Had an appointment at 5 and waited for one hour before having my nails done.
Very disappointed about the service.

Prices and service are top notch, trust me I'm very picky. Every time I have gotten my nails done here it’s been extremely busy but the nail techs still took their time and did an incredible time. They offer comfortable seating options and provide pillows or blankets if needed. I can't express how lovely a time I had at this salon I absolutely love my mani and I've gotten so many compliments!

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this salon! Best gel ever! Never to thick and looks natural Lovely atmosphere and super clean. The staff members are skilled in nail repairs, quickly fixing any chips or damages to ensure your nails always look their best. They were extremely impressed and he will never go back to cutting their own nails!

This salon is very knowledgeable about manicure without ingrown toenails within a week of your manicure. My gels last longer than any other salon I've been to I just started coming here and Im very impressed. The salon's attention to detail is impeccable, from the precision of their nail shaping to the flawless application of polish. Every employee is very dedicated to their client and I am always satisfied!

I've been going to this place for my nails and I'm so happy with my nails every time they all ways make them so pretty. They does perfect manicures! They have a large selection of polishes to choose from as well. The customer service here is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Première expérience chez ongles Tran! J'étais vraiment satisfaite du service, de l'accueil chaleureux! C'est sûr que je retournerais. Helen m'a fait ma pédicure, elle edt juste parfaite et souriante

Didn't have the chance to try their services because I had an appointment at 5: 30, arrived there at 5: 25. The guy told me that they're preparing the room for me (for a facial). He came back every 5-10 min to tell me that they're preparing the room. Finally at 6: 10 he came back to tell me that I can start at 6: 30. This is really unacceptable because I called during the day to make sure that my appointment is at 5: 30 as I have a baby at home and I do not have anyone to take care of her. They made a lady pass before me (I heard her asking to be passed before me as her son's birthday is tomorrow). I really needed this treatment after giving birth and it was very difficult for me to find someone to take care of my baby during this time. I did not only waste my time there but I had to pay for the babysitter. Thanks for ruining my weekend.
P.s: the guy who works there was very nice. He tried his best to make me leave happy but unfortunately it was too late.

The salon is beautiful and very clean. The staff was the nicest and most welcoming staff. I’m so mad I didn’t know about this salon sooner. I love this place I go every moth cant live without my dipped nails

Mr Tran is the sweetest. Very attentive staff, excellent service and atmosphere and they even offer you beverages.
