Depuis 1991 nous faisons affaires avec Trevi, personnel très qualifié et aimables. On se sent en confiance avec cette entreprise. Je recommande.

My go to pool location in Chateauguay. The service I receive here is always top notch (Guillaume I’m looking at you) They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed

I originally did business at another pool vendor for years and, after a few disappointing experiences, started going to Trévi for everything, including a new gazebo.
The staff is always really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - even when there is a rush.
I'll be returning and recommending.

It took a while before we were greeted, but the agent seemed very knowledgeable and explained various options to us.

Nous avons rencontré un conseiller pour le choix de notre piscine et il a su répondre à notre besoin en nous offrant les meilleurs conseils. Le service était impeccable, nous avons eu un bon prix qui rentrait dans notre budget donc super satisfaite du service offert je recommande fortement Trevi pour l'achat de votre piscine.

I had bad experience with this company l bought two years ago above ground pool and now it’s for garbage they told me the garantie will not cover the damage and l should call my insurance, hope this comment will make you think before you buy pool ftom them

La qualité de service est changé complètement, l'année passée les sous-traitant de trevi qui ont ouvert la piscine ont nettoyé les feuilles et vidé la moitié de la piscine avec un nettoyage partiel.
Cette année ils ont branché 2 tuyaux, et merci c'est terminé le travail pour 169 $ hors taxes,
Comme si je ne pouvais pas faire ça?
Je suis vraiment déçu

We asked for pool liner installation service. The service was amazing. Israel, our sales manager, is an amazing guy! He gave us all the support we needed, provided with the necessary information and gave us advice of what we need. He also put us in the urgent installation list, as our pool was empty. Moreover, it's so nice to get a small nice present like inflatable balls. So, I really recommend this trevi store.

Un service impeccable depuis toujours chez Trévi Châteauguay et un merci spécial à Mario et son équipe pour l’achat de notre nouveau spa fait ce week-end, très hâte de l’essayer et je recommande sans hésiter
