Over priced but only option in the area unfortunately.

A life line to reach back and forth between Ottawa east and Gatineau east. Charges are $12 dollars and a lovely boat ride as well.

Good option to get across the river except on long weekends where the wait can be long but it only takes a few minutes. Convenience costs but sometimes you just have to pay the man! Worth it.

Quick ride, and never a long wait for a ferry. I find $12 to be a bit pricey, especially if you go back the other way. I can drive around the long way though Ottawa for less than $24.

Used the ferry with my RV, and they did a great job of lining everyone up to get in AND out. They can be very busy, so expect to wait a bit. Still beats going downtown to cross over.

Small cable ferry. Fast and easy crossing. I’m normally on motorcycle … price went from 5 to 6 bucks for 2023 (one way). Debit and credit now accepted. I pay cash on the boat. Price seems fine for occasional use. Have never had to wait long.

Very helpful if you are going to Quebec but not close to 401 and you don't want to go through Ottawa and Gatineau

Really…Bourbonnais seems to find tricks to increase your fair - this time is to those who purchase the online package - adding a 5% admin fees. For example, since December 2022, package at $450 is now $480. Still saving compare to the daily rate…but not as advertised.

Très bon service et rapide. Avec du personnel très gentil. La raison pour 4 étoiles c'est le prix. Un peu cher pour quelque minutes sinon je donnerais 5 étoiles

Greedy company. Price increased to gouge ferry crossers during COVID. Regulars are now paying a “administrative fee” for being eco friendly and purchasing passes online where they say you’re saving money but then charge you the fee so you’re not saving anything. Just build a bridge already so these greedy people can close down. The only good thing I have to say about this company is that majority of the staff on the boats are friendly and courteous. The office personnel are egoistical narcissists who are blinded by greed. Also don’t believe the 365 days a year they’ve been closing down a lot more now without proper notice since the price gouging began. I’ve been taking this ferry service for years and it’s getting worst every year. Unfortunately the municipality aren’t gonna build a bridge just yet.
