nous rencontrer pour discuter de la situation et corriger le tir. Ils ont ensuite décidé d'annuler notre réservation (sans nous avoir remboursé notre dépôt à ce jour) pour l'achat du véhicule prétextant que nous retardions la transaction alors que nous cherchions simplement à parler aux personnes en charge. C'est le pire service à la clientèle que nous ayons rencontré sur plus d'une dizaines de transactions d'acquisition de voitures usagées. Nous vous recommandons vivement de faire affaire chez d'autres concessionnaires, quitte à faire un détour.

I found this branch of Toyota to have very honest and helpful staff. Thanks to Maria David, I was able to buy a RAV4 Prime sooner than I was expecting with no extra fees and Maria made the paper work process a fast and smooth process. She is very patient and answers any question that you might have in mind. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I do not post reviews for mediocre service and I am not easily impressed so trust that this review is written form the heart. In our quest to purchased our first car, me and my boyfriend thankfully met Maria David. She made the experience an easy decision to make, and actually had solutions for any questions or concerns i had.
While salesman at other dealerships would jump at the opportunity to trick an inexperienced buyer, I was genuinely surprised to see this wasn`t the case with Maria.
