A few days ago I visited Trevi, I had a few minor issues to address concerning my pool which was installed this spring. I was served by John, he was extremely helpful. He informed me of where to call for the service repair. So I called the service department the following day, and an appointment was setup for a few days later. The technician came by, and in no time, all was repaired. I would like to praise the technician as they do not always get rewarded for their good work. I am extremely pleased with the after sales service I received from Trevi!
Though I may have had a different opinion prior, I can surely say my opinion has changed to “ great after sales service! ”

Very disappointed with their after sale service. The director treated us like we were the problem.
2-3 weeks after the installation and several visits to the store, we felt like once they had our money, too bad for us. After countless trials, we managed to resolve the problem on our own, no thanks to Trevi.
The issue was ongoing for too long, so we took matters into our own hands.

Très bon service! Nous venons d’acheter une piscine, et nous avons été très bien servis par TRÉVI Pointe-Claire (nous avons fais affaire avec le vendeur Monsieur John Brown). Très rapide et à l’écoute de nos besoins! Je recommande!

300$ pour une installation de système au sel vite fait. 15 mins et bye bye. Rien de fonctionnel quand ils sont partis, on s’arrange. Gardez votre argent et allez ailleurs si vous trouvez des gens qui ont un souci de bien faire leur travail.

Nous avons rencontré un conseiller pour le choix de notre piscine et il a su répondre à notre besoin en nous offrant les meilleurs conseils. Le service était impeccable, nous avons eu un bon prix qui rentrait dans notre budget donc super satisfaite du service offert je recommande fortement Trevi pour l'achat de votre piscine

Went to Trevi in Pointe Claire again today to get some supplies and a new salt system for our pool. Was served again by Paul Desmarais in the service department. As always, he was super knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. After chatting with him I was wanting to upgrade other parts of my system and understood how it would save me money and many headaches over time. My pool is 12 years old and has given us no real problems until this year. Hopefully with his guidance I will have another good stretch of time with no problems.

Ugh I hate going here. The staff are nice, if you can find one. Sometimes. You can bring your dog in, that's kind of cool. It's gross that all the employees hang outside and smoke.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle, piscine installée en 2021.1-La piscine à mal été installée, au printemps 2022 le contour de la piscine a plié. Étant nouveau proprio, j'ai dû me débattre pour une réparation vers la fin de l'été. Il on refusé de faire l'ouverture de M a piscine. La réparation a mal été fait, on a même frappé à coup de marteau sur la piscine, causant des troubles encore plus gros.

2-j'ai payé pour la fermeture de ma piscine, je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle de rendez-vous pour la fermeture plus une réparation.il essai de s'en laver les mains. Aucun respect envers les clients puis après il se demande pourquoi on parle mal.

Visited Pointe-Claire store to have my in-ground pool liner replaced as the one I have is 15 years old. I had entered my information for a quote and was called the very next day. I was serviced by Paul at the store and was given great service. I am very excited to see what my pool will look like with the new liner.

Pire service de ma vie. Le vendeur d'abris auto parlait comme s'il me faissait un faveur. Il ne m'a même pas invité à m'asseoir. Très désagréable experience. Manque total de profesionalism. À éviter.

Worst company. Screwed up the installation of my pool. Never fixed it. Had to pay another company. Never buy a pool from trevi. Horrible customer service.

After comparing aboveground pools with a few competitors, we decided to go with Trevi. The product was in our budget, the quality was great and the knowledge, honesty, and friendliness of our salesperson, John was A+. He answered all our questions clearly and responded to emails quickly. In store, he showed us all the different features which helped us decide on dealing with Trevi. Thank you! Looking forward to our pool next summer!

Seriously unimpressed. Went in for pool vacuum equipment, and the shelves looked like a zoo; open and taped packages, missing pieces, no price tags. Asked a staff member and he wasn't even sure which parts were needed for a vacuum.

Chez Trevi Pointe Claire nous avons eu un très excellent service. Je me suis présentée au comptoir d'analyse d'eau et été servie par Hugolin. Vraiment gentil serviable poli et très attentionné afin de trouver une solution à notre problème d'eau trouble. Nous avons aussi reçu les services de Benjamin et d'Alexandre. Leur gérant Alain semble être un bon patron, il apprécié ses employés et à été très courtois.

Slow. Can’t analyze the salt content of pool water today. They rate pool protection as 5 stars on the water quality score but my chlorine was near zero. Don’t have the parts I was looking for. Poor inventory. Very big waste of time.

We purchased a $60,000.00 pool. Horrible customer service. No one answers, no one comes and when they finally do show up they are extremely rude. They are so unorganized. We regret not going with other pool companies. Trevi is horrible. I do not recommend at all. Do your research and hire people that take the job seriously. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Stay away from Trevi.

Your first impression of any business is essential. The cashier or anyone doesn't greet you. I asked if i can find salt and directed me to the back of the store. The service person there told me that I needed to pay at the cash first and then take my car around building outside. Instead of doing all these unnecessary steps I would have preferred dealing with someone who is not bothered by clients and is there to provide the right information to their clients.

