Very neat place compared to my last stay. No water dispenser is my only con. Receptionist said she don't know if there is drinking water available in the premises.

Great service, reasonable price, clean rooms. No complaints at all. Stayed here in 2020 during covid lockdown, also excellent stay. Good restaurant.

I have never seen anything like it. The room was full of mosquitos. We killed about 100. We tried phoning several times from room phone and our cell for help or room change. No one answered. When we entered we opened the door for quickly so we did not let them all in.

Grande chambre bien adaptée mais la propreté n'est pas parfaite, on a trouvé une chips par terre et le plancher était collant à un endroit.

Very dated rooms, little run down but linen was clean. Rooms are very dark and not enough light. We were passing through and needed a quick place to sleep so not too bad for 90 dollars can’t really complain.

Thought it was to include breakfast but they told me not yet?
Room was okay. You get what you pay for so no big complaints.

We checked out this motel on the advice of our daughter as she had said it was a fair price and they had been kind to her. We were not disappointed. Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. What more could you want. Would stay there again.

Only issue was price $74 online.
$111 when you arrive. Course TV does not work. No surprise there.

Excellent value for money. Slightly older but very clean rooms in impeccable condition. Good breakfast offer in the adjoining restaurant (extra).

Hi, my experience was very bad,
i stayed there from 11-07 to 12-07. I asked to change room because the first room i got (second building, first floor: 260 or 261) was totally ridiculous. I pay 160$ for a room that was definitely not worth that price (everything look from the 1980: old carpet, old decoration, old desk, old blanket). The second room was a bit better: 352
My complain is about my pillow that i forgot in the room when i left (352). I rang multiple time the reception the day after, and no one picking up the phone at this hotel. I sent a friend of mine to go get it (2 days after my departure). They can’t find my pillow. I do not understand as i had a pillow cover beige and brown, it is obvious that the cleaner had noticed the difference with the hotel pillow. But it haven’t been returned with the object forgotten.my friend also been told by an employee that it is not the first-time people forget stuff and its never found. IT IS NOT NORMAL OUR (CUSTOMERS) STUFF DISAPPEAR FROM ROOM WE STAYED. My pillow worth at least 100$. I had a terrible stay at your hotel from the start with the room to the fact there were NO COFFEE in the room. The reason i have been giving for the coffee was that they were a change of provider, and it has been 4 days with no coffee. IT IS UNNACEPTABLE for an hotel to have no coffee in the morning and even more when you pay 160$ for a room.
The water in the bath was not sinking, the toilet was not flushing well. I am very disappointed and want to be compensate. I will take further action if my problem is not solve with the consumer protection.
I booked that hotel because it was under travel lodge/Windham but i don’t think it’s worth that at all.

P.s I travel for work purpose and just want to be comfortable when i stay at hotel for a night

I already sent that complain without receiving any response back….
I call back the hotel few times and also went there because they told me they found my pillow and finally they haven’t….

We stayed one night our way to PEI. The room was clean but dark & dated. Checkin was smooth as we had pre-booked. The attached restaurant was very good, large portions & great service. Great value for the price & for us as a stop over it worked out very well.

The location and price make this a great place to stop. While the first time we stopped and they had given us an unckeaned room by mistake and therefor an upgraded room we decided to stop an try again on our return trip home This time we arrived at 4pm had to wait 1 hour for our room to be cleaned only to find someone had left the window open and rain had created a4x4 foot puddle on the carpet, which we unsuccessfully attempted to dry up with the towels given. To tired to ask to be moved again we stay in a darkly painted room (same dark color on roof n walls with only a small window). Both times the staff seemed pleasant but talked among themselves apparently struggling to know what to do. P. S.we appreciated the extra towels given. This place does NOT have Free coffee or breakfast in the a.m but there is a restaurant attached. Although there was a coffee maker in the room there was no coffee provided, so you might want to take your own if you stay here or buy it.

Nice clean motel. Convenient location. They were out of coffee and detergent for laundry. Staff was polite. Chain latch was broken. Good for the value

Room was from the 1970's. The chairs and couch was dirty with crumbs and room smelled funny. Bathroom was clean.

Restaurant on-site was wonderful. Provided an English menu. Pizza was amazing.

RESTAURANT DE L'HÔTEL;
Nous avons attendu 45min pour avoir un sous-marin.
Après 30min j'ai demandé si on m'avait oublié, on ma répondu ;
"On a eu plusieurs commandes pour emporter et un sous-marin c'est long à préparer, je te fais ça rush".

Apres avoir servi tous les tables autour de nous, on a constaté qu'on était vraiment pas une priorité.

15min après l'assiette finalement arrivée, j'ai eu un petit pot de vinaigrette mais pas de salade. Déception.

(Prendre note que leur sauces en générale ne sont pas réussies.)

Sans excuses ni compensation pour l'attente, c'était notre arrêt entre Québec et Montréal. Plus maintenant.

Un nouveau propriétaire qui n'a pas respecté les engagements avant le changement de propriétaire donc résultat nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour deux coupes pour un très gros événement dans la ville et arriver sur place nous n'avions plus de réservations l'hôtel était complet et les prix avaient été augmentés. De plus impossible de les rejoindre par téléphone, service vraiment médiocre si vous avez la chance de séjourner ailleurs je vous le recommande fortement.

Long wait at the Check in counter if you are checking in late. They are almost fully booked. The first time they didn't have a room which i had booked, so they had to give me a massive upgrade. The second time they gave me a small bedroom (2beds) in which 3 of us couldn't sleep. I had to go back to reception for a bigger room. I had to stand in line again for their mistake. Luckily they had one room left to help me.
The room service opens the door at 9AM to clean the room while your check out is at 11Am. Put the lock on all the time otherwise you never know you will see someone watching you laying on your bed.

Injoignable, une semaine d'appel plusieurs fois par jour et personne ne répond. J'essaye de récupérer des choses oublier. J'ai réussi à parler à quelqu’un lundi passer (nous sommes rendu samedi) Personne ne ma rappeler et j'ai essayer d’appeler 48 fois sans réponse et ils n'ont pas de répondeur. Très mauvais service, aucun suivie et surtout j'ai peut d'espoir de revoir mes choses.
