Bon Appetit was amazing! We had an event for 130 people and asked for a buffet style set up. Such a great selection of different dishes and no shortage for everyone to get seconds. John’s staff is very professional and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend and we will definitely use Bon Appetit again

From the minute we left meeting John we knew we made the right choice. He designed the exact menu we were looking for, for our thanksgiving themed wedding. Come the actual day we were blown away both by the quality of food and the hospitality of the staff. It’s almost three weeks later and our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was and how amazing the staff were. One even offered to be a bartender for us until they left. I cannot recommend this place enough, you get real honest people when you choose traiteur bon appetite. They make you feel like family and not just another pay check like other places. Thank you so much again for your amazing service!

Given our experience, we find it hard to understand how this company maintains a 4.9-star rating on Google. It was a waste of both time and money for us, and we cannot recommend Traiteur Bon Appétit.

We recently had a tasting with Traiteur Bon Appétit along with some of our guests, as we were considering them for our wedding in August 2024. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory for all of us. First off, we were unable to taste his desserts options (small pastries, not a wedding cake), which are key parts of any wedding menu. The owner stated we should have specified this beforehand, but we were unaware and feel this should be part of a standard tasting. All night long, he was accusatory in his phrases, and quite unpleasant and rude. As if he did not want us there.

Furthermore, the owner's demeanor was unacceptable. Phrases like "I'll kill my chef" and avoiding some of our important questions left us, and our guests, feeling very uncomfortable. The quality of the meals themselves was subpar and well below the standard we’d expect for our guests.

We offered to pay for a second tasting to give them another chance, but the owner declined, stating he did not have time for us and implying that our wedding was too small (40 people) to be of concern. We were not worth his time, his body language and attitude also made that clear.

Despite the food, the main reason we will not be choosing Traiteur Bon Appétit is the owner's attitude. A wedding is a significant event, and we are looking for a caterer who is enthusiastic and professional about their service. Sadly, this was not our experience here.

Ordered lunch boxes for a work meeting. Great variety to choose from and easy to deal with. The food was delicious! Will definitely recommend for your work lunches.

For my wife's 50th surprise party, planned only two weeks ahead, John from Bon Appétit came through beautifully. We had ricotta gnocchi, mushroom risotto, and such tasty, tender chicken. Everything was done with care and style. All for an excellent price. Service was also impeccable. Highly recommended!

La qualité de ses menus, le niveau de son service, la ponctualité dans la livraison, la gentillesse du personnel, tout, absolument tout, est au niveau supérieur. On cherchera en vain le moindre défaut. À recommander chaleureusement et à s'y référer sans modération.

I hired Bon Appetit for my wedding. Our venue was small and definitely not the easiest to work in, but John accompanied me to the venue to strategize how he'd make it all work. Food tasting was good, but at the wedding it was EVEN BETTER. I'm Italian, and without good food you didn't have a good party. ALL my guests were thoroughly impressed and will be considering Bon Appetit for their own weddings. Staff was really kind, very good team work, and I really appreciated that John was in the kitchen making sure everything would be amazing (and it was). Portions were plenty, presentation was pretty, flexible for guests with allergies, and prices were affordable. Very grateful they were part of my magical day.

I requested a quote for a party and they answered me back quickly. The customer service was A+.

I ordered 10 dozen cold appetizers for my birthday party and they were absolutely delicious. All of my guests wanted to know where they were from and I was happy to tell them. I would recommend giving them a try. Fairly priced, fresh and tasty.

I worked with this catering company to place an order for an event. They accommodated my budget and needs and were extremely flexible. We weren’t able to host the event in the end but I would 100% book them for future events. Very reasonable! And from what I’ve heard, great food too!
