We did a local move and everything was great! The communication from booking to the crew coming to take care of our move was perfect! Everything was explained clearly and all our questions and concerns were answered. The crew came on time, and even though it was very hot they finished in a timely manner. They took great care of wrapping and covering all the furniture, as well as making sure everything was placed correctly in the appropriate rooms. When it's time for our next move we will definitely use their services again!

I would definitely recommend Kings Transfer Van Lines to handle local or cross country moves to family and friends. With so many "bad" moving companies out there it is difficult for consumers to find a trustworthy company.

Found out one of the movers was picking at the garage drawers while moving.
I am missing two boxes.
I was asked to sign a waiver before the shipment took place.
Poor customer service handling my case.
Would not recommend it to a friend.would not use them next time.

My moving experience was excellent with Kings. Communication from the day I called for quote to the day of move, went smoothly. They were faster than expected, so I was happy to see that the original price quote ended up being less money. This was my second move with Kings.

I was very happy with the service. The. Crew were professional, respectful, helpful & friendly. I have used the services of King's Transfer Van Lines before & will again in the future. I know when I move using King's Transfer's services that all my belongings will arrive at my new home in the condition that they were before the move.

I can see why this company has such good reviews. From Kimberly and Erin in helping me schedule the move and providing me with all I needed to know. They followed up in insuring all went well also.
The 4 man team that arrived were fast, efficient, respectful and most importantly careful with our belongings.

Recently I contacted them for a quote for a long-distance move. Felipe called me back immediately, took the time to put together an accurate quote, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciate the fact that he made the effort to give me an accurate and honest quote. In the end, we had to go with a different option to meet our needs. However, I would not hesitate to contact Transports King for moving in the future. They are professional and reliable.

Stuff wasn’t packed together, strewn across several boxes, which made it hard to find things. Packing wasn’t nearly as well done as other companies like Van Lines. Wouldn’t recommend

From the quote right through to finalizing the bill, King / Mackie provided an excellent service. Kasim and his team were fast but careful, friendly without wasting time, and very accommodating. They were so efficient that the cost ended up being less than quoted. I would choose them again without hesitation.

Pire compagnie de déménageurs, ils ont arnaqués le prix et sont arrivés 5H EN RETARD et ont quand même chargés le 1h de retard de transportation et la personne au téléphone était la personne la plus BÊTE et je cite ''Je n'ai pas le temps de m'obstiner avec toi aujourd'hui''. Sincèrement, c'est juste dégeulasse et inhumain.

La pire compagnie de déménagement. J'ai fait affaire avec Monique qui m'a confirmé qu'elle allait être présente sur les lieux et elle ne l'était pas. Les travailleurs n'ont pas protégé les planchés et ils ont été très agressif avec mes clients.inacceptable

J'ai eu un service A Plus avec Transports King! L'équipe était super gentil et professionnel

Service pas si pire en général. A part la secrétaire qui parle très bien le français, tout les autre ne parle aucun mot français. Je me fais dire que c'est impossible que mon divant sorte par la porte, que je vais devoir le laisser la, (minutes mon petit monsieur, ya déjà passé une fois par la porte, y va passer un deuxième fois.) Les gars travaillait 40 minutes et prenait un break de 20-25 minutes pour aller fumer et se coucher dans le gazon.
J'avais payé pour 3 gars et pendant 1h30 il y en avait seulement 2 qui étais la. J'ai cherché le troisième pendant 10 minutes avant de le voir arriver avec du Tim Horton pour lui et ses collègues et des cigarettes. Donc jai payer un gars pendant 1h30 (200$) pour aller s'acheter de la bouffe. Euh.c'est parce que tu est censé me déménager et non te promener dans la ville a pied.
7h30 de temps pour un 3 1/2, seulement 1km entre les deux logements (1800$) il savent qu'on a pas le choix de payer donc il font ce qu'il veulent.

The experience was so wonderful that my wife and I had to write a 5 star review.

Bad enough moving is a stressful period and hearing all kinds of horror stories about movers does not help.

Luckily we were blessed with Kings Transport and it’s professional team.

Starting with Jennifer at the head office, who did a home visit in order to give me the best quote as possible. And let me tell you. In the end I paid $100 less then what she originally estimated.

Then came a long on moving day, three professional movers on time as scheduled. They also did a walk around before hand to validate what I want to be moved by them or not.

They carefully wrapped each furniture and gently moved my belongings with care and respect.

They were extremely polite and PROFESSIONAL.
They did there job with pride and they kept a smile on even in the rain.

We are not planning on moving again any time soon, however I can only promote them to show how satisfied we are.

Hire them you will not regret it!

Used them on the 2nd week of June to move to the Plateau from the west island. No complaints at about the move. They handled the oversized fridge up the crazy outside stairs & the narrow stairway up to the 2nd floor apartment. IMO I thought that it was not going to happen, but they got it done. Driver forgot some of the padded wraps they used on the furniture when they left. I called & they came by next morning to get them.
