Très mauvaise expérience d’achat, service de piètre qualité; la réceptionniste n’est pas à sa place, les vendeurs retournent difficilement les appels, les directeurs financiers nous donnent des explications incompréhensibles, la voiture nous est remise avec 2h de retard sur l’heure prévue et planifiée depuis 3 jours…. Je ne recommande absolument pas

Maybe the world's worst dealership? Surely you don't expect much from a visit to your local dealership, but brace yourself when visiting this one. A customer experience you would expect from visiting a morgue. A customer service you would expect from your local government office, if you lived in 3rd world country that is. Make sure you clear your entire week's schedule when visiting. Maybe your month's worth.

Bad experience to there service paying full check-up for the vehicle everytime they change oil but they never check the differential oil…the oil of diffential is black is sticky already and i saw with own eyes coz i went to the other mechanic i notice that something noise under the vehicle when they drain it black coming out…i asked how long the mechanic you think 40km travel will get black like this the mechanic said this more than 80km travel to get black…so its means everytime im paying for full check-up they never check my diffential coz they never change the oil if really need check it…

Most of SAAQ inspection centre are not given clear information but this did great explanation which are important

They do have have other services to help you.

I have never been disrespected in my life except at Toyota Gabriel.
Everyone was kind throughout the process of me buying my RAV4 2022, but while i was paying at the receptionist she didn't greet me, she was clearly angry at the other employees and was talking badly about them in front of me, she entered a wrong number and when I corrected her she was extremely irritated, corrected the number and threw the machine at me to pay it almost hit my arm and was extremely rude to me. I called the manager at once I could really not believe her behavior I was shocked. The manager apologized but seemed confused on how to handle the situation. I took my car and left. Both me and my husband are customers here, but never again, unfortunately it was the worse customer service I had in Canada. There should be someone pleasant at the reception not someone to treat you like this.
It was my first ever car and I paid 45 thousand dollar cash and she ruined it.

Je me suis rendu sur place afin d'obtenir de l'information sur un véhicule. Je rentre dans le concessionnaire et je me présente a l'accueil. La réceptionniste était au téléphone avec ce qui semblait être une "amie" (vu le sujet de conversation), donc j'ai dû attendre quelques minutes avant qu'elle se décide a la mettre en attente pour me répondre. Je lui pose une question et je me fais tellement répondre bête (vu que je devais la déranger) que j'ai décidé de virer de bord.

Merci pour cet incroyable service a la clientèle. Il est certain que je ne reviendrai jamais et que je ne recommanderai jamais cet endroit a quelqu'un.

Hi i have been customer with toyota gabriel since 2009 I always received a great customer service but this year My rental car is due to be returned I always return them in grrat shape I went twice to have a idea which next car I’m going to rent and I received so bad customer service the seller they didn’t care what you want don’t advise properly if like you are bothering them and you feel he is tell you take or leave it I’m so disappointed with really it the first I decided to change dealer it’s really sad plus the sales man wasn’t wearing a mask very very poor service I will not return ever

Very bad service, no respect for time or appointments. It took 4 hours to replace the winter tires, very rude technical advisor called Thomas he wants to sell anything just to increase the invoice.

Don’t go there, they can’t even answer the phone at first for informations, then give you attitude and new prices when you’re in the shop the morning of your appointment and blame the girls (receptionist that she’s part time so she informed me with the wrong prices) They over charges on everything! Crooked much!

Call around and verify your price and see the difference in the customer service as well!

Bon service de ventes mais le service est le pire que j'ai connu, Mon véhicule est au service depuis 18 jours et je n'est eu aucun retour d'appel pour savoir ce qui se passe sur les nombreux message que j'ai laisser, le véhicule a 1200km, chaque fois que l'on appelle il nous transfert dans une boite vocale et personne ne rappel, Nous avons une flotte de véhicule et plus jamais un de nos véhicules ira chez Gabriel

How many times you find a car salesman or dealership which is actually trying to help you and not increase their sale. Answer is very rarely. But Jude at this Toyota st Laurent was not only helpful but also very transparent and provided out of the world service. Will highly recommend this place if you wants to buy a car.

Dishonest. My 72 years old mother went for an oil change and a tire change. She's told by the advisor Nino Gjakova she needs to get a car inspection.
She bought the car as a demo at 9000KMs and she now has 11 161 KMs.
Leaves with a 300$ bill. Since when are Toyotas so unreliable they break at 11 000 kilometers?

I bought Rav4 3 weeks ago, I was amazed by the professional service, the car was delivered on time, I would like to thank all the staff specifically George Tayar for his honesty, professionalism and the good hospitality. George dealt with my wife and myself with highest level of respect, explained every tiny detail about the car in a very honest and professional way, he kept me updated about the exact date of delivery.
To sum up, if you are thinking of buying a Toyota, choose Toyota Gabriel St-Laurent and look for George Tayar.

La plus mauvaise expérience client que j'ai eu. Je vais au service pièces pour acheter les filtres et l'huile de mon toyota rav4 2017 hybride, le monsieur me demande de fournir le VIN de la voiture pour prendre les bonnes pièces, je fournis mon certificat d'immatriculation. Arrivé chez mon mécanicien, il m'informe que les filtres qui m'ont été vendus sont pour les toyota corolla. Je retourne un samedi là-bas, ils étaient fermés, je rappelle lundi et je tombe sur un monsieur qui m'a sorti les arguments les plus débiles que je n'ai jamais entendus. Finalement je me retrouve avec des pièces qui ne me serviront à rien par la faute des vendeurs de Toyota. Experience client bad bad bad

Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas depuis les derniers travaux effectuer. J'ai ramener ma voiture pour la verification IL m'ont demander 5105.45$ pour la reparation et qu'ils ne sont pas responsable de cet effet.
Le climatiseur etait fonctionelle avant la reparation et je ne suis pas pret a payer des degas commit par vos mécaniciens.

