Purchased my entire kitchen and installation with ikea, got Traemand as a “Trojan horse” gift. If you’re taking the time to read this, go another direction from this company. Their workers used no masks, didn’t protecting the floors causing extensive damage to wooden floor and appliances - and they don’t want to take responsibility for it, making up justifications and not providing solutions. These professionals had zero sense of details on something they install everyday. If you’re wondering between DIY or them, you can do a way better job - trust your instincts. If you don’t care for details and protection, you may have a fine experience.

Aaron was amazing in helping us design our dream kitchen. The knowledge he has with kitchens, ikea and the industry was a great help in planning our design. Our appointment was on time, professional and very well done. We are super excited with the result of our design and can’t wait to take the next steps! Thanks Aaron.

Awesome service. My consultant, Aaron Sanz, took his time to understand my requirements and explained the relevant pros and cons including the price that would suit my needs and choice. Loved it!

They did my Ikea kitchen. The installer’s name was Chris or something like that, a tall tattooed man who thought so highly of himself. He was so unbelievably arrogant and pretentious, cold, and impolite. He had some kind of apprentice kid who called him "boss" and was clearly intimidated and bullied by him. The kid’s demeanour and attitude totally changed when his “boss” wasn’t around. I dont want these people in my house, to the point where even though mistakes were made, I refuse to allow these jerks into my home to fix them

Ça pris une heure et demi pour faire ce que moi j'aurais très bien pu faire seule. Honnêtement, si vous êtes moindrement débrouillard, je ne vous recommande pas ce service. Ils n'ont rien fait de plus que ce qu'un client peut faire!
De plus, la planificatrice n'était pas très, très commode et peu professionnelle. Je regrette d'avoir pris ce service!

I had an excellent remote kitchen planning session with Aaron Sanz!
Aaron was patient, attentive and made sure he understood my needs well. He then went above and beyond what I was expecting, making sure every detail was in the plan and I had everything clearly laid out at the end of the session. The final plan and shopping list that he sent off by email a couple hours later showed that he took pride in carrying out a work with excellence from start to finish. Thank you for your effort and professionalism, Aaron!

I had the pleasure of working with Erica N.on building a new kitchen island and it was such a great experience. Erica explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable of the products available and knew exactly which cabinets fit my needs. Erica made the entire planning process easy to follow and provide professional input on the design. Her suggestions were on point and she understood everything that I was looking for.

Alison, helped design our Ikea Laundry Room. She was knowledgeable.extremely competent and listened to what we had to say and what we wanted.

The person I worked with was very nice with a good sense of humour. The actual session went well and I definitely needed the help. That said, when I actually went to IKEA to order, the plan created had incorrect information and additional unnecessary items. This stretched out an already long process to correct the plan and I wasn't thrilled to say the least.

Would not recommend. I used the service for Ikea remote kitchen planning. Initially, it all went fine. The staff was nice and polite and at the end, I received a plan with a cost estimate. I paid for a 2-hour session, but it lasted only 45 min. The result was an unrealistic kitchen plan with base and wall cabinets that were not aligned. So, obviously, I am not buying a kitchen from Ikea. It seemed that the person who helped me was in a hurry to do something else. When parting, she suggested that I do not hesitate to contact her if I had further questions. When I did she told me to book another session and pay again. In conclusion, the person who helped me did not even try to provide the best advice possible.

Matthew made this process very easy. He knows his stuff and is v.good in explaining the different options. If I were to do it myself, it would have taken me a few hours. Totally worth it!

Nous avons utilisé le service en ligne pour planifier notre cuisine Ikea. Nous avions déjà fait une bonne partie du travail, mais tenions à valider nos choix et s’assurer que tout était conforme. Notre rencontre a été utile. Toutefois, le suivi par la suite a été très mauvais. Nous avons dû relancer la planificatrice à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir nos documents. Elle n’a répondu à aucun de nos courriel à moins que nous
mettions sa supérieure en cc. Quand elle disait qu’elle nous appellerait à un moment précis (date/heure) elle ne le faisait jamais et nous devions toujours la relancer avec sa supérieure en cc pour avoir une réponse. Suite à la correction de certaines erreurs dans les documents, elle ne nous a jamais envoyé le document final corrigé, mais seulement les correctifs inscrits à la main dont certains sont incompréhensibles pour nous. Encore à ce jour, plus d’un mois plus tard, nous attendons toujours un retour de sa part pour obtenir le document final corrigé. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus du service, surtout que nous avons dû payer pour deux rencontres (mais en avons fait qu’une d’environ 1h45) puisque nous avons fait notre cuisine et notre salle de lavage et avions besoin des documents pour les deux pièces.

Our virtual kitchen planning session with Matthew Manlapig went smoothly. He was very professional and patient in helping us plan our kitchen. We ended the session with a plan we're really happy with.

We engaged Traemand designer Matthew Manlapig for an IKEA kitchen consultation. We spent 2 hours with him in an online meeting and during this time he created 3D models of our new kitchen, including several options for the layout of our upper cabinets. He's extremely proficient using the IKEA kitchen design tool, and was very helpful making suggestions about many items we had forgotten to include in our original instructions to him. (even gave me some tips about using the arrow keys instead of the mouse for moving cabinets in small increments!) Given the restrictions of the design software he offered to email us a separate list of the items that couldn't be included in the drawing. We're very happy with the service he provided and hoping to get in touch with him again when we use Sektion cabinets for our dining room plan.

I am giving a ZERO star to this company! Had chosen a kitchen cabinet design from Ikea, They contacted me by email only to remind me of the total price and trying to get me to sign as soon as possible. I had questions and had asked many times to have a certain “Natasha” to call me but she always found a reason not to and always answered by email. They did not want to come take the measurements only relying in my input, which i am an amateur! After 2 months of back and forth by emails we decided to go have our project done by a more professional company.

Professional, knowledgeable and fast. We really had a great experience and we would recommend to family
and friends.

Remote Kitchen Design with Aaron. Very pleasant to work with. He knew the ins and outs of the product lines and quickly helped to design a kitchenette, with recommendations on some changes that added functionality and more storage.

We worked with Alison who provided outstanding advice and service to us when we renovated our kitchen with IKEA products. Everything went very smoothly, great advice and answered all of our questions and I had many of them. We reflected on the plan and decided to adjust the layout somewhat after discussion with our son who also used this company (different person) and Alison promptly accommodated us to deliver the final plan. Her work facilited the purchase of the IKEA products which are currently awaiting the installers in the near future. We could not have done this on our own. Bravo to Alison and a huge thank you!

Aaron came in to measure our kitchen and then help us design our Kitchen with IKEA cabinets. He was extremely skilled (he really knew his stuff) helpful and so pleasant to deal with. He gave us tips and tricks for our installation and offer for us to contact him again if we had any questions. I would love to work with Aaron again!

Used for IKEA kitchen measuring (James Carruthers) and IKEA kitchen planning (Matthew Mark Manlapig). I don't know why anybody would go about an IKEA kitchen without these services - extremely valuable, easy, and professional customer service. Both James and Matthew were fantastic. The progress so far has me feeling optimistic about a smooth install coming up and finished product.
