Assez incroyable de constater un niveau aussi bas de service à la clientèle. Le personnel est arrogant et impatient. Le gérant Timothé, sérieusement change de job!

Had excellent service by Peggy in the baby section for car seats. She made sure that the car seat fit my car. Overall a great experience. Stress-free. Very calm and service was A1. Would recommend!

Price can be an aspect to overlook when you get good quality or good customer experience but what happened with my wife today was next level! She arrived at the store at 3pm looking for baloon but they told her they are short-staffed (although they had more employees than customers in the store at that time)! Then they told her she should have taken appointment. When she told them its just one baloon they asked her to come after 5pm. Are you serious? ! Probably they should have told her we are not in the mood to work today! You have been in much better place Toys”R”Us!

Très bon service par les employés et le superviseur de plancher. On était la un vendredi soir. C'est difficile de travailler avec les enfants qui touchent à tout mais les employés sont très patients et accueillants.

Nice toys, kids clothing and shoes. I was looking for a boot for my son, but there was no chair for trying the shoes. Sometimes it's hard to find employees to ask for help. Prices are fair. Average quality. Usually it's not crowded.

Disappointed ️…asked cashier about the Pokémon cards and she called her manager who in response just said we don’t know… for now! Unbelievable…last week there shelves in back of the cashier was full to the back… wow packs booster boxes and more… all disappeared for no good reason… where did all the Pokémon cards and booster boxes go!

Yesterday I came to toys r us and got great costumer service by Georgia, she was by far the best customer service rep I've dealt with in a Toys R Us. She was very accommodating knew her products and had great knowledge on what I needed to purchase!

Employés se foutent royalement des clients. Attente interminable pour obtenir mon colis qui nécessitait un commis d'entrepôt.

Toys, R'rus possède le plus vaste choix de jouets, par contre la qualité du service est plutôt aléatoire.mieux vaut faire vos recherches vous mêmes.la quantité de choix est époustouflante.ouvrez-vous bien les yeux afin de bien observer toutes les possibilités.
Ce lieu est très achalandé en novembre/décembre, donc mieux vaut prévoir à l'avance vos cadeaux pour le temps des fêtes.
Il y a plusieurs cadeaux tant ludiques que éducatifs.on trouve vraiment presque tout.en terme de choix c'est inégalable.

Deux employ, és se sont distingués par leur courtoisie, leur patience, leur sourire et pris le temps de me guider. Je remercie M. Baktash mais principalement M. Mark-Anthony.