Signed nearly a 6K contract (and paid in FULL!) with Trevi dorval for a pool liner change. Picked them only because they offered an earlier date of actual work than other places (otherwise, prices were similar everywhere else). Come that day (as indicated on the signed contract) - no one showed up to do the work, no one has called or emailed us to inform of a delay. We sat home waiting for them all day! When we call to inquire what is happening and when the work will be done, we are constantly put on hold and then asked to leave a message (which we did, without any call back to us). At one point, the costumer service person was rude, said they cannot help us and hanged up the phone! Yes - just like that. Great service for 6K, isn't it? We still don't know what is happening.it's been days. 1 star is far too much but we had to give it a rating to write a review.

I bought an above ground pool, they installed it in early May, but the installation was not done properly. I opened a ticket through there system and in 24 emails later, finally received a response with a repair date. They came as planned, three weeks after the installation, and again they were not able to fix it. Reopened ticket, mo response and mo date for next visit: I bought many big ticket items at Trevi, but this one has left me with so many doubts since Trevi pointe-Claire customer service for me is simply non existence. I wrote to my sales person, he responded right away and hoping something can be done with him, the first true customer focused person there so far. Consumer beware, once you paid off Trevi, the after sales is nowhere to be found

C’est vraiment une déception, j’ai deja payé pour la construction de ma piscine depuis l’année dernière et jusqu’à présent je ne peux pas l’utiliser, ils n’envoient même pas un personnel qualifié. Je ne le recommande pas.

En générale on a recu un bon service. Parfois quelques délais avant d'obtenir une réponse mais comme c'est la saison chaude c'est assez normal. Personnel courtois, bilingue et disponible. Nous avons apprécié l'expérience.

Honestly had one of the worst experiences of my life. I regret going with Trevi BIG TIME! Its not even trevi that does the work they hire a 3rd party company. I should have spent a few extra bucks and went with Club Piscine. We were having our vinyl replaced in the pool and their process just doesn't make any sense. Heck they never even asked us what color we wanted. Their was some rust in the cement that they claim does not need to be fixed.they left the leaves that were inside the pool. Man just absolute disaster trust me do not go with trevi just to save a few bucks.

Your final destination for anything swimming pool related in the west island. There are other stores though with less expensive products. At Trevi, they have professional experise and consultation services. The staff are also kind and nice.

TAKING MY MONEY WITHOUT PURCHASE!
We had originally purchased furniture that was set to be delivered a certain day (JULY). By august we had yet to receive this product and I cancelled the order entirely. We had previous been set to have the "no payments for three months" program. November 28th FINANCEIT started taking my payments, but I never fulfilled the original order, and cancelled it promptly during the summer. I immediately asked the financing company to cancel the payments, but they advised that I had to do this through TREVI. I have tried to reach out to customer service who said they will do some research and get back to me. This was a week ago. I've called numerous times and no one is helping me resolve this issue. I understand this was probably a small oversight but if this unauthorized payments gets taken again, I will have to escalate this issue further. Hoping this review prompts someone to finally return my calls.

J'ai constaté avec beaucoup de regret que le simple respect au client est inexistant chez Trévi, j'en suis terriblement déçue. J'ai pris le temps de remplir la demande de RDV dans le site, j'ai reçu la confirmation dudit RDV, je me présente à l'heure convenue (pleine heure de pointe avec le trafic en plus), M. Pascal Verrees qui a signé le courriel de confirmation de RDV est absent! La moindre des attentions envers la clientèle aurait simplement été d'envoyer un courriel d'annulation de RDV. J'ai attendu debout, devant les comptoirs de piscines creusées, sans aucune information, RIEN RIEN RIEN. Lasse d'attendre je suis partie. RIDICULE!

I would like to report an excellent service from Edison, I am a new pool owner, my knowledge was less than basic. Edison took time, with a whole lot of patience mind you, to explain the steps I needed to take to winterize my pool for the first time and believe me we had a whole lot of questions for Edison. I give Edison a 5 star because now I feel less of a novice

We visited this Trevi store in November 2020 and was greeted by Serge Domingue. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. He explained everything we needed to know and more about in-ground swimming pools giving us confidence that the investment we would make would make our backyard into an everlasting spring/summer playground for our family. Given the lockdowns and confinements of the 2020 summer, we wanted to ensure that we would be able to enjoy our new pool and backyard in early 2021. There were issues and delays that typify any large project, but Trevi delivered. Construction started in April 2021 and by June 1st we were able to swim. This is thanks to Serge's above and beyond after sales dedication to our project. The Trevi pool is a great product that we are still enjoying mid-September. I strongly recommend that anyone considering an inground or above-ground pool consult with Serge. He is honest, no-BS, and someone who you can confide in to help you through the choices and options that will transform your garden into a mini-vacation spot!