Réceptionniste impolie, manque totale d'intérêt à répondre au clients. Aucune possibilité de prendre un rendez vous au département du service sans passer par leur jeu interminable de boite vocale. Pourtant c'est a EUX d'offrir un service à la clientèle et non pas aux clients d'être à LEUR disposition quand ils VEULENT bien nous contacter.
Pandémie ou pas, le service est rendu inexistant. C'est même aux clients de faire la job des réceptionnistes et de passer par Internet pour prendre un rendez vous SANS AUCUNE GARANTIE de disponibilité.
Une vrai farce et je ne recommande aucunement AUCUN concessionnaire du Groupe Gabriel, c'est rendu trop gros et n'ont AUCUNE compétence et capacité pour répondre à leurs clients.

J’ai dû me déplacer 3 fois pour faire l’achat d’une Prius C et la transaction n’est toujours pas complétée. C’est la première fois que j’achète une voiture et à chaque fois il me manque quelque chose. (un chèque, un papier d’assurance, SAAQ fermé)

Je ne vous conseille pas de faire affaire avec Solimen, il vous fera déplacer à son bureau pour une conversation inutile qui aurait pu se faire au téléphone mais par contre il ne vous mentionnera pas les informations importantes pour compléter la transaction de manière efficace. J’ai essayé de lui faire part de mon mécontentement et il essayait de trouver des excuses ce qui m’a rendu encore plus impatiente. Grand manque d’efficacité!

Si en 2021 je peux signer une hypothèque, un testament et une convention d’actionnaire à distance, il me semble que je ne devrais pas me déplacer 3 fois (bientôt 4) chez un concessionnaire pour rien.

J’ai une entreprise de chaussures et si un client doit se déplacer 4 fois pour un problème qui est de ma faute je lui offre un rabais pour le temps qu’il a perdu! C’est la moindre des choses.

The fat guy, Joe Minissales, didn't tell me anything for 4 hours until I get upset, then He told me there is a recall, but said nothing at the beginning and when I asked him at around 2 hours waiting.when I asked him why didn't tell me early, he refused to answer and show impatient to me and his boss even threaten to kick me out.this happened last October, and I found a big deep new rupture (like tool made) on my summer tires when I want put them back to my car last week. I doubt this is possibly the reason why they took 4 hours to change 4 tires. But I can't prove that, so I just doubt.

Yesterday I sent my car for replacing air bag and other routine check. Nino and toyota Gabriel Saint-laurent gave me an excellent quick service. I am so satisfied with people working there, Nino, the shuttle driver and maintenance technicians. For people buying a car, service after sales is most important things. I personally recommend anyone wanting to buy/lease a car to visit Marius State at Toyota Gabriel. I was very unsure if to lease or buy a first car, after checking several options I was recommended to go to Toyota Gabriel and see Marius State, a buddy of mine bought a car from him and said he takes care of you as a customer! He provided excellent service and answered all my questions/concerns. There was no pressure to make quick decisions and he respected my budget. No hidden fees, no lies, no sugar coating. If you want quality service, I strongly recommend to go see him. I leased a Toyota Camry and I am loving it!

They tried to charged my wife for the cracked bumper even though she had bought the Wear Pass, and also they included her last month payment of the returning vehicle onto the price of the new one that were on the negotiation.
It's funny that they called us and let us return the old vehicle a month in advance because they want us to take a new one. That's is ok, my wife and I needed a new vehicle anyways, but why asking us to pay the last month when we were getting a new leased car? We would have to pay for 2 vehicles in a same month. The sales team was not even trying to be helpful.
Then we went to other dealer to return the leased vehicle, guess what? NOTHING CHARGED, all wears were covered and no need to pay the last payment coz we were getting a new car from them. We were glad that we did shopped around, otherwise we would end up paying something that was unnecessary.

I have just recently bought a 2019 Toyota CHR. I have received excellent service from all the staff at Toyota Gabriel. They were very accommodating considering I was in an urgent need of a car after my car accident. I am somewhat of a demanding client and they made sure to accommodate all my asks. Il y a un peu plus d'un mois que j'aurais dû écrire ces commentaires mais avec les Fêtes j'ai négligé et je m'en veux. J'ai eu de sérieux problèmes avec un de mes pneus que je venais de faire installer et CAA m'avait recommandé ce concessionnaire. J'ai été acceuilli par Mary comme si j'étais une cliente de longue date qu'on veut conserver, ce qui n'était pas du tout le cas, j'ai eu un service exceptionnel de toute cette équipe, Mary, Joe et d'autres dont je n'ai pas demandé les noms, qui se sont occupés de moi alors que je n'avais aucun rendez vous et devinez quoi? J'ai une Honda. Bravo à cette équipe de pro. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance d'après mon expérience, je les ai trouvé super! Merci à toute l'équipe.

Best customer service experience i had while shopping for a car. Since the first day i entered the showroom, i was welcomed and assisted with all the information required about the car i got (corolla hatchback xse) and the other cars i was asking about at the beginning. The sales and delivery teams were very knowledgeable about the car and didnt skip any simple detail. I would definitely recommend shopping for a car at Toyota Gabriel St Laurent.

J'avais l'intention de louer une voiture et j'hésitais entre plusieurs marques asiatiques, dont les modèles avaient des caractéristiques techniques très similaires. Finalement, la manière dont Sam nous a accueilli et expliqué les fonctionnalités du véhicule ainsi que les conditions de location nous a encouragé à prendre une Toyota.
