I came a few days ago looking for baby items. I was very pleased with the costumer service at the store. Especially from Patty! She went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. THANK YOU!

Very huge place with alot of game and toy choices the price are reasonable one of the best store if you want to buy someone a birthday present.

Went there for birthday gifts for a little one. Was shopping around when there was a bunch of high school kids running around making a disturbance and one was riding a bike/cart thing and hit into me. I told him it wasn’t a jungle gym or a playground and watch out. His friends came over and started yelling inappropriate remarks at us. A worker walked by and started laughing and didn’t do anything. Super disappointed in the staff for not watching out for these kids causing a disturbance. I’d give 0 stars if possible

Such amazing service at this location every single time I go. Shout to the wonderful employees who run the balloon inflating stand!
Update about a year later. Seriously this place took a turn for the worse. Super rude front customer service lady at the front who now refuses to inflate balloons that are purchased elsewhere.

Price on shelf 9.99$, at check out 34$. ToysRUs violating Scanner Price code misleading customers displaying lower price. On the shelf. I asked manager Patty to sell me the item for the price displayed on the shelf as otherwise ToysRUs violates the Code they claim to follow. She refused. Never going to the store again.
Scanner price accuracy policy states –
-if the scanned price is higher than the shelf or advertised price, the lower price will be honoured
-if the correct price is $10 or less, the product is free.
-if the correct price is higher than $10, there is a discount of $10 off.