Pire service a vie. J'ai acheter une piscine et un SPA cette année au mois de Février et depuis je cours pour du service a tout les semaines. Je ne recommande pas cette endroits a persone. Il y a un grand maque de communication entre les services et le services a la clientele est horrible.

Watch out for unethical business practices. I shopped in April, insisted on choosing items in stock to avoid any COVID complications. Spent 5K on sofas, they insisted I pay it all in advance to ensure they reserve for me. I paid it in full on my credit card. They call me the day before delivery to tell me they can’t find it. They basically sold it to someone else, I told them I paid it in advance to reserve it, they said sorry. They offered me a 200$ gift card (4%). I cancelled my order, they told me they could not refund my credit card, but the head office would send me a check. That’s when playing phone tag began, today Sept 7,5 months after the original purchase, I got my check. This company is the modern day equivalent of the used car lot, they will say anything to get your cash then you deal with the problems. I bought my stuff at club piscine instead, it was easy and I got what I was promised.

I had an excellent experience with Trevi Dorval. I have requested an online quote to change my in ground pool liner. I got a call the second day from Mr. Fred, an excellent professional communicator and very pleasant person. We signed a contract including the finance package. I was scheduled to have my liner changed by June 20th, however, I got a call from Trevi almost one month earlier, I.e, May 24th and was advised that the crew is coming next day to change the liner. The job was done efficiently without any problems all according to the specifications. I would strongly recommend Trevi without hesitation. Thank you Fred for the best summer surprise

Ma thermopompe, filtreur et système au sel viennent d'être installés par l'équipe de Trévi Dorval. Ils ont complété le travail avec courtoisie et professionnalisme. Ils l'ont fait au moment dans les temps prévu bravo et merci! Mais je me dois de souligner le travail de Fred-Érick côté vente.si j'ai choisi Trévi, c'est à cause de lui, son professionnalisme, son intégrité et son suivi est hors pair. Il m'a permis de vivre une expérience client des plus agréable tout au long du processus: expertise, recommandation et mise en confiance.il m'a promis et il a livré. I had to get my brand new pool moved by 10ft.within my own yard due to a city permit issue. I was distraught and it cost a fortune but at least, the young man at Trevi, Fred-Erick, was absolutely wonderful and reassuring. He took my request very professionally and even attempted to make me feel better about the mishap. My experience with Trevi in the past was not good. Because of him - his personality, knowledge, professionalism and kindness, I was able to swallow the pill! I called to thank him after the pool was re-installed and again, he was lovely. This young man should be promoted or at least given a decent raise. His future looks bright - whatever he does! Merci Fred-Erick.

I purchased a Hayward Heat Pump for my above ground 24' pool pool from the Pointe Claire Store and was served by Paul Desmarais. He was very knowledgeable about the product line and assisted me with my decision as to the appropriate model, as well followup questions once installed. I do not regret this decision at all, I love keeping my pool around 85 degrees, it makes you want to swim all the time) Thanks again Paul.

***To update the situation. I wrote to the email provided, it's been over a week with no response. The head office has suspended our guarantee because of an outstanding balance (not even sure yet if that is even legal?) and now the filter no longer works, we have cracks in the deck, missing pool equipment and I could go on and on. No follow up and zero customer service. And the response we get is we did everything to our satisfaction, followed by threats of legal action and so on. Now we have to contact another pool company in order to repair the job that Trévi has left us with. They will not send someone because we are in litigation and I was told quote: "Sa pourrait-être très long". Upon verification with La protection du consommateur we are not the only one's in this situation. So all and all its an awful terrible situation!

Awful customer service, the projet has been an absolute nightmare. Purchased an in ground pool last year and as of today it no longer works. Our deck has cracks, we were overcharged and are missing equipment that was never delivered. Zero follow up despite numerous attempts to fix the problems. The project manager's solution is to gaslight us and ignore most of the issues. Like I said, absolute nightmare! A Zero rating would be in order however the site won't allow it.

I have bought several pieces of furniture from here over the years.excellent products, excellent quality. Their water testing dept.and availability of chemicals and products to maintain my pool are excellent, with a very helpful and friendly staff.

En magasin, nous avons eu un très bon service pour l'achat d'une piscine hors-terre. La livraison a été faite à la date prévue. Les problèmes ont commencé pour l'installation. L'installation devait se faire la semaine du 20 juin 2021. Nous sommes le 12 juillet, 4 semaines plus tard, et aucune nouvelle de l'installation. J'ai appelé de nombreuses fois et c'est toujours la même réponse. On va bientôt communiquer avec vous 24 h à l'avance. Je comprends qu'il est écrit si la température le permet, mais la semaine précédente de mon installation prévue, on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de retards. Entre pas de retards et 1 mois de retard, je ne comprends pas. Je suis très déçue. Trop d'installations semblent prévues les mêmes dates. Appeler au service à la clientèle c'est l'enfer, on m'a transféré à différentes personnes et jamais personne ne peut répondre. Avoir su, qu'il y aurait autant de retard, je n'aurais pas acheté.
