These guys are monsters.
License plate 931983 drives like an absoluete maniac on the roads, almost ran me over just to go sit in a parking lot for 30 minutes. Also Throws me a middle finger as well, very unprofessional business these people shouldn't be on the roads. I cant even imagine how people would trust this company with their cars.

I am very happy to be alive as if it was someone else not paying attention they would be gone.

Perfek Town je le deconseille a tout le monde. C'est une entreprise non fiable ils ont brisé ma voiture j'ai appelé j'ai envoyé une mise en demeure ils m'ont ignoré. Ça fait mal três mal.

Le towing est arriver vite, et le service a bien été effectuer. Le gars par contre.sur son telephone en roulant, pas de manière est partie sans rien dire et j'ai du chercher mes clé parce que il les a juste laisser sans rien dire.

Very rude.they don't have any professional manner. They tow one of my car because of accident.they have towed the van to their facility and our own two truck was there at the same time they did not allow us to take possession of my own vehicle not only that next day they wanted to charge me 900 plus tax for towing and storage. They pay commission to Laval police. I called the Laval police they said I have to pay anyway. I have ask the laval police at what reason they can store my vehicle they could not answer because they get commission. It's a mafia business. They are not easy people.

Le 1 étoile n'est pas pour leur compétence ou une expérience de remorquage vécu, mais certains de leur chauffeur, ne respecte pas les panneaux d'arrêt, vendredi le 30 juine 2023 vers 19h20, un des leur chauffeur a passé sur 3 stop, sans s'immobilisés, il a rouler a environ 80 m/h alors qu'il y avait une partie de soccer d'enfant, et des parents et enfants dans la rue, d'on ma femme er moi et nos 3 enfants qui était dans la piste cyclabe.
Les chauffeurs passent dans le cartier des cartiers residentiel signalé a 30-40 km/h, a des vitesses de plus de 70-80 km/h, ils ont déjà failli nous percuté alors que l'on circulait avec les enfants en auto sur la route et que eux sortait de leur cours sans regardé ni ralentir. Nous avons vu ce genre de situation avec eux a plusieurs reprises et j'en passe pleins d'autres!

3 days to tow my damaged vehicule. Insurance authorized release, they didnt do it.i had to call- they lost the note. Had to call garage again. Their excuse- too busy, forgot, story changes. Find someone else

J’ai laissé un message depuis la semaine dernière de me rappeler mais ça n’a pas toujours été fait. Mon véhicule était dans leur cour et est revenu avec encore plus de dommages tout autour! Pas du tout professionnel. I left message to call me back last week and they never did. There were more damages on my car when we pick it up from their garage…all over the car!

Very bad service! Not only they let my wi down open overnight during a snow storm, they also took all my gas from my tank. I had to pay to have the snow removed and détail cleaned!

Une vrais blague pour le délai d'attente svp éviter cette compagnie a tout prix. Service-1. Merci aux escrocs

Racist workers they started screaming and pushing us for looking at a car in their lot accusing us of searching trough the car when we didn’t even touch it one worker (Mathieu Fizzano) pushes us and kicks us out and right after we pass their gate and other worker (Eric Gigi Rotator Girouard) forces us to go back in and blocks and damages our cars with a their tow truck calls up the police starts blaming all on us when the cops checked the cameras they saw we didn’t do nothing wrong they started looking away as if nothing happend on top of that they charged 500$ of 3kms of towing

Trash place. Only there to take you're money and you're car.
While we were waiting for paperwork the employees were yelling at eachother and cursing.

I see many negative reviews here. However I think it depends on the workers you get. The tow truck guys I had was very kind and helpful. He helped empty the car and gave us advice.
