Needed an oil change.
No appointment and they fitted me in.
Went to another oil change place and they ruined the drain plug to the point where they couldn't get it out.
In 10 minutes it was off and a new one was installed and oil was changed.

Provided timely and quality repair. Had my transmission rebuilt in August 2022 and so far no issues. Returned for 2 week check up to make sure all was well, tech checked my 05 Ford F150 and said all was well, so I should be good to go. I’ve driven about 700 miles since the rebuild and have seen no issues.

I went for an estimate for work on my drivetrain. I was quoted a very high price compared to other transmission shops in the area. (600.00 more) I have been a hobby mechanic for thirty years and I am very familiar with the cost of parts and the amount of labour that was required to do the work. When I questioned his price he became defensive and said he was running a business and needed to make money. Do yourselves a favour and get another estimate before agreeing to do any transmission work.

J’ai apporté mon auto pour un alignement et
plus tard dans la journée me dise qu’il ne peuvent pas faire l’alignement parce supposément mon bearing de roue sont finis et qu’il faut les changer avant de faire l’alignement en me fesant payer 40$ pour le temps qu’il on passer dessus j’ai donc été chercher ma voiture et j’ai été la porter chez mon mécanicien pour ensuite qu’il me dise que après plusieurs inspection il ne voit pas du tout pourquoi l’autre garage a dit ça et il l’a envoyé la faire aligner, sans aucun problème signaler!

The work was delicate and complex. Trans Mico delivered promptly and professionaly. Indeed Transmission issues or chaning a car computer is not everyone's job. Be very careful in dealing with this business, Its winter and im taking the bus to work because he made a mistake about the estimated repairs and is now holding my car hostage.he charges you 15$/day if you can't pay him the extra charges which you don't even authorize him to do on your car, I had a real nasty experience with this guy Sacco! I am taking this business to court. Ill update you on the case! I have paid more than 1500$ and they are holding my car until i come up with more money which i didn't even authorize them to do, they should be in the ransom business not the car business!
